About this property

Cottage rental in the village Three stars

Former community house in Auvergne at tarenteix renovated with large garden located in the countryside with breathtaking views of the Forez mountains and the chain of puys. This house is not our main house.
This cottage has an area of 85 m2 with on the ground floor a living room with an integrated fitted kitchen (electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer) opening onto the garden, a bedroom with direct opening to the outside decorated with a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Upstairs a mezzanine (2 beds with tv cd player) + a loggia (view on the drill) and a twin bedroom with shower room and separate wc.
possibility of cleaning and rental of linen (sheets).
the shops are 4.5km away.

In Escoutoux you can practice: tennis, hiking, mountain biking, cycling, fishing.
In thiers, the capital of cutlery, you can visit its museum, the valley of spinning wheels, see the road to factories and the depths of hell. We can accommodate hikers, cyclists, hunters, fishermen .....

Les propriétaires sont accueillants et serviables. Nous étions au calme, la literie est confortable. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir 2 salles d'eau et 2 toilettes séparés. Nous avons visité Tiers avec le célèbre musée de la coutellerie, le château d'Aulteribe qui est resté aménagé avec le mobilier d'époque, le Lac d'Aubusson pour se rafraichir . A environ 50 minutes du gîte , la ville de Vichy est à visiter et il y a également de très belles randonnées à faire, notamment celle du Puy de Dôme avec les parapentistes qui y décollent du sommet. Ce fût un séjour très agréable. Christelle

Nous avons dû faire le ménage en arrivant (poussières, toiles d'araignée, interrupteurs et extracteurs sales, en plus en période de pandémie). Idéal pour des arachnophiles. Au lieu d'une vue sur les monts du Forez et sur la chaîne des puys, nous avions une vue sur un poulailler et la maison des propriétaires. La maison est mitoyenne, et la machine à laver et le jardin sont partagés avec un autre gîte. Les nuits sont bruyantes (présence d'un animal au grenier et propriétaire utilisant la machine à laver à côté de la chambre pendant les heures creuses (à 3h00 le matin). Les propriétaires sont accueillants mais manquent de professionnalisme. La région est agréable et mérite le détour.

Vacances au calme

Très belle région où le dépaysement est total. On a beaucoup apprécié le calme lié à la situation du logement mais il mériterait un nettoyage plus consciencieux. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques, discrets et de bons conseils. On a énormément apprécié les randonnées autour des Puys qui offrent des paysages magnifiques, ainsi que la découverte du plateau de Gergovie, les lacs de cratère, les moulins... Bref tant de choses à découvrir mais qui nécessite le plus souvent 1h de voiture.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dieser schönen Unterkunft, sie liegt ruhig, ist sauber, gut eingerichtet und es gibt viel Platz auf der Aussenfläche zum spielen für die Kinder, die Vermieter wohnen vor Ort und sind sehr hilfsbereit, wir können diese Fewo gern weiterempfehlen.
