Located on the 3rd floor directly over the pool. Balcony accessible from the living room and master bedroom w./ exquisite views. New full size W/D; microwave and range with convection oven option if desired. Fully appointed, user friendly kitchen with several small appliances available to make meal prep easy.
Comfortable new KS mattress in the spacious master bedroom. Oversized master bath with walk in shower, his & her sinks, ample storage and enormous master walk-in closet.
Guest bedroom with queen sized bed, new mattress, and plenty of storage / closet space. Bunk area off of the dining area with bi-fold doors for privacy, and standard sized twin beds.
Living room has new commercial queen sized sleeper, sectional sofa, and ample bedding available.
Living room provides comfortable seating for 6 or so, and bar stools from the breakfast bar are convenient extra living room seats too.
Dining room table seats 6, swivel bar stools for 4 allow plenty of eating in options.
Resort wifi works excellently throughout the unit and the grounds. We've always had excellent reception with our cell phones on the Verizon network, and now Cricket. Designated parking on the 3rd floor eliminate the need for elevators for loading and unloading. Handicap parking is just 50 paces to the condo door!
Pet's are always welcome, though they must be checked in at the front office, and HOA guidelines followed. Pet fees are determined by the HOA, and collected at the front office upon check in. I, as an owner have no say or control over these established fees. Currently $300/pet under 30 pounds; limit 1. There is no fee or size restrictions for service dogs. Emotional support pets are subject to the pet fee, and NOT exempt per the ADA. Must provide vet records of shots etc. and get a pet ID band for yourself and the pet to wear at all times outside the unit.
The resort also assesses a parking fee of $30 upon check in or preregistration.
The fall of 2021 a new AC unit was installed, including a specialized purification system that effectively filters and cleans the airflow from all bacterial, viruses, mold, and fungus. We haven't had any of those issues, but with the challenges of Covid, and no doubt there'll be more airborne pathogens to be cognizant of, we felt this a good move for the added safety and peace of mind for ourselves AND our guests!

Tony and I have been coming to PCB since 1990 from Ozark,MO. It had been an annual trip that began in the beautiful camp grounds of St. Andrews, in a tent. After a couple of years we graduated up to a pop-up camper, then a 5th wheel and then renting condo's. As Tony's job allowed, we eventually were able to rent for month, and owning became more of a thought process as we felt we would REALLY like to retire here sometime in the future. Or, at least become snowbirds ourselves. Who wouldn't? LOL!
Anyways, Treasure Island is our first condo and is genuinely our 'home away from home'.
About ourselves? We now have 3 grown children ranging in age from 30-38, and a grandson, 6yo, who keeps us on our toes. Our son is getting married later this fall; so this year will be fun helping plan another wedding.
Tony had been a long time business owner locally, and the sale of his and his brothers company is what propelled our venture into condo ownership. Now he works on the board of our church, and does "handyman" projects for a couple of realtors in town, and maintains a lawn care/landscaping business to keep him busy. He is the type that needs to be busy 24/7/365.....and there is nothing he can't do in fixing things!!
Myself? I've sold my business in 2014 to focus on my health. It has improved with less stress, but still have some surgery's that are on the back burner as Covid works it's way across the globe. In the meantime, I'm into remodeling, redesigning, furniture renovation/repurposing, and resuming my desire to paint artistically. I've retained my RN license, and also consider being active again, pending how the healthcare field and challenges unfold.

Why they chose this property
We love the layout of the Treasure Island complex, and the condo unit itself. It seems so spacious and the proximity to the beach is amazing. We love that we can bring our dog(s) with us if we want to, and have the ability to offer that pleasure to our guests who are equally attached to their pets.
Tony enjoys his daily walks to St Andrews and visits with the local fishermen from the piers, and many times we will bring his bike (or scooter) down where he finds he can get ALL over the place and bring limited groceries back with greater ease.
Walking to Schooners for lunch or dinner is a pleasure, and we can go by beach or by the road that runs just off the main drag. This is also a nice route to walk your pet, and grab a drink while you're out and about, especially when the season begins to slow some and traffic not as hectic.
THIS is where we will live when we are able, so we make extra sure that it is well maintained and immaculately cleaned. While I need to be more cognizant of the stressors in my life, we will co-manage with the onsite management team. They have done a great job in 2021, so will allow them to continue for 2022, and hope I can get the worst of the needed surgeries over this year, and again take a more hands on direct relationship with our guests.

What makes this property unique
I am uncertain that I can add anything further without repeating myself. I am thrilled the resort now has a hot tub, I adore the outdoor lunches and drinks provided by an onsite snack-shack where one can sit endlessly for hours, day after day, just enjoying the beauty and splendor of the scenery. The 3rd floor is high enough for some privacy from those low enough to watch the wildlife and have spectacular experiences watching dolphin play, stingrays skirt the shoreline ( they always avoid people! Fun to watch them from afar; while those right in the midst of them are unaware!!). Pelicans, egrets and sand pipers hunt for food along the shore line, and hermit crabs are definitely fun to find in some of the smallest of shells! Check all the shells you find while playing in the gulf; many hold living surprises!!
Winter of 2022 the beach received "renourishment" attention, and is almost 4times as big! The shells siphoned in with the added sand is said to be incredible....though you may have to dig a bit; or walk during low tide when some sand has been washed out a bit.
