Super tolles Haus, tolle Lage

Schönes und modernes Haus in sehr guter Lage! Zum Strand waren es nur 6 min zu Fuß. Das Haus liegt ruhig gelegen in zweiter Lage und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen PKW Stellplatz. Empfang und Übergabe sind unkompliziert und super freundlich! Das Haus ist echt ein Traum, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Soyez vigilants

L’emplacement est idĂ©al, trĂšs proche de l’ocĂ©an et du centre. Belle vue sur l’ocĂ©an depuis la terrasse. Cependant, dĂšs le soir de notre arrivĂ©e la paroi vitrĂ©e de la douche est tombĂ©e sans choc. Nous avons tout de suite prĂ©venu le propriĂ©taire de cet accident et que nous n’en Ă©tions pas responsable. Il ne s’est absolument pas souciĂ© de notre sĂ©curitĂ© et s’est juste inquiĂ©tĂ© du coĂ»t financier (nous avons dĂ» scotcher les restes de verre encore fixĂ©s au mur pour sĂ©curiser l’accĂšs Ă  la sdb). AprĂšs notre sĂ©jour nous avons Ă©tĂ© dĂ©bitĂ© des frais de rĂ©paration malgrĂ© que nous ayons informĂ© le propriĂ©taire et Abritel de notre insatisfaction compte tenu du manque d’entretien gĂ©nĂ©ral de la maison et une vĂ©tustĂ© de plusieurs Ă©lĂ©ments (que nous avons dĂ©couvert tout au long de notre sĂ©jour) : sĂšche serviette rouillĂ©e, barbecue inutilisable, fauteuil suspendu rouillĂ©, parasol endommagĂ©, bouton marche de la machine Ă  laver enfoncĂ©. Mais plus inquiĂ©tant, des problĂšmes de sĂ©curitĂ© notamment pour les enfants : garde corps de l’escalier extĂ©rieur instable (fixations endommagĂ©es), certaines lattes de la terrasse de la piscine ne sont pas Ă  niveau (risque de chute). À notre arrivĂ©e Ă  Lacanau, et aprĂšs de longues heures de route, nous n’avons pas trop prĂȘtĂ© attention Ă  l’état des lieux d’entrĂ©e. Nous ne referons pas cette erreur. Soyez trĂšs vigilants et notez tous les dĂ©fauts dans l’état des lieux car en cas de problĂšme durant votre sĂ©jour, vous n’aurez aucun recours auprĂšs d’Abritel

Beautiful close to the centre and the beach

Me and 9 friends enjoyed the stay at this villa. We had all the facilities to really enjoy a sun vacation. You can walk to the beach in 5-10 min as same as the closest supermarket and the bars and restaurants.

Urlaub unter Beobachtung

Gut gelegenes Haus mit Blick ĂŒber die DĂŒne auf den Atlantik. Der große Pool ist sehr angenehm und eignet sich hervorragend zum Schwimmen. Das großzĂŒgige Haus ist im Holzkonstruktionsstil gebaut und bedarf der Ausbesserung an vielen Stellen. Zum Teil sind Holzteile morsch (GelĂ€nderbefestigung der Außentreppe) und das Pooldeck uneben (Verletzungsgefahr). Einige Teile der Inneneinrichtung könnten ausgetauscht werden (rostige Handtuchhalter, unansehnlicher verrosteter Korbsessel auf dem Pooldeck, StĂŒhle mit defekter SitzflĂ€che, unansehnlicher Grill). Julia, die das Haus verwaltet, hat uns pĂŒnktlich empfangen und beim Bezug minutiös auf die vielen Schönheitsfehler des Hauses (eine DinA4 Seite) hingewiesen. Eine ausfĂŒhrliche Liste des Inventars haben wir unterschrieben und den Hinweis, dass BeschĂ€digungen von unserer Kreditkarte abgezogen werden zur Kenntnis genommen. Wir haben bald festgestellt, dass ĂŒber dem Balkon unseres Ferienhauses eine Überwachungskamera angebracht ist, die den Garten, den Poolbereich und die Terrasse ĂŒberblickt; deshalb haben wir uns erheblich beobachtet und belĂ€stigt gefĂŒhlt. Der Vermieter reagierte mit UnverstĂ€ndnis.

Excellente situation

Maison trĂšs bien situĂ©e, centre ville et plage faciles d’accĂšs Ă  pied mĂȘme avec des enfants en bas Ăąge. TrĂšs fonctionnelle. Il sera bien de pouvoir sĂ©curiser les escaliers pour des enfants de moins de trois ans.

