Villa for rent under the number Hutt-008566.
We acquired this house in 2013. We have renovated: the pool, the five bedrooms, the three indoor bathrooms and an outdoor bathroom adjacent to the pool, the kitchen and the outdoor kitchen, the living room, the veranda as well as the terrace. We go there during our holidays and we are happy to be able to rent it to families who will take care of it.
This house is ideally located on the Costa Dorada, 25 km from Tarragona and 65 km from Barcelona. You can enjoy a large quiet house with a "huge" private pool, a large terrace and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and all this just 800 m from the nearest sandy beach at the beach of Roc de Sant Gaieta to Roda de Bera which also is written Roda de Bara.
You can easily park three cars in the driveway. There is also a garden and a pergola adjoining the outdoor kitchen. By car, you are 20 minutes from the center of Tarragona, Roman city to discover and 1 hour, door to door, from the center of Barcelona.
Wine lovers will appreciate the visit of Bodegas, for example visiting the "Carretera Del Vi" https://www.lacarreteradelvi.com, which leaves from Sitges and crosses the wine region of Penedes. You can also visit the center of the Familia Torres in Villafranca del Penedes (~30 km far) and possibly book a visit with tasting of wine and Iberico (Spanish ham). https://www.torres.es/en/experiences/penedes/wine-and-iberico-ham-pairing
If you like architecture, Reus, the pretty hometown of Gaudi and the museum dedicated to him is also 40 km away. https://www.gaudicentre.cat/en

Phillippe and Emma were both amazing. The check in and check out was very easy. The pool and location were perfect, and the house was very tidy, safe, and well kept. Wonderful beach area rental for family vacation

Perfectly comfortable house for our large family gathering (6 adults and 6 children ages 4 to 13)! The property has a well-equipped, modern house and kitchen, a good sized, clean, salt water pool, a separate little changing room / bathroom in the pool area and a separate covered outdoor kitchen/BBQ, and lots of covered outdoor eating areas all within easy walking distance of a wonderful little beach. All of us enjoyed the ping-pong table and the kids enjoyed the little trampoline. The house is within an inexpensive hour's train ride of Barcelona and a half hour's car ride (or 15 minute train ride) to Tarragona - both of which are must-do visits for adults and children. A car is a necessity because grocery shopping is a relatively long walk away and a car facilitates getting to the train station at San Vicente de Calders and to Tarragona. The alternative is a not-always-available taxi service which cost about €15 one-way between the train station and the house. All in all, we all totally enjoyed our time together in Philippe's very well-maintained property on Spain's Costa Dorado!

An amazing family villa

We stayed here for one week in June/July and were very impressed. It's much better than the site shows. Three families can easily stay here and we were 8 people. The way the house is laid out we all had a space to retreave to. 3 indoor modern bathrooms and one outdoor bathroom which comes handy when the kids are outside in the pool. It's a short walk to the great beach 🌊 which was safe for kids. And we had both lunch and dinner in the restaurant by the beach. At first we got confused with the two kitchen but we got the hang of it and used the BBQ too. Could be more kitchen utilities perhaps but the blender came to good use. There was no filter coffee machine but we used the nespresso machine and tge capsules are now sold in Aldi for €1. Overall a fantastic stay and we will come back another year for sure. Great host who communicated eficiently with me and the check in and check out was a smooth process. Heated pool was perfect where my oldest learnt to swim. Thanks 🙏🏼 for having us! Very recommended

Dear Family, I'm so happy that you loved your stay at the villa. The outdoor bathroom was planned especially for the kids. But, in fact, I also use it everyday. It is so good to take quickly a shower when you go out of the pool. The outdoor kitchen is my favorite, because I can always have a look at the pool and there is a BBQ! I didn't know that the supermarket Aldi is selling compatible Nespresso capsules. Wonderful, it 's just 2 minutes by car. Anyway, I also bought a filter coffee machine. So every one can make the coffee the way he likes. Thank you for your review. Kind regards

Très bon séjour , maison spacieuse où chacun trouve son petit espace .. nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine( rafraîchissement garanti sous un soleil quasi permanent ..)Nous avons pu visiter non loin de là de belles villes comme Salou , Tarragone et Cambril. L’emplacement de la résidence nous a semblé idéal, dans une rue calme à proximité de bons restaurants et de supermarchés pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner ..

