Single level patio home in a small complex with unobstructed mountain views. North and south facing patios, pool and jacuzzi for enjoying the outdoors. Pull into the double garage, enter this completely furnished and outfitted patio home and begin your vacation. Step onto the back patio, light the grill or go for a swim.
The famous Carefree Sundial and gardens, shops, galleries and restaurants are within walking distance. Grocery stores and banks are easily accessible. Cave Creek's bars and Stagecoach Village are only a mile away. Freeways to every other part of 'the Valley' are 10 miles to the south.
Spring League baseball is 30 minutes to the south or the west. Old Town Scottsdale is 30 minutes away. Cardinals Stadium is about 30 minutes to the west.
Over a dozen golf courses are within easy reach. And for hiking you'll only be minutes away from Spur Cross Park, Pinnacle Peak and Black Mountain. Horseback riding is offered at Spur Cross Park, only minutes away.

I'm a third generation Arizona native. I love the desert and everything outdoors that the Valley of the Sun offers.
Why they chose this property
After moving back from S Florida, I decided I wanted to be just a little bit away from the traffic and noise of the city. But I also wanted to be able to get to any restaurant, theatre, ballgame and airport without too much of a commute. So I chose Carefree for my new home. Now I'm in a larger home and renting the patio home as a vacation rental. This way others can experience the Sonoran desert and the Valley of Sun on their own getaways.
What makes this property unique
The views of the mountains are magnificent. There is absolutely no city noise here. But restaurants, the post office and Carefree's Giant Sundial are within walking distance.
