We booked this apartment as it was listed as a 2 bedroom but was actually only 1 bedroom with a sofa bed in the lounge. Other than this it was lovely and clean. Fabulous location and easy to get to places from

Solid spot!

We had a very good experience renting here. The patio was very nice to spend time on, and the home was clean. The apartment complex was very nice with lots of beautiful plants. We spent so much time at the wonderful pool, which was never crowded for us. And the WiFi was fast enough to support 3 people working from home. Thanks again!

Oasi Tamarindo

Innanzitutto bellissima l'Oasi creata da bravi giardinieri con tante palme, tantissimi magnifici fiori e tre spettacolari piscinie. La ns. casa era relativamente vicina all'entrata secondaria e questo fu per noi un vantaggio date le ns. difficoltà nel deambulare e portare pesi e bagagli causata dalla nolstra elevata età e dalle nostre non perfette condizioni di salute. Generalmente buona l'educazione degli altri ospiti e quindi grande tranquillità anche come sicurezza, anche la notte.. Appartamento spazioso. Noi avremmo preferito un letto matrimoniale e non due gemelli, ma non è stato grave. Il bagno, essendo interno e senza finestre , richiederebbe un ricambio forzato dell'aria; forse per abitudine ci è molto mancata la presenza di un bidet. Un po'(troppo) limitata la dotazione di padelle/padellini- Scarsa e troppo confidenziale per noi l'illuminazione artificiale. Troppo veloci e incomplete le spiegazioni all'arrivo per cui - purtroppo e solo dopo specifica lagnanza ci è staato, molto cortesemente peraltro, fornito un prezioso aiuto per fruire dalla (buona) copertura wi.fi.. Non ci è piaciuta affatto la brutale franchezza con cui ci è stata rimproverata la. a dire di chi - molto frettolosamente - a ripreso possesso dell'alloggio, la sua insufficiente pulizia dello stesso. Mi dispiace, siamo vecchi assai (86 e 80) e facciamo solo quello che possono fare due vecchietti che malapena stanno in piedi. Ci avessero proposto un servizio periodico di pulizia e/o di cambio della biancheria a nostre spese l'avremmo accettato. così come l'oner per la pulizi finale come fanno molti residence. Non posso dire che torneremo a Tamaindo in futuro perchè la nostra età non ci consente di fare previsioni a lungo termine senza contare, e questo non è certamente colpa di Tamaindo, che per noi sia risultato piuttosto faticoso il viaggio aereo con cambio a Madrid. L'Oasi è un po' come una maga Circe che non ti invoglia ad uscire (L'iSOLA è IN GRAN PARTA SEMIDESERTICA E BRULLA) per cui ti trovi a dover partire per fine vacanze senza aver effettuatoneppure la metà delle visite che avevi ipotizzato. Spero di essere stato sufficientemente chiaro. Occorresse sono a disposizione per chiarire il mio pensiero. Cordialmente.

Great home but a few improvements are needed

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful apartment for our 1 year marriage anniversary. The host was very polite, pleasant and really hepful. The place was very nice and clean and close to every place you could possibly need to travel to. The parking was good, there was no issues with any people as everyone is friendly. The pool is shared with many other people but its never packed and so you enjoy a good swim. Also the living room sofa can be turned into a bed so don't miss out if you would like to sleep and watch TV. Improvements: - The house is really hot so more than one fan is needed or air conditioning fitted as the heat makes sleeping very difficult - The sofa needs more cushions as the two provided are too small - The kitchen needs more hand towels and clothes to wipe the area - Double sized bedding should be provided for couples who don't want to sleep using separate sheets - Bowls for cereal should be provided - The TV should be a smart TV to enable people to watch their own programmes instead of being stuck with spanish TV - A welcome hamper with essentials like milk, bread, eggs, sugar, tea/coffee and toilet roll would be a nice touch and it is a self catering apartment and makes life easier for a person that's new to the city. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we would stay at the same place again. Our improvements are jut a suggestion to make the apartment even more desireable than it already is. Thanks again for letting us use your apartment and we hope you get more business!
