Salento, San foca, a few km from Lecce and Otranto, new three-room apartment for seven / eight beds for summer months. Ideal geographical context, very quiet, every comfort, nice furnishings, just 100 meters from the sandy beach.
The apartment has two double bedrooms and a large living room with sofa bed and bunk bed, each room has a separate entrance, communicating with the garden. Independent furnished kitchen, bathroom with shower, large front and rear garden of about 50 square meters equipped with deck chairs, table, umbrella, rocking chair. The three-room apartment is also equipped with TV, washing machine, parking space, bicycles available.

Un très bon séjour que nous recommandons

Nous apprécions San Foca et les Pouilles, c’est pourquoi nous y venons régulièrement depuis quelques années. Et nous pouvons dire que cette locations et celle qui nous a donné le plus de satisfactions parmi toutes celles que nous avons occupées. Notre Hôte était très sympathique et prévenant. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le panier de denrées de bienvenue qui était très complet (meme une huile d’Olive artisanale !)

Bello, comodo e vicino al mare, ci torneremo

Bella villetta realmente vicino alla spiaggia. La casa è conforme all'inserzione, ampia, comoda, trovata ben pulita ed arredata accuratamente. Vicinissima alla spiaggia (sono davvero meno di 100 mt) e situata in una zona tranquilla, silenziosa e poco trafficata. La località è perfetta per girovagare un pò per il bellissimo Salento, in pochi minuti d'auto abbiamo avuto la possibilità di vedere i posti più belli (da non perdere Roca e la poesia). Proprietario gentile e premuroso, abbiamo molto apprezzato e per questo nn vediamo l'ora di tornare. Grazie e a presto. Famiglia Anta

Eccellente, splendida villetta e tanta cortesia

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno in questa tranquilla cittadina in riva all'adriatico e siamo stati veramente bene. La casa era così come descritta, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia di sabbia, in una zona tranquilla, silenziosa e poco trafficata, ideale anche per far giocare i bambini senza preoccupazioni. Gli spazi interni sono molto ampi e ben tenuti, arredamento curato e sopratutto la casa è molto ventilata, nn abbiamo sofferto minimamente il gran caldo di quei giorni. Da apprezzare sicuramente gli spazi esterni, ideali per rilassarsi un pò o anche per cenare all'aperto. In 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro e sopratutto il porto, dove abbiamo acquistato dell'ottimo pesce fresco. Una nota di merito per i proprietari, gentili e premurosi come poche altre volte ci è capitato, pronti a dare consigli su casa vedere, dove andare ecc. Se dovessimo decidere di tornare in Salento torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi. Famiglia Arcari

Assolutamente da consigliare,accoglienza splendida

Siamo appena tornati dalla nostra prima vacanza nel Salento, e già nn vediamo l'ora di tornare! L'appartamento è conforme alla descrizione, e di questi tempi è già importante. Ottima soluzione vicinissima alla spiaggia, zona tranquilla e rilassante e a pochi minuti dal centro a piedi. La casa è spaziosa e confortevole, ben arredata, ben pulita, anche molto fresca, nn abbiamo sofferto il caldo assolutamente. Ottimo gli spazi esterni, ideali per cenare all'aperto o anche solo per rilassarsi sul dondolo. I proprietari, Antonio e Vita, si sono dimostrati persone gentili e cortesi, hanno pazientemente atteso il nostro arrivo e ci hanno fatto trovare a disposizione un cesto con i prodotti per le prime esigenze (pasta, caffè, latte, biscotti, ecc), abbiamo molto apprezzato. Sono inoltre stati a disposizone per qualsiasi esigenza, tutta la famiglia è stata accogliente dal primo momento dandoci le prime indicazioni sui luoghi e trasmettendoci calore e simpatia. Come detto, assolutamente da consigliare e per quanto ci riguarda, da ritornarci siuramente. Grazie ancora e a presto. Roby e famiglia.
