Ein toller Aufenthalt, der uns sehr sehr positiv in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Weil ...- die Vermieterin freundlich, herzlich, kommunikativ und und zuverlässig ist- die Wohnung mit einer guten Klimatisierung, viel Stauraum, gute Lüftbarkeit, allen erdenklichen Haushaltsgeräten und Möbeln ausgestattet ist- die Wohnung zentral zur "Shopping-City" liegt, dennoch absolut ruhig ist und der Weg zu Strand (und damit zu dem von uns gewählten Parkplatz) nicht weit ist; ein Supermarkt ist auch gleich um die Ecke- weil auf alle Fragen und Bitten freundlich und umgehend reagiert wurde.... wir kommen wieder!

Dans la petite chambre il n y a pas de clim car trop petite selon les techniciens de climatisation....mais il y a un ventilateur au plafond et la piece est totalmente isolee murs et plafond pour une temperature le plus egale possible. So habe ich mir den Urlaub vorgestellt!

Wir sind begeistert. Zu der Wohnung: Sie liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuss zum Strand. In der Nähe befinden sich eine Kirche, ein Supermarkt, eine Metzgerei, verschiedene Restaurants, Läden, Eisdielen und ein Eisenwarengeschäft (Baumarkt/Haushaltswaren, alles was man gebrauchen könnte, falls vergessen). Sie ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Küche ist modern, man hat alles, was man braucht. Kaffeemaschine, Herd, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, einfach alles ist da. Das Kinderzimmer hat 2 Betten 90x 200, Klimaanlage und Fernseher. Das Elternzimmer hat ein großes Bett 160x200 und Klimaanlage. Ein drittes Zimmer mit einem Bett 90x200 ist auch vorhanden. Hier ist keine Klimaanlage vorhanden, aber ein Deckenventilator. Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich, verfügt über ein Kamin, Klimaanlage, Couch, Balkon, so wie in den Bildern. Das Bad ist groß, mit Dusche und WC. Das Bad ist sauber, kein Schimmel oder ähnliches. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Sie hat alle unsere Fragen beantwortet. Der Strand ist sehr schön, man kann verschiedene Ausflüge machen, zu den Inseln fahren, das Wasser ist sauber, der Strand ist sauber, man kann tauchen, Boot mieten, es wird nicht langweilig. Die Stadt ist ruhig und sauber. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder hinfahren.

Formidable !

En plus de tout ce qui a déjà été dit - formidable accueil, apartement très bien situé et équipé, très propre (même pour nous suisses, très délicats surce dernier point ;-), la terrasse jouit d'une magnifique vue sur l'arrière pays, ce dont on ne se rend pas bien compte sur les photos. Super appartement proche de tout!

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans l'appartement de Carolina. L'appartement est spacieux et chacun peut avoir son espace. La terrasse sur le toit est très agréable pour prendre les repas. Rien ne manque dans cet appartement qui est vraiment très bien situé : proche du centre ville pour le soir et proche de la plage pour la journée. Bref, je vous recommande vraiment ce logement! Merci à Carolina pour son accueil🙂.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à l'Estartit dans le logement de Mde Alvarez qui est très spacieux . L'appartement est proche de tout, le centre ville est à 2 pas ainsi que la mer et de nombreux restaurants. La voiture n'est presque pas indispensable. Nous regrettons simplement qu'il n'y ait pas la wifi et un lave vaisselle.

très bon emplacement mais...

Gros problème de stationnement. On est obligé de se stationner sur le parking de la plage à 30O M environ Pour l'appartement pensez à tout prévoir (sel, huile, allumettes pour le barbecue, enfin tout….) Problème aussi avec les fourmis : une invasion ! Mis à part cela appartement bien situé tout peut se faire à pied

Bonjour, Merci pour vos commentaires. Le stationnement gratuit a l Estartit se fait sur la plage depuis plusieurs annees et controlé par les services municipaux. Par hygiene, je ne laisse pas de denrées alimentaires Pour allumer le barbecue il y a des allumettes dans l armoire de la petite terrasse . Les fourmis sont une invasion generale a l estartit, l escala et autres villegiatures, cette annee, du a l humidite et elles se ntent le changement de Temps. IL y a des pieges a fourmis mis dans certains endroits de l appartement.et dans l armoire aussi.

Location ideale

L’appartement est idéalement placé : à 2 pas du Spar et de la rue piétonne du centre ville, à 3 minutes à pied du grand parking ( gratuit) de la plage et donc de la plage. L’appartement est spacieux, climatisé dans une des chambres et dans le salon ce qui permet d’etre au frais dans toute la maison si on laisse les portes ouvertes. Il y a de nombreux rangements une grande cuisine et un grand frigo très appréciable. Et la terrasse est ombragée et parfaite pour y prendre les repas. Si nous retournons à L’estartit nous retournerons chez Caroline qui est une super hôtesse. Merci pour ce formidable séjour.

Grundsätzlich sehr schön, mit kleinen Abstrichen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die Wohnung wieder buchen. Allerdings möchten wir erwähnen, dass ein wenig unangenehm aufgefallen ist. Die Terrasse war zu Urlaubsbeginn ziemlich voll mit altem Mövenkot deswegen hier keine 5 Sterne bei der Sauberkeit. Ebenfalls auf der Terrasse steht ein großer Tontopf mit einem Bäumchen drin. Dieser Topf war in mehrere Einzelteile zerbrochen und notdürftig mit einem Seil zusammengehalten. Hier herrschte eine große Verletzungsgefahr, grade wenn man mit kleinen Kindern so wie wir verreist. Ansonsten war die Wohnung, sehr ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Küche war ein besonderes Highlight in der Wohnung. Frau Alvarez war jederzeit erreichbar und ein netter Kontakt. Leider mussten wir ein wenig früher als geplant die Wohnung verlassen, da wir andere Informationen zur Buchung hatten als Frau Alvarez. Sie kam uns aber in der Abreisezeit ein wenig entgegen und dafür sind wir ihr sehr dankbar. Alles in allem gibt es von uns auf jeden Fall eine Weiterempfehlung.

Ich danke Ihnen auch, dass Sie, wenn Sie jemals in einige meiner Apartments zurückkehren möchten, wenn Sie ein Problem feststellen, es mir bitte mitteilen, um es zu korrigieren, und nicht, wenn der Aufenthalt vorbei ist. Ich verstehe das Wort Mövenkot nicht, aber ich suche, wer es für mich übersetzen kann (da ich kein Deutsch verstehe und die ggogle-Übersetzung verwende) Da wir vorher gehen müssen, reden wir ungefähr 1 Stunde vorher, nicht mehr! Ich denke, dass eine Abfahrt um 10 Uhr statt um 11 Uhr (Zeit, die ich nie angeben würde) Ihren Urlaub nicht wesentlich verändert. Herzliche Grüße