Belle villa avec piscine

Superbe villa avec piscine et très grande terrasse dans quartier calme. La maison se compose de deux espaces nuits séparés avec salle d'eau, et d'une chambre parentale ce qui à permis à nos deux ados d'avoir leur espace. Les deux cuisines sont très bien équipés; Le petit plus aurait été d'avoir une plancha. Nous tenons également à remercier Emma pour son accueil et toutes les informations qu'elle nous a communiqué pour profitez au maximum de notre séjour.

Effectivement, nous avons équipé les deux cuisines ( intérieure et extérieure) comme si nous y vivions à l’année avec des verres, tasses, plats en suffisance ainsi que des poêles, casseroles et de l’électroménager pour les familles qui aiment aussi parfois cuisiner pendants leurs vacances. Cependant, je prends bonne note de votre suggestion indiquant qu’une plancha serait un plus.. Je vais donc tâcher d’en mettre prochainement une à disposition. Encore merci et meilleures salutations.

En effet, comme la maison propose des chambres avec salles de bain, au sud, au nord de la maison et à l’étage, quand il y a plusieurs familles, il y a tout de même la possibilité d’avoir un lieu un peu d’intimité dans les chambres pour se retrouver dans le séjour, sous les tonnelles ou au bord de la piscine! Aussi, je suis très heureux de lire que vous avez passé un excellent séjour. Il est vrai que le mois de septembre est particulièrement agréable pour séjourner à Roda de Berá. Maison très spacieuse et fonctionnelle

Nous avons passé un super séjour de 15 jours à 11 personnes sans difficulté. Cette maison est très bien conçue pour acceuillir une famille nombreuse ou couples d'amis avec enfants. Elle est située dans un quartier pavillonaire calme donc reposant, la piscine est un point fort car très spacieuse. La cuisine d'été est appréciable également (manque juste le frigo qui a été dérobé). Il y a plusieurs commerces alimentaires à proximité ( bonpreu, lidl avec un choix assez important). La plage est proche (~800 mètres, avec quelques côtes à monter, bien pour rester en forme :), il y a un chemin de ronde bordant la mer pour rejoindre le Roc San Gaita offrant une très belle vue. Le Propriétaire M.Hofstetter est très sympathique et prend toujours le temps de répondre au mail envoyé. Merci à Emma pour l'acceuil à notre arrivée et sa disponibilité. Je recommande cette location.

Great house for two families!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. Our 6 kids could enjoy themselves alot and we both spent time by the pool, at the Beach and in the nearby cities. Barcelona is an hour away but Tarragona is 25 min and a great discovery. Best thing is to rent a car, I don’t know how to get around without one. We love to come back in the future!

Wonderful Villa in a Beautiful Location

Stayed in this accomodation in late May 2018. The booking process was painless and we were offered good local information from Phillipe. After a delayed flight it was great to meet Emma and Raul at the property who were happily waiting for us and showed us around all the amenities. The villa was spotless and very well equipped. We really enjoyed using the pool and the outdoor kitchen area. Pool also was spotlessly clean. We had a couple of hours of heavy rain one morning and the included Wi-Fi was great to keep the kids entertained. The local area is beautiful with the local town/village a particular highlight with excellent restaurants and some stunning coastal walks. Already planning our return. A massive thank you to Phillippe, Raul & Emma.

Excellent!

