If you're looking for calm and relaxation in a superb natural environment, then come and discover the magic of "La Grange de Baloge".
Located in the beautiful Anguienne Valley (protected under Natura 2000), La Grange's oustanding location makes it a haven for nature-lovers.
There are ample opportunities for walking, hiking and cycling in the surrounding countryside - or why not watch the wild birds among the water-lilies on our private lake, or fish in the stream which runs by the bottom of the garden.
La Grange is a family-owned property which was entirely renovated in 2012 and is decorated in a modern, practical country style. Prepare local produce from one of the nearby markets in the large open kitchen, and then enjoy it around the traditional farm table, or dine outside in the beautiful garden, with the sights and sounds of nature around. As night falls, enjoy the confortable living room which opens directly onto the garden - if it gets chilly there is a modern wood-burning stove to keep you warm.
Ideal for families with babies or children, La Grange has a fully-enclosed garden and a large children's bedroom equipped with toys.
La Grange offers perfect calm but it's only a five-minutes drive from a large supermarket and commercial centre, and 10 minutes from Angoulême - a beautiful historic town famous for its annual Graphic Novel and Cartoon Festival.

Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle pour une réunion familiale. Les couchages sont confortables et les 3 salles d'eau sont pratiques. La salle de jeux ravit les enfants et les adultes avec le babyfoot.La maison se situe dans un environnement champêtre avec ruisseau et etangs, de belles balades à faire et la proximité d'Angoulême est pratique pour visiter la ville et faire les courses aux Halles

Séjour entre amis avec enfants en bas âge très agréable. La maison est confortable, très bien équipée et chaleureuse! Calme et détente

Des l'arrivée, on a déjà un sentiment de détente . La maison est spacieuse, bien agencée et on se sent chez nous. Le jardin accueillant. Chacun a trouve sa place. La pèche aux écrevisses juste au porte du jardin , un vrai bonheur !!!

Weekend entre amis avec les enfants

Nous avons passé trois belles journées au Moulin de Baloge. On s'y sent comme chez soit! Les enfants ont apprécié le jardin, les cabanes, les jouets et le babyfoot. Les adultes ont profité des belles soirées à lueur des bougies pour refaire le monde. Tout le monde a trouvé un lit confortable. La cuisine est bien équipé. Superbe séjour!

Emplacement idéal dans la campagne proche d'Angoulême

Fête de Noël en famille très réussie. Une belle attention des propriétaires qui avaient fait un sapin de Noël. La maison est bien décorée, on se sent comme chez soi. Chaque chambre à son petit caractère toujours optimisé cocooning. Le petit plus des chambres à l'étage : les belles poutres d'origine, et les velus automatisés. L'aménagement de cette ancienne grange a été fait avec beaucoup de goût. L'accueil des propriétaires a été très sympathique.

Très bel endroit

Nous avons passé un agréable week end dans ce gîte. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin tranquille pour manger dehors. Les enfants ont vraiment tout ce qu il faut pour s amuser. Pas la peine d apporter les jeux de vos enfants. La maison est vraiment jolie, agréable et spacieuse.

Idéal pour se retrouver en famille

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Baloge. C'est un endroit chaleureux, adapté pour les enfants et où on se sent rapidement chez soi. Les propriétaires sont prévenants et nous ont fait découvrir les charmes des environs. A recommander sans hésiter.

Ein sehr schöner Ort um dem Alltag zu entfliehen

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Haus in dem man den Alltag entfliehen kann. Trotz der stille und Abgelegenheit ist die nächste Stadt / Einkaufsgelegenheit keine 10 min entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und geräumig, und bietet auch grösseren Familien / Gruppen gut platz. Es war alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Die Umgebung bietet sich sehr schön zum Wandern oder Spazierengehen an.

Très belle maison de famille, un havre de paix

La maison est très belle et très bien équipée, le jardin est apaisant avec en fond sonore la chute d’eau du moulin. Attention le jardin n’est pas entièrement clos et sécurisé (escalier) et cela peut en surprendre certains, la maison est en partage avec un couple (charmant)

Séjour entre amis réussi !!!

À la recherche d’une maison pour 3 familles de 4 personnes, le Moulin de Baloge a été un lieu idéal pour passer une belle fin d’année entre amis. Bien chauffé, cuisine bien équipée ( surtout pour 12), bonnes literies, le gîte a rempli ses fonctions. Une petite ballade sur les chemins avoisinants et calmes, la proximité étonnante avec le centre-ville et le musée de la BD d’Angouleme ont bien garni un week-end de 3 jours bien trop courts. Une location sûrement très agréable en été. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.
