It is ideally located in the heart of the legendary coast and dominates, due to its exceptional location on the seafront, the white sand and rocky beach of Neiz Vran and the entrance to Tresseny bay with the horizon lighthouse of Ile Vierge.
The layout of the house allows you to see the sea both from the ground floor and from the first floor which offers a panoramic and breathtaking view from its living room and its furnished terrace: you will never get tired of it !!! And finally in the evening you will admire magnificent sunsets.
A stone's throw from the house, the beach and the start of numerous walks along the coastal path to discover superb maritime landscapes.

Klasse Haus in toller Lage.

Ein sehr offenes und lichtvolles Haus in einer herrlichen Bucht gelegen. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und großzügig eingerichtet. In der nähren Umgebung sind interesannte Städte und historische Orte zu besuchen. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit der Vermieterin, die Übergabe und die Schlussabwicklung ist sehr gut, zeitnah und besonders freundlich gewesen. Das Begrüßungsgeschenk ist sehr großzügig.

Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in super Lage direkt am Meer/Strand und nette, aufmerksame Gastgeber, die uns mit Gastgeschenken und vielen Tipps willkommen hießen. Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem ruhigen Fleckchen Bretagne, bei bestem Wetter und wunderbaren Sonnenuntergängen; zu erleben auf der westwärts ausgerichteten Loggia bei Apéro und einem netten Drink... Sowohl für ruhige Momente als auch für Aktive jede Menge Möglichkeiten! Danke

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa Kerlouan verbracht, welches mit Recht diese Bezeichnung verdient. 5 Sterne sind zu wenig. Man wird herzlich empfangen und genießt ein perfekt und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die netten Gastgeschenke haben wir in vollen Zügen genossen.Blick auf die Bucht atemberaubend zu jeder Tageszeit.Fam. Cabon sind perfekte Gastgeber. Danke für 2 Wochen Entspannung.

Vue splendide Kerlouan

Nous avons séjourné une semaine à Pâques dans cette très belle maison qui dispose d'une vue incomparable sur le mer. La maison est grande, très propre, très fonctionnelle et il ne manque absolument rien dans les ustensiles ménagers. L'accueil a été extrêmement bon et tout a été fait pour nous garantir un séjour parfait.

Maison très confortable, vue exceptionnelle

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette belle maison moderne, juste devant la plage, où l'on voit la mer de chaque pièce . Elle est également particulièrement bien équipée et sa situation permet de très belles promenades le long de la mer. Enfin nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires .

Séjour parfait, maison très confortable avec vue splendide

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Josiane. L'accueil fut des plus agréables et généreux. La maison est située directement sur la mer. La maison est très propre, très bien équipée, décorée avec goût, lumineuse, confortable (literie parfaite). Bref, nous sommes repartis enchantés de notre trop court séjour. Merci encore Josiane de partager ce lieu.

Un paradis au bord de l'eau

Maison magnifique, spacieuse et très fonctionnelle (mari en invalidité). Tout à fait conforme au descriptif... Oui!!! On voit la mer de partout!!! Dès l'arrivée, on ne manque de rien: tout le nécessaire d'une maison est à disposition et pour la cuisine aussi. La literie est parfaite. La propreté est nickel. Un petit salon à l'étage proposant une vue magnifique. Propriétaire très agréable et chaleureuse. En Bref... Les yeux fermés vous pouvez y aller, les yeux grands ouverts là bas vous aurez... Tant c'est parfait!!! D'ailleurs, on reloue pour l'année prochaine :)

Un séjour inoubliable.

La maison est magnifique, très confortable et joliment décorée. Tout est pensé pour le bien-être des vacanciers. On voit vraiment la mer de toutes les pièces et le site de Neiz Vran est très beau. Wunderschönes Haus direkt am Meer

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit 2 Familien im Haus verbracht. Alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt, ist im Haus vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Direkte Strandlage mit überwältigenden Blick auf das Meer und die untergehende Sonne lassen das Urlauberherz höher schlagen. Schon die Begrüßung ist sehr herzlich und als Gastgeschenk gab es Hummer für alle, den wir auch sehr genossen haben. Für 2 Familien nur zu empfehlen und die Umgebung bietet genug Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, malerische Dörfe und Städtchen, Festungen und wunderschöne Strände. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Er is aan alle verwachtingen voldaan, meer zelfs. Een nette woning, voorzien van alle comfort. De keuken is super uitgerust. De locatie is heel mooi met prachtig uitzicht op zee. Het onthaal is heel goed. Er wordt zeker moeite gedaan om de gasten het naar hun zin te maken. Bij een zoektocht naar een geschikte vakantiewoning hoeft hier niet getwijfeld te worden.

