Ideal for two families or small groups. The villa consists of 4 bedrooms for a total of 10 beds. A 20 km is located the water park Odyssey 2000. The mountain (Sila) is 45 km. Vacanza al mare ma in campagna!!
La mia famiglia con una famiglia di amici è stata ospite del signor Giovanni per tre settimane e consigliamo il soggiorno a chi vuole fare una vacanza nel verde e nella tranquillità.
Il proprietario è molto gentile ed estremamente disponibile e la casa è ben organizzata anche se nelle camere da letto servirebbero dei ventilatori.
Il tavolo e la doccia esterna sono stati veramente graditi e quotidianamente utilizzati; il barbecue, anche se sacrificato, ha fatto il suo dovere!
Servizi della casa perfettamente funzionanti e cucina abbastanza ben attrezzata.
Struttura assolutamente consigliata!!!

Bella casa proprietario disponibile ottima vacanza
Il nostro gruppo si componeva di quattro piccole famiglie che erano state invitate ad un matrimonio a Corigliano Calabro. Essendo parenti molto stretti abbiamo deciso di cercare alloggio tutti insieme e di trascorrere alcuni giorni di vacanza anche dopo il giorno del matrimonio. Siamo stati aiutati in questo dal proprietario che ha aggiunto alcuni letti ( con un piccolo sovrapprezzo che abbiamo ritenuto piu' che consono) per poterci ospitare tutti, eravamo in 12 piu' un bebe'.
La casa e' molto carina, ben tenuta, semplice, ma accessoriata molto bene. Tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno era presente dentro e fuori di essa. La qualita' del sonno e' stata ottima, abbiamo potuto cucinare agevolemente anche grazie alla presenza di numerose e grandi pentole e stoviglie. Cenare sotto il patio e' stato davvero molto piacevole. La terza doccia, esterna, in giardino, ci ha permesso di non dovere attendere troppo la sera per lavarci quando entrambi i bagni erano occupati. La posizione della casa e' ottima, leggermente defilata dai centri abitati, per cui molto tranquilla, in mezzo ad un bellissimo agrumeto. Il mare e' vicino e intorno ci sono tante cose belle da vedere. Abbiamo visitato diverse spiaggie e siamo anche stati a camminare sulla Sila e sul Pollino.
Il sig. Bauleo, proprietario della casa e' stato accogliente e molto gentile: sempre disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. La casa era pulita. Il posto e' anche leggermente ventilato; nonostante di giorno la temperatura fosse alta, la sera era molto piacevole stare in giardino.
Vorrei ringrazieare i proprietari con un unico consiglio: se potete, fate avere ai vostri ospiti almeno due mazzi di chiavi ( anche tre) per permettere a gruppi piu' numerosi di potersi muovere in maniera piu' indipendente.
Un consiglio a chi si appresta a soggiornare in questa bella casa: mettetevi d'accordo con il proprietario per pagare eventualmente le pulizie prima di partire, perche' noi non avevamo preso accordi a questo proposito e l'ultima sera non abbiamo potuto visitare il Castello Ducale di Corigliano perche' dovevamo pulire la casa.... ( come ci e' stato richiesto dal proprietario solo la sera prima di partire!).