The house is spacious and located very well for trips to Barcelona and Tarragona. The outside kitchen is nice and well equipped. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool the most. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette très agréable villa. La maison est bien agencée, spacieuse, bien équipée, propre et agréablement meublée. La piscine est très grande, l'environnement calme, et la plage accessible à pied est très agréable. Le Roc de Sant Gaieta et sa promenade le long de la mer sont très mignons. Il y a tout à proximité (restaurants, supermarchés, commerces) en nombre suffisant, mais dans un environnement calme et reposant. Beaucoup de chose à faire et visiter dans la région : Barcelone, Tarragone, ses vestiges romains et ses Castells (tours humaines), Port Aventura, Monastères cisterciens... Bref, tout était parfait et nous recommandons cette location sans aucune réserve. Gutes Haus mit einem sehr schönem und großem Pool

Das Haus ist ideal für 8 Personen. Die 3 Bäder im Haus, der Geschirrspüler und die Waschmaschine sind wirklich sehr praktisch. Das Highlight ist sicher der große Pool mit Whirlpool-Nische. Auch die Tischtennisplatte trägt zur nötigen Unterhaltung bei. 3-4 Supermärkte sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der Strand ist ein Traum und nur am Wochenende voll, unter der Woche war er fast menschenleer. Tarragona muss man gesehen haben und ist nur 25 Fahrminuten entfernt. In Coma-Ruga (ca. 6 Km entfernt) kann man sehr schön, zu bezahlbaren Preise direkt am Meer Essen gehen. Von hier aus fährt auch die Regionalbahn nach Barcelona. Wir hatte 10 herrliche Tage hier und werden das Haus auf alle Fälle weiter empfehlen.

Agréable location

Belle location spacieuse, propre, confortable, et très bien aménagée. Située dans un environnement calme et reposant, nous avons passé une agréable semaine. Nous étions 10 personnes. Les plus de la maison sont sa cuisine extérieure qui est très fonctionnelle avec son petit coin ombragé pour les repas. Mais aussi sa belle piscine qui est très bien entretenue avec une eau très douce. Pour la mer, pas de soucis. Elle est à 15 minutes à pied et 3 minutes en voiture mais qui est surtout bordée de très belles plages de sable fin avec une eau propre et une température plus que correct. Le Roc de Saint Gaietà est appréciable pour une petite promenade (mais chut nous laissons la surprise à ses futurs visiteurs) mais aussi où l’on trouve de petits commerces et restaurateurs. Depuis ce Roc une très belle promenade est à portée de main (pied) le long de la mer pour rejoindre la platja Llarga de Berà où se trouve un bon restaurant ainsi qu’une paillotte pour y déguster un bon Mojito en soirée… Les supermarchés sont également très proche en voiture, donc pas de perte de temps … Nous avons également apprécié la ville de Tarragone riche en histoire à seulement 25 minutes en voiture. Sans oublier Barcelone bien évidement qui est incontournable avec notamment son immense marché alimentaire qui réserve de bien bonne choses…(nous conseillons de prendre le train qui arrive directement en centre-ville). Le centre-ville de El Vendrell (10 minutes en voiture) est sympathique également. Nous ne pouvions oublier le propriétaire de notre commentaire, qui est fort sympathique, sérieux et surtout soucieux de satisfaire ces locataires. Chère Famille Benoit et amis proches, Quel plaisir de lire que votre séjour s'est bien déroulé et que la maison et la piscine (!) ont répondu à vos attentes. De plus, visiblement, en une semaine, vous avez eu le temps de visiter plusieurs endroits du coin et cela me ravi. D'ailleurs, vous avez bien raison de mettre en avant le restaurant de la Platja Llarga. Il est d'un bon rapport qualité prix avec l'avantage de donner directement sur la plage. Je ne manquerai pas de transmettre à Raquel et à Ruben vos gentilles remarques et effectivement cela me fait plaisir de lire que vous êtes contents de vos vacances. Beautiful house, big pool, great location

Had a small family reunion in there. Plenty of space for 8 people, would be enough to sleep for 10. Big, well equipped house with all necessary appliances and plus nice summer kitchen with coals/wood grill. Great pool where you actually could jump and by the pool enough space for sunbeds and relaxation. Very close nice beaches with lovely walking pass by the shore. Easy and fast way to Tarragona, Barcelona is only 45-50 min away by car. Very close grocery shops and few restaurants. Definitely would recommend this house for stay!

