Quiet Small new semi-detached house with the main residence of the owner, but completely INDEPENDENT - overlooking the terrace and enclosed garden of 1500M2. SWIMMING POOL (double filtration) ONLY reserved for tenants mentioned in the contract and the owner.
Ideal for two adults and one child.
Ground floor: Living room, kitchen-shower room- (25M2) with single sofa bed. In the mezzanine, beautiful bedroom of 15m2 - 140cm bed.

Extremely kind owner and good place to stay.

The property was as described , it was very comfortable with places to sit outside in both shade and sun. The pool was lovely . The local beaches were absolutely beautiful . I wasn't sure if we needed to bring sheets and towels - you do . Nice place to stay with shops and restaurants around .