We zijn bij aankomst heel vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenarese Josiane. We kregen een uitgebreide rondleiding in het huis. Wat een mooi huis met een fantastisch mooi uitzicht. Er stond een cadeaumand klaar voor ons, en we kregen dan ook nog eens kreeften. Veel dank daarvoor !!! We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Een week was veel te kort. Dit vakantiehuis is zeker een aanrader!!! Dominique

Tolles Haus am Meer - Super Maison au bord de mer

Zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Haus (zuletzt eine Woche Ende 2014). Und es war wieder sehr sehr gut. Zu der außerordentlichen Lage kam diesmal auch noch außerordentlich schönes Wetter, obwohl es 2014 auch nicht schlecht war. Der Empfang wie immer sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und ich liebe das Gastgeschenk Hummer. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir hatten das Haus gemeinsam mit zwei Freunden gemietet, die ebenfalls begeistert waren. Beim Abendessen den Sonnenuntergang beobachten, bei sonnigem Wetter einfach mal mit dem Handtuch durch den Garten zum Strand - einfach toll. Bei der Ausstattung bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Ein wunderschöner Ort um ruhige und entspannende Ferien zu verbringen. Unbedingt zu empfehlen. Notre deuxième séjour dans cette belle maison, cette fois pour 2 semaines (on y était en 2014 en octobre). "Le pied dans l`eau" ca c`est exactement la description. On traverse le jardin pour se baigner à la plage juste en face et pendant le dîner on peut admirer le coucher du soleil. Comme la dernier fois acceuil trés aimable et serviable et moi personnellement j´adore les homards de Mr. Cabon. Merci beaucoup. Equipment de la maison - parfait. On y était avec deux amis qui aussi étaient ravis. Un endroit formidable pour passer des vacances tranquilles et relaxantes. Absolument à recommander.

Séjour fantastique et reposant

Une maison très belle, avec une vue fantastique. La cuisine est très bien équipée, tout ce que vous avez besoin est présent. L'accueil était très chaleureuse, même avec un panier de cadeau, et des homards! La maison était très propre, et il y avait aussi des jeux pour les enfants. En face de la plage, la location idéal pour des vacances familiales...

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage

Wir haben fast 3 Wochen in diesem schönen und sehr ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus verbracht. Zu dieser Zeit sind kaum Touristen unterwegs und wir genossen die einsamen Buchten und Strände (mit himmelblauem Wasser). Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts, insondere die Ausstattung der Küche erlaubte es uns, uns wie zu Hause zu fühlen. In unserer 20jährigen Ferienhauserfahrung in Frankreich war dies mit Abstand das beste und schönste Haus! Die Eigentümer empfingen uns sehr herzlich und waren während des Aufenthalts immer für uns erreichbar (wohnen ca. 2km entfernt), hätte doch etwas gefehlt. Besonders außergewöhnlich fanden wir die Hummer als Willkommensgeschenk! Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder! PS: das Wetter hat in keinster Weise dem Vorurteil entsprochen, daß es in der Bretagne immer regnet!...

Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour à KERLOUAN , région très belle .la maison est superbe, d' un très grand confort, une vue à vous couper le souffle . l' accueil très chaleureux, et la gentillesse de Josiane reste inoubliable .. Très attentionné pour ces vacanciers . A notre arrivée, panier d' accueil à ce propos, le petit blanc ,pas mauvais du tout !!! les homards FABULEUX ! ainsi qu' un bouquet de roses fraiches . je n' exagère pas du tout , c' est ainsi qu' Alfred et Josiane nous accueillent. Nous avons en plus bénéficiez d' un temps super beau. soleil tous les jours. nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir. UN CONSEIL maison à louer sans hésitation. QUE DU BONHEUR !!!!

LOCATION EXTRA

3 semaines dans une maison au top. Nous louons des maisons depuis 8 ans mais n'étions jamais tombés sur un tel niveau. En plus d'un emplacement idéal, tout est fait pour se sentir comme chez soi. Une cuisine hyper équipée, une literie très bonne, une décoration très sympa avec beaucoup de goût, et des propriétaires au top ! D'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité à toute épreuve. C'est sûr si on retourne en Finistère nord, on ne cherchera pas d'autre location :-)
