This beautiful apartment is IDEALLY: in the center of the village, at the foot of the slopes, near the ski lifts (gondola 20 meters) and to the shops (bakery, butcher / deli, supermarket, pharmacy, ski shop, newspapers, restaurant down the residence).

Completely refurbished, it offers a tastefully decorated in a style 'cottage' to provide a relaxing atmosphere for your vacation. Faced with an exceptional panorama, it has a south facing terrace overlooking the slopes in winter ... on the golf course and lakes in summer.

The apartment, 63 m2 + 10 m2 mezzanine, is ideally designed for two families and for everyone, adults and children, finds its space. It offers 8 beds (1m60, 1m40 and 4 singles). Great spot. Great apartment!

What a spot! Montgenevre is the perfect ski resort destination for a family, made even better by coming 'home' to this apartment. Spacious, comfy, warm and set up like home. We very much enjoyed our week here with our family. Bakery, and simple groceries a few mins walk. Also ski lift rental and access to lift close by.

Mitigé...

Les + : bel appartement bien placé, propre refait a neuf, très confortable (si on est pas un enfant et qu'on ne dort pas dans le coin nuit du bas 😆)... La proximité des pistes, les oeufs sont a une centaine de mètres de l'appartement tout comme l'Office du tourisme et les caisses pour acheter le forfaits, tout comme les commerces de proximité. Les - : comme le stipule l'annonce, il est idéal pour 2 familles avec 4 enfants, en revanche il n' est pas adapté pour 6 adultes, Ne pas compter 8 vrais couchages adultes (parfait pour deux couples avec enfants). Les deux coins nuits étant vraiment plus adapté pr les enfants tant par la taille des espaces mais surtout de la dimension des lits dans la "chambre" du bas. Le garage en sous sol, si vous avez un coffre de toit ou que votre véhicule dépasse 1m90 en hauteur vous ne pourrez pas y acceder. En résumé nous étions 5 adultes et avons passé un bon séjour, après avoir passé la déception des coins nuits avec les simples couchages, au vu du prix nous pouvions espérer mieux.

L' appartement idéal pour une famille

Excellente semaine passée dans ce logement idéalement situé aux pieds des pistes et proche de tous commerces. Nous y avons séjourné en famille pour la semaine de Noël et quelle fut notre joie d'assister depuis notre baie vitrée (donnant sur les pistes) aux 2 retraites aux flambeaux et feux d'artifices donnés par la station :) Il faut dire qu'entre le 25 dec à célébrer et les 110 ans de la stations il y avait de bonnes opportunités pour être festif cette semaine là. Notre logement était idéal et je vous le recommande pour votre prochain séjour sur la station de Montgenèvre. Virginie (de la région parisienne)

Magnifique séjour

PARFAIT +++ Appartement très agréable, très confortable et séjour très lumineux. Il est de plus très bien équipé. Idéal pour deux familles avec 2 enfants. La situation est parfaite: proche de l'ESF, du centre-station, des remontées mécaniques, des commerces (en dessous de l'immeuble). A recommander sans hésiter. Nous y avons passé un très très bon séjour.

Excellente localisation, ascenseur appréciable. Appartement très lumineux et convivial. Seul bémol la chambre à lits superposés très exiguë (pour enfants seulement) et la chambre en mezzanine avec deux lits simples sous toits: on est pliés en 2 pour pouvoir se coucher.

Le logement est parfait, il est bien équipé et surtout très bien situé au pied des pistes et des commerçants. Nous étions 2 couples avec 4 enfants, et nous avions suffisamment de place. Bref, nous recommandons. Le contact avec la propriétaire a aussi été excellent.

Formidable séjour à Mont-Genèvre/appartement Praia

Superbe séjour à Montgenèvre, station familiale avec excellent domaine skiable en hiver et supers randonnées en été. L'appartement est impeccable, comme neuf, fonctionnel, très bien conçu et agréable (sent bon le bois!) et décoré avec gout, rien n'y manquait. Ayant eu la chance d'y rester en été (aout 2014) et en hiver (2015), je peux affirmer qu'il convient parfaitement à toute saison. Les propriétaires sont disponibles, accommodants et très sympathiques. Je le recommande vivement! Bonnes vacances au Praia!

Excellente semaine

Appartement très chaleureux et agréable au dernier étage du Praya. Il est moderne (tout est encore nickel), très bien équipé et bien situé : à proximité des commerces, de l’office de tourisme, du guichet pour les forfaits et des remontées mécaniques aussi bien pour le versant Sud et que le versant Nord. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine (avec une diversité d’activités qui nous a surpris : vélo de descente, luge d’été, initiation golf, vallée de la Clarée … et bien entendu marches en famille). La vue est très belle. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et nous ont communiqué une série d’activités à réaliser en période estivale.

Petite station avec des gens très sympa Endroit agréable et familial . Appartement très lumineux avec une terrasse plein sud (transat et table,chaises pour profité du soleil) Il est super bien équipé et parfait pour 2 familles, très confortable et très propre . Appartement très chaleureux avec une belle vue sur les pistes. Il est très bien équipé et en très bon état y compris la literie qui est très importante au ski. Proximité des piste et de l'ESF. Parfait pour 2 familles avec enfants. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la possibilité de quitter les lieux à 14h.
