The Plaza Villas complex is a very short walk to downtown, and is across the street from the Agua Caliente Resort Casino. this complex is gated with 2 large sparkling swimming pools, spas, tennis courts and fountains and off street secure carport parking.
ride the free trolley service in Palm Springs - hitting 30 stops every 15 minutes from Smoketree Village in South PS to Via Escuela in North PS. It operates from 11am to 1 a.m. every Thursday through Sunday. Enjoy Downtown and Palm Springs restaurants, bars and shopping without a worry about parking or the drive.

The property was as advertised it's proximity to downtown was unbeatable. The pool and Landscaping were awesome. We even got some fresh fruit from the trees on the property. Would highly recommend this place if you're going to spend any time in Palm springs.

The unit is well appointed and clean. There is no view per se but the location has great access to the pool. This property is best suited for two people as the secondary sleeping quarters is the living room and the outdoor lights are quite bright. We’ve stayed in this unit before and will stay again. It has been recently updated which was a nice surprise.

This is a nice little condo in an unbeatable location within a short walking distance of everything in downtown Palm Springs. Basic but very clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay including a BBQ on the patio that we got a lot of use out of. The complex is really nice with 2 pools. We would definitely stay again.

Located in a well kept condo complex wih two swimming pools, the condo was clean and well stocked with linens and supplies. Close to Koffii and restaurants. Nicely located to be able to walk to most places in the downtown area.
