Best location on Panama City Beach! Tower 1, Unit 506 overlooks the tropical, 11,500 foot lagoon pool, the white sandy beach, and the Gulf of Mexico. The spacious unit sleeps six and has 1366 square feet of living space, with floor to ceiling glass windows and doors spanning the length of the living and dining areas. There are two bedrooms/two full bathrooms, with a garden tub in the master bath. A king bed is in one bedroom and two full beds are in the other bedroom. There is a large private balcony where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views.

Edgewater is the premier destination on Panama City Beach. It is located in the heart of Miracle Strip. Many on-ground amenities including pools (two heated), hot tubs, nine hole par-three golf course, tennis, beauty salon, spa and exercise room. Also, enjoy Ocean's Restaurant and Lounge by the lagoon pool. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Edgie's market, located on the ground floor of Tower 1 serves Starbuck's coffee and excellent ice cream.

Edgewater is located just 10 minutes from major shopping at the new and fabulous Pier Park. Many restaurants are nearby including Firefly (where the Obamas dined), Captain Andersons, Angelo's Steakpit, Pinapple Willies, Schooners, Margaritaville, Tootsies Bar, and many others.

Perfect getaway!

We loved this home! It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 small children. The view is phenomenal. The pools were great & clean, splash pad is a huge plus for the little ones. Oceans restaurant was delicious and the staff was super friendly. We are already another trip to come back! Would highly recommend this rental property!

First time to PCB!

We highly recommend this property as it was just as described and the view is a must see!! Picture perfect!! This was the first time for our family staying in PCB and would definitely come and stay here again! It is located in a great location close to everything and the resort is wonderful especially having a restaurant on-site. Great Experience!!

Great location with stunning and expansive views!

This condo location is perfect for Edgewater Resort stay. Located on the fifth floor, it is a perfect location for stunning views of resort pool and ocean views! We were surprised at the spacious living area of the condo. It was nicely furnished and the kitchen stocked with essentials. Our host, Tammy was easily accessible and very friendly. Would recommend this condo, and will stay again should we return to the area.

Great unit!

We enjoyed our stay in this Tower 1 unit. The location was perfect. We were there for a dance competition, which was held in the Edgewater Conference Center. We were able to walk there with all of our stuff with no issues. The proximity to the beach and pools is amazing, and it is right off the elevator. We were also able to rent chairs and an umbrella at the beach when we got there. The Oceans restaurant was delicious and very convenient. There are also other restaurants nearby within walking distance. Tammy was wonderful to work with and very responsive. We would definitely recommend this unit! Thank you for a great stay!

Great beach!

Overall a great experience. The beach is HUGE. The resort is very nice however the large lagoon pool IS NOT HEATED and it’s super cold so if you go during the off season like we did be aware of that. The other 2 pools that are in front of towers 1 and 2 are heated but there was some confusion as to if we could use those because we weren’t staying in either of those towers. We talked to a couple that said they were able to use them without any issues but we did witness some other people being asked to leave the pool. The location of the resort is great and very safe. Elevators are right outside the unit witch is very handy and parking was right there as well. Tammy was great to deal with!

Wonderful view of the beach!

Thank you Tammy for setting up our condo. Excellent stay! Condo was very clean, very spacious and had all the kitchen ware necessary including a Keurig for coffee. Beautiful view from the 5th floor! Could sit on the balcony for hours. Easy access from the elevator and trash drop just outside the door. Ocean's restaurant next to the pool was super convenient especially when gathering several families together. The pool is huge and our daughter swam all day. We reserved pool chairs and umbrellas thru Goin' to the beach and kudos with a big thumbs up to Adrian G who took care of us. They even had some live music on some days. Alvin's and Surf Side just across the street for all your beach and pool needs. We loved our stay. Would highly recommend!

