Nestled on the prestigious hill of Super Cannes, the villa welcomes you in one of the most peaceful and beautiful neighborhood of the region! It is semi detached yet fully private. It has been renovated with natural materials and modern finishes. The views of the Alp mountains are fantastic and in all the rooms! The whole property is surrounded by a wonderful Mediterranean scenery and you just hear the sound of the birds, yet you are just minutes by car from the center of Cannes.

The 4 large bedrooms can sleep up to 10 people. The bedrooms remain pleasantly cool and lead to the terraces and pool. The kitchen is new and modern, it offers all the necessary fittings for a gourmet cuisine.

A car is necessary to move around, as it is situated on the top of The Californie residential hill of Cannes. The beach is within 5 min drive and the Palais des Festivals, the center of Cannes, Juans les Pins with its famous bars and Antibes are all just 10 minutes away. There is plenty of Supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants all within 5 minutes drive.

Amazing holiday in Super Cannes

This is our second visit to this wonderful villa. The views are even more stunning. Nikta was great and came back to us quickly and kept us informed. An absolute incredible holiday and I’m sure we will be back. 5 stars

Wonderful Holiday

We have just had a fabulous time in this wonderful villa. Nikta was great and kept us up to date with things . She was very accommodating and answered any questions we had. The villa was even more wonderful than on the photos. We hired a car so it was really easy to get to places and there were supermarkets not too far away. My family of 6 all had a wonderful time. The only down side was when we had to leave and easily could have stayed another week.

Magisk semester på magisk plats

Fantastisk service och trevlighet från ägaren av bostaden. Hon var lätt att få tag på och fanns till hjälp när vi behövde. Huset har en otrolig utsikt och innehöll alla faciliteter vi behövde under veckan. Huset ligger i ett fint område ungefär 20 minuter promenad ifrån byn Vallauris. Bil behövs för att ta sig runt i området eller till de större städerna Cannes, Antibes och Nice.

Well functioning, isolated but stunning view

Arrival/communication with owner - super. Beds/bath/kitchen - very fine. View - stunning. Location - absolutely nothing in walking distance (no buying baguette in the morning...) but we knew that from advertisement. Decoration of house - really sad - felt more like being in eastern europe than France. We had a very nice stay - and luckily the neighbors on both sides of the house were quiet people as the distance is no more than a few meters. Best regards, Caroline, Denmark

A beautiful peaceful and well equipped villa. With amazing views.

We have just returned from a wonderful 12 day break in this villa. The villa is well equipped and comfortable. It has a really homely feel. The swimming pool is perfect and although not heated was warm enough throughout the whole day. The villa is perfectly located to pop down to Cannes or Antibes. Also Monaco is approximately an hour away, St Tropez and The amazing Gorge du Verdon are well worth a visit, about an hour and half away. For those with children the water park In Antibes is a good day out. All in all this villa had pretty much everything you would want for a perfect family holiday. We all loved it. Our family consists of 6 children aging from 19 to 11 and each and everyone of them throughly enjoyed it. The owners are very friendly and are there to assist you with anything you need. We would definitely be returning.

Very spacious , lovely pool, lovely view, car needed, can get very warm , more air con needed .

Lovely place, spacious for 10 people, car required , unless you use the ubas or taxi into main can train station , you can get a train too anywhere , very cheap for trains. Owner lovely lady, she was always at the end off the phone whenever we needed her. The view from the villa is amazing, great pool.

Absolutely fabulous up in the hills!

Really loved staying here. It’s homely but modern, and also clean, comfortable and well provisioned. The views were fantastic (you could see the Pre-Alps!) especially when you’re lying in the pool. We loved having dinner on the terrace each evening using the fully equipped kitchen. All the rooms have these views too. We were there for the 2018 World Cup final. It was incredible hearing the previously tranquil town (which you overlook from afar) becoming so joyous! Felt like we were playing a game of Sims! Would highly recommend this villa!

Lovely Cannes Sanctuary

Located just a few minutes drive from the heart of Cannes, this welcoming home, nestled in the hills above the city center, was perfect for our family of six. The rooms are spacious and offer many possible sleeping arrangements. The view is spectacular and the outdoor dining table offered the perfect spot for us to play board games and enjoy meals together all while taking in the gorgeous landscape. The pool became the setting of daily family play time and since the summers can be hot and the house does not have AC, cooling off in the pool became a daily highlight.

Ho trascorso qualche giorno per la festa di Capodanno in questa casa. Eravamo quattro coppie con bimbi piccoli. È stato perfetto: ben attrezzata con tutto, molto spaziosa, in zona tranquilla a pochi minuti dal centro di Cannes e con una bellissima visuale. Assolutamente da consigliare!!!

Fantastic holiday accomodation for friends/family

Hi! We stayed in this villa for a week with my friends. Location: great spatious villa with a fantastic open view, just a few minutes by car from the sea and good beaches, close to Cannes and Antibes, easy to park at least 3-4 cars. Food stores are a few minutes away. You need a car to move around there. Villa: 3 levels villa, 4 spacious rooms with enough beds and2 bathrooms. We were very comfortable, all is clean and freshly renovated. Each room has a nice view and big full wall windows. The swimming pool is great and very well taken care of, clean. A lot of place for everyone to stay at the pool, sunbathe. Kitchen is equiped, big fridge and all you need for a holiday stay and cooking. Internet perfectly works. Beautiful lighting at the pool to swim at night if you wish. Overall: I celebrated by birthday there and this place was a perfect deal for my plan. Could accomodate all my friends and they loved it there! I would be happy to return! Thanks a lot to Nikta as she helped with all we needed. Great host. Would highly recommend this villa to everyone. Amazing villa

Great time! An owner more than pleasant and I mean it! An even more attractive villa compares to photos and for a reasonable price given the quality of the service received No problems to report! Très belle maison avec une vue magnifique : superbe terrasse, 4 belles et grandes chambres, cuisine et salles de bain modernes et très jolies. Possibilité de garer 3 véhicules sans problème. Il faut prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage mais petite route très agréable et aucun bouchon (compter 5 minutes). Accueil chaleureux Bref, à recommander