Super location, super pool!

We have stayed in this villa in May. Everything was cool. Villa is located in village with really nice small histirical centr. There are few supermarkets and restourants next to the villa. We had no problem to go to Barca or Terragona, even to Valencia - of course car is needed. Beach is nice - not so much people, good sand and water. AND...pool!!!! No comments, just fantastic! :) If you want to choose this house for your vacations, you will never regret about it! Thanks to Phillipe for our holidays.

location agréable à recommander

maison agréable à recommander. La piscine est aussi belle que sur la photo et nous avons pu l'utiliser malgré notre sejour tard en saison..Nous avons été bien accueillis et la documentation touristique mise à disposition nous a été utile pour visiter la région.un petit bémol cependant, le va-et-vient entre la cuisine extérieure (avec le réfrigérateur) et la cuisine intérieure (avec le four et le micro-ondes). Nous sommes prèts a renouveler notre séjour ;cette maison a répondu à notre attente car située dans un bel environnement et nous pouvons la recommander sauf à une famille avec des jeunes enfants petits car la piscine n'est pas protégée.

À présent, s'agissant de l'absence d'une balustrade autour de la piscine, nous avons déjà eu le plaisir d'accueillir plusieurs familles avec des enfants en bas âge et elles s'en sont très bien accommodées. Super séjour !

Nous avons passés d'agréables moments dans cette maison spacieuse et très moderne. Roda Bara est un lieu magique ! Nous allions tous les jours faire notre shopping à El Vendrell au marché municipal ou nous avons trouvé des produits de très grandes qualités (Daurade sauvage, poulpe, calamar, sardines, côte de boeuf, merguez, melons, pastèques, poivrons, tomates... et j'en passe un régal ! Notre endroit préféré se trouvait sur la plage " Le Roda Park / Oasis Park" ou nous nous prenions quotidiennement (tapas, grenadas lemon, glaces...) ou l'accueil est exceptionnel ! Tout le personnel est à votre petit soin ! Nous remercions vivement le propriétaire, et ses représentants pour leur accueil et tous leurs efforts mis en oeuvre pour que notre séjour se passe de les meilleurs conditions possibles ! Merci !

Spacieuse et propre

La ponctualité de la Ruben, la personne de contact est remarquable. Nous avons apprécié l'infrastructure de la maison, l'agencement permet la cohabitation de 11 personnes sans problème . La cuisine extérieure est très agréable , nous en avons profité à tous les repas. La piscine entourée d'une grande terrasse permet de suivre le soleil en fonction de son orientation. Nous recommandons cette location.

Superbe !!

Villa avec piscine très agréable à vivre. C'est simple, il y a tout ce qu'il faut sur place car le propriétaire viens lui même en vacances dans cette villa. Nous étions deux couples avec chacun des jeunes enfants jeunes (entre 8 mois et 5 ans) et l'agencement de la maison permet d'avoir une aile (chambres et salles de bain) pour chaque famille, le tout avec un grand salon pour faire le lien. A l'extérieur, le trampoline à disposition a été très apprécié des enfants et il y a de la place pour trois voitures dans l'allée de la villa. Nous avons séjourné dans la villa en août et, quand nous étions à la villa, nous avons passé le plus clair de notre temps à l'exterieur près de la piscine où à table en terrasse sous tonnelles près de la cuisine d'été (moderne et toute équipée). Seul point d'attention à avoir, la piscine et la sécurité avec des jeunes enfants : il n'y a pas de barrière de sécurité (on a érigé une barrière avec des transats pour être plus tranquilles). Je recommande vivement cette villa en tous cas (même si je fais un commentaire assez tardif, presqu'un an après mon séjour).
