Beautiful Clean Studio in the most desired neighborhood in Laguna Beach, the North Laguna 'Tree Streets'. Large french doors open to a large private patio. Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood, short walk to beaches and downtown Laguna Beach. Walk to beaches, Heisler Park, Whole Foods and local grocery stores, Farmers Market, dozens of Restaurants, bars, and Art Galleries, as well as to the Art Festivals during summer.

Very peaceful, quiet neighborhood, also the Alley exposure is private.

Our second Winter season in this charming location. The enclosed patio is private and well positioned to take advantage of sunny days. We've booked for"same time next year". A couple of blocks to the beach, walking distance to the market but a very quiet environment.

CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!

Love the studio! It's walking distance to town and beach. Very prime location. The studio is nice, sheets and bed are super comfortable, and the outdoor patio adds a lot of space! Own parking and laundry on site. Dan was super easy to communicate and fantastic host. Thanks!

Exactly What I Needed

Love the location and can't beat the weather. Was able to walk just a couple blocks down to the beach which is stunning (Best sunsets ever) as well as the city center where the art and food is terrific. The unit had cable and beautiful hardwood floors. The bed was super comfy and I liked the bathroom a lot.

Great location, helpful hosts and clean and comfortable studio.

We had a fantastic stay here at Laguna Beach.The studio was clean with everything we needed plus an outside area (perfect as we have a two year old) Dan's wife was very helpful and brought us a box of toys for our boy to play with - which was great. We met Dan and he was very friendly and welcoming too.Its a short distance to the beach and shops and is also in a quiet part of town.

Great hiking, mountain biking, road biking, surfing, scuba diving, snorkeling, sailing, and beach going. Ideal climate, very little rain, even in the winter months. Fun night life in Laguna Beach.