Nicht jedes von einem Architekten entworfene Haus ist ein Architektenhaus

Bei dem Mietobjekt handelt es sich um ein schönes Haus in Hanglage in zweiter Reihe, wodurch aus dem Obergeschoss ein Blick ĂŒber die 50-60 m DĂŒne in Lacanau-Ocean auf den Atlantik in 600 - 800 m Entfernung gut gegeben ist. Die Aufteilung als zweigeschossiges Haus mit einem untergeordneten Zugang unten und einer Außentreppe zur oberen Balkon-Terasse mit Zugang zu den gemeinsamen RĂ€umlichkeiten gibt dem Haus in Holzoptik ein besonderes Aussehen und Flair. Ein architektonischer Pfiff fehlt und auch die eher einfachere AusfĂŒhrungsqualitĂ€t hat aber nicht ansatzweise etwas mit einem Architektenhaus zu tun. Die InnenausfĂŒhrung war eher einfach und qualitativ im MĂ€ngelbereich. Als Bauherr hĂ€tte ich dieses Architektenhaus nicht mĂ€ngelfrei abgenommen. Die Ausstattung ist leider ausschliesslich bei IKEA erfolgt. Die Sauberkeit in SchrĂ€nken und Ecken war nicht lobenswert. Der Pool entsprach den Vorstellungen, wobei der Vermieter frĂŒh angezeigt hatte, dass er wegen der Witterung nicht fĂŒr die ausreichende Temperatur garantieren könne. War geheizt und dennoch frisch, sauber und gepflegt. Auch ein wöchentlicher Service erfolgte. DafĂŒr unser Lob. GrundsĂ€tzlich hat das Haus aber unseren UrlaubsansprĂŒchen mit 4 bzw. 5 Personen und drei Hunden erfĂŒllt, wobei der Vermieter von einem schönen und netten Haus sprechen sollte als von einem Architektenhaus, denn das ist es mit Sicherheit nicht. Damit soll sicherlich gegenĂŒber dem Wettbewerb in Lacanau ein höherer Preis begrĂŒndet werden, der in der heutigen Zeit der verrĂŒckten Preise sowieso irrelevant ist. Wer sich fĂŒr Lacanau-Ocean fĂŒr ein Haus mit Atlantik-Blick interessiert, wird mit der Wahl dieses Hauses eine gute Wahl haben, nimmt er die ĂŒblichen Abstriche an die IKEA-Einrichtung und der Ausstattung mit eher einfachen, technischen HaushaltsgerĂ€ten in Kauf. Hat hin und wieder genervt, aber uns nicht den Urlaub vermiest, der uns mit dem Blick von der Terrasse in den Sonnenuntergang im Atlantik vergönnt worden ist.

Architektenhaus

Waren schon das zweite Mal da. Das Haus zeigt in jedem Detail die Handschrift eines hervorragenden Architekten und es ist einfach ein Genuss dort Urlaub zu machen. Kommen auch sehr gerne nÀchstes Jahr wieder.

En synthÚse: - environ 10min plage et commerces à pied - maison au calme + vue ocean - piscine au sel hyper agréable - communication fluide avec gérant du bien. Schönes Haus in zweiter Reihe, 5 Minuten vom Strand

Ein wirklich schönes Haus, es gibt 5 Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Zugang zur Terrasse/Balkon. Ein wirklich schöner und großer Pool, den man mit einem Rolladen verschließen kann (Babschutz). Gut ausgestattete KĂŒche. Vom oberen Stockwerk hat man Blick auf die DĂŒne und das Meer. Ein schöner kleiner Supermarkt ist zu Fuß 10 Minuten und dort gibt es auch zwei BĂ€cker. Zuerst und zuletzt eine sehr grĂŒndliche und freundliche Übergabe des Hauses durch Julia, die auch gut englisch spricht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent séjour dans une belle maison spacieuse, confortable et accueillante idéalement placée

Maison spacieuse, lumineuse et confortable, bien conçue, bien agencĂ©e, avec vue partielle sur l'ocĂ©an et la dune, bien situĂ©e par rapport Ă  l'ocĂ©an (5 minutes Ă  pied de la plage sud avec Ă©cole de surf) et le centre. On n' y Ă©tait qu'Ă  une famille mais idĂ©ale pour ĂȘtre Ă  2 familles par exemple. L'extĂ©rieur avec piscine invite Ă  l'oisivetĂ© et au repos. Environnement calme, avec des nuits paisibles Je recommande et y retournerais avec plaisir

Excellente expérience

MalgrĂ© un groupe trĂšs hĂ©tĂ©roclite en terme d'Ăąge et de centres d'intĂ©rĂȘts, tout le monde a passĂ© une semaine exceptionnelle. Le calme de localisation de la maison , tout en Ă©tant proche de tout a Ă©tĂ© un vrai plus.

Tolle Villa mit fantastischem Meerblick

von der Terrasse, den WohnrĂ€umen und den zwei Schlafzimmern im 1. Stock, sehr schönem Salz-Elektrolyse-Pool und Lounge-Ecke. Sehr gute Lage: man ist in 5-10 Minuten sowohl am SĂŒdstrand als auch im Stadtzentrum. Villa selbst ist sehr ruhig gelegen, nachts hört man das Meeresrauschen. KĂŒche gut ausgestattet. Kontakt mit Julia lief reibungslos, sie war sehr nett! Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder!

A refaire sans aucune hésitation

TrÚs belle maison bien équipée (une petite clim à l'étage aurait été trÚs appréciable durant la canicule de fin juin) avec une vue trÚs agréable. J'avais une crainte pour la terrasse avec de trÚs jeunes enfants mais aucun problÚme. Merci pour l'accueil.
