Nice country cottage

Overall very nice with great garden and space. The house itself is a little bit dated and would need some maintenance, the cottage could be a little bit cleaner.

Fantastic 4 days

We had fantastic 4 days in Fublaines. The house correspond to the descirption, everything you need, is available. The house ist close to Disney Park, about 20min to drive. Also Paris is not far away. The location of the house is ideal. The garden and the area are very quiet, so you can relax after the Paris-Trips. All shops are close to the house. The communication from the landlord was very professional and all things were well prepared. We can absolutly recommand this house

Een bijzonder huis op een rustige lokatie.

Meestal heb je bij het huren van een vakantiehuis 2 keuzes. 1) het huis is puur voor de verhuur, neutraal aangekleed en vaak sfeerloos. 2) Een huis waar de eigenaar vaak verblijft en je merkt dat er in geleeft wordt. Dit huis valt in de tweede categorie. Het is levendig met veel karakter. Je moet hier van houden maar wij vinden dit erg fijn. Waarom? Omdat er vaak goede meubels staan, er voldoende servies is en in dit geval ook nog eens goed internet(zeker belangrijk met pubers) en een TV met Netflix, Disney etc(niet gebruikt). Dit huis ligt in een klein dorp, in een rustige straat tussen andere huizen terwijl, als je de voordeur dicht trekt je het idee hebt in een soort andere wereld te stappen. Het heeft veel bijzonderheden en een geweldige tuin. Het is er echt rustig. Het treinstation(Trilport, gratis parkeren aan de achterzijde) ligt op 5 minuten rijden en vanaf hier ben je in een half uur midden in Parijs(enkeltje 5 euro, laatste trein terug 21:49hr op het moment van schrijven). Eurodisney is binnen 30 minuten te bereiken net zoals het winkelcentrum Val d' Europe. Verder hebben we een bezoek gebracht aan Meaux maar deze stad vonden wij wat tegenvallen. Net als het museum de la grande guerre(1e wereldoorlog). Supermarkten zijn op +/- 10 minuten rijden en er zit op 50 meter een winkeltje met iedere dag verse stokbroden. Wij hebben een goede week in dit huis gehad en gok dat je hier in de zomer nog meer plezier kan beleven(wij zagen een jacuzzi en een zwembad).

Hilfsbereite freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Sehr gut geeignet für Familien, vorzugsweise in nicht kalter Jahreszeit. Auto zwingend erforderlich, dann 2 km entfernt Sehr gute Zuganbindung-preiswert-nach Paris.

Maison non propre

Maison avec des toiles d’araignées dans tous les coins, et pratiquement sur tous les objets. Majorité des objets intouchables, à cause des toiles d’araignée qui pendent partout. Ménage et poussière non prise depuis des mois !!!

Staying in a fairytale, A place to relax

The house is located in a nice quiet town. From the outside it seemed like a small house. Once inside, it was like stepping into a fairytale. The house has a huge living space. It gave you the feeling like you are staying in a house on the prairie with modern facilities. The garden has a play corner for the children. A hammock and enough space to relax. There were enough toys for the kids to enjoy themselves. To bad that we stayed for a short time. If we vistit France again, we would like to come back to this beautiful house.

Ce séjour d'un mois dans cet ancien corps de ferme rénové a été un grand moment de détente. La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée et Rémy, très attentionné et disponible, n'a pas hésité à fournir ce qui manquait, une connexion internet haut débit. Tout était là, y compris des VTT mis à disposition par notre hôte. En cette période de noël et nouvel an, nous avons beaucoup apprécié les feux de cheminée. Nous recommandons cette location pour les amoureux de la nature qui pourront néanmoins profiter de la proximité de centre commerciaux comme "Val d'Europe" ou de parcs comme "Euro-Disney"; Meaux restant une ville agréable avec de nombreux commerces - Séjour idéal familles, sportifs (vélo, jogging, etc...).

Buenas vacaciones !!

Lugar tranquilo, ideal para descansar, cerca del parque Disney , a menos de una hora del centro de Paris. El propietario , Remy , ha sido muy amable. Como unica cosa a tener en cuenta es que como casa de campo que es, hay bastantes arañas y hormigas, pero no ha sido un problema.

We had a really enjoyable...

We had a really enjoyable and restful stay. The property was clean and well maintained, and we were greeted warmly on arrival. The garden and surrounding area was peaceful, and there was plenty of room for a relaxing time outside.
