This very bright villa level located in PORTICCIO (15 km from the port and Ajaccio airport) in a very quiet private residence 1.5 km from the sea and all shops.

It is completely new and has its own entrance where you can park your vehicle.

Covering an area of 70 m², it consists of a large living room with kitchen area open to a living room, two double bedrooms in 140, a large bathroom with wc, sink and washing machine, a 2nd independent WC

You can take your meals on the covered terrace, and grill.
Its small fully enclosed garden will offer you the possibility of taking your dog since animals are allowed.

Séjour à Porticcio

Agréable avec une hôte qui a su répondre à nos attentes. Le logement nécessite la lumière même en journée mais ce n'est pas gênant. Nous sommes plutôt à la plage ou en visite. Le logement est spacieux pour 4 personnes et plus. Rien ne manque en équipement de cuisine ou autres. On stationne facilement juste en face du logement mais possible aussi dans l'allée privée. L'accès plage nécessite un peu de marche (20 mn) ou à peine 10 mn en voiture.

Logement calme mais sa s clim

Malgré l'emplacement près d'une voie passante, nous etions au calme. Déception : l'annonce disait logement lumineux. Or seule une baie vitrée apporte de la lumière au séjour. Mais étant en plein soleil, on devions fermer le rideau pour pouvoir conserver un frais relatif. Le 2 chambres et la sdb étaient pourvues d'une petite fenêtre basculante à 1m80 du sol...

12 jours dans cette maison au Rez de Chaussée. A 10 minutes à pied de la plage, lieu très calme, pratique. Très propre, spacieux, tout sur place, haut de gamme. Je recommande cette location.

Cette location est idéale pour profiter pleinement de ses vacances. Sa situation géographique est excellente puisqu elle permet d aller a porticcio a pied, et surtout à la plage sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture, un véritable luxe a ce jour! L'agencement est bien pensé, on apprécie la grande pièce à vivre, la belle cuisine, la bonne literie (important) et la grande salle de bain...en résumé, Nous la recommandons!

Location dans un cadre très agréable

Ce rez de jardin est très agréable, il est spacieux et très bien aménagé. Il se situe sur les hauteurs de Porticcio dans un parc résidentiel très calme' , nous pouvons nous rendre à la plage en 20 mn à pied. Porticcio, sa plage , ses commerces , sont très accueillants.Nous avons passé une semaine ensoleillée.

Nous venons depuis 3 ans consécutifs chez vous, et nous sommes toujours aussi enchantés! Un rez-de-villa très bien agencé, et très bien équipé ou il fait bon vivre (un couple et deux enfants)! La propriétaire est toujours aussi aimable et fidélise très bien ses clients ce pourquoi nous y retournons tous les étés! Le logement est toujours aussi propre, vous pouvez choisir l'option ménage. Le calme et la tranquillité ont toujours été présents pour nous même avec des gens au dessus, nous nous y reposons très bien de plus la literie est très confortable! Très bon rapport QUALITE/PRIX! Nous reviendrons avec joie, et tous les ans!!! Nous nous y sentons comme chez nous!!!!!!!! Merci encore pour ces vacances! A bientôt! Amandine, Paul, Sacha et Alexandra

séjour agréable

-Bonne situation : permet de circuler autour de porticcio sans subir la circulation du bord de mer. -Stationnement aisé. -Coin tranquille : peu de passage. -La position en rez de jardin permet d'avoir une certaine fraicheur mais peut aussi devenir un inconvénient si il y a des locataires bruyants au-dessus de votre tête. -Bien équipé en gros electroménager. -Mal équipé en petits accessoires culinaires: Pas d'essoreuse à salade, pas de presse-agrume. -Très petite vue sur mer, voir inexistante si une voiture se gare de l'autre coté de la chaussée. - Pas de penderie dans une des chambres. Je conseille cette location à senior, famille avec animaux.