Great Office View (work remotely from Fla)

Fortunately I was able to rent this condo and work remotely for the month of March. Fantastic view....Edgewater is a very nice family friendly beach resort with onsite amenities. It had its share of "Spring Breakers" but it wasn't too crazy. Super cool daily Air Shows with fighter jet fly-overs (Tyndall Air Force Base is close by). The Pro's: • Nicely decorated (visually) • Elevators are fast and reliable • All appliances work great; Fantastic water pressure in shower • They're always working, cleaning the facility (friendly staff). • View - View - View – View • Internet / Wifi worked great • Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels • Tammy – the condo manager was friendly and very accommodating. • Gated Community - They do their best to ensure that GUESTS ONLY get to use the facility • Husband LOVED the golf course; We also enjoyed the tennis courts • Affordably priced ! The Con’s: • Beds are VERY OLD and need updating (very uncomfortable). Livingroom furniture – VERY OLD and uncomfortable (looks OK in pics…but in desperate need of updating) • Dining Room Chairs and Bar Stools….Very Old and uncomfortable. o When furniture is that old the foam wears down and it no longer has support. The condo is in desperate need of new furniture (tables / lamps are OK) • Kitchen Sink Faucet is oddly small…doing dishes can get messy (there is a dishwasher but I wash by hand). • The rental posting mentions an Ice Maker (there was no ice maker) • The rental offers Beach Chairs, Umbrella, Boogie Boards (kids sand toys). I wish the rental posting would have mentioned this as I would NOT have brought my own from home which takes up a lot of space in car • Very Loud Traffic….Driving LOUD cars up & down the strip till the wee hours of the morning seems to be a popular past time in PCB. The good news is that there are box fans to drown out the sound Overall it was a great place and if you’re not a “furniture snob” like me you’ll Love it. I recommend staying in T1-506 @ Edgewater Resort PCB

Great location and beautiful views

We love staying at the edgewater resort. They do a great job of maintaining the grounds and pool area. Nice and convenient to have the on-site restaurant available if you don’t feel like going out. The rental was right by the elevator which was convenient with lugging all the beach stuff back and forth! The rental unit was very clean and well kept up. The kitchen was fully stocked as well! The owner was very responsive to all my questions. I Would recommend to others and will stay here again!

World Series/Beach vacation

Great location. Almost entire baseball team was able to book units at this location. Has everything you need, and restaurant on site is very good food. Unit was clean and stocked with all appliances would would need. It was pricy, but having a resort where multiple families could all book the type of condo they needed was worth a bit extra I guess.

Everyone loved it!

Everyone in our group (including my in laws, spouse, and small kids) were all very comfortable and felt right at home. The view and resort itself was awesome. The unit was super clean and exactly as advertised. We loved the layout and the decor. Very kid friendly- my crawler loved having the nice carpet. Convenient location by the elevator and still very quiet. Tammy was perfect to work with. Would love to return!

The perfect location

We loved everything about our stay. We had our two teenage boys with us and they kept us busy the whole time. We played pickle ball, football, beach volleyball and they got in a ton of skim boarding. We also did a fishing charter with We’re on Charters with Captain Fred would highly recommend.

Wonderful Condo

We have stayed at EBR numerous times and this was absolutely our favorite room. Very clean unit with everything you need plus more for your stay. The view was breathtaking. Communication with the owner was super easy and responses were quick. We will definitely be booking here again.

This property is everything we’ve always wanted in a rental. Oceanfront, beach chair and umbrella setup, and the POOL. It’s amazing. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Not one negative thing to say about the property.

Family Vacation

The manager and owner of this unit were amazing to deal with and they even gave us beach chairs through our stay. Balcony view was wonderful with the unit overlooking the main pool and beach. My only complaints were the limited amount of umbrellas by the pool which felt like they would get snagged before 7AM. The resort has over 30+ available but for rent only which I thought was ridiculous. The property itself can use some updating. I was also was not a fan of the carpet thoughout the unit. I’d suggest updating the TVs also, these were very old and small. WiFi didn’t work the entire stay unfortunately but it was most likely due to a tropical storm.
