Note that the bedding is high-end, also cot available.

The ground floor has:

- A bathroom with walk-in shower and large basin,
- A large living room with windows overlooking the terrace and garden.
The living room furnished with a lounge area (flat-screen DVD player Iphone-WiFI-player) and a dining area is open to the kitchen. The kitchen is very clear advantage of the daylight.
Traffic to the outside is nice and the terrace is an extension of the home areas of the garden!
The garden (fenced) enjoys a space to share meals (Fermob furniture) and outdoor seating, lawn area, Mediterranean vegetation ... Covered porch with access to the street and to go back to the shelters the bikes. (Umbrella and Weber barbecue)
