Einfach herrlich!

Wir, eine Familie mit 4 Kindern, haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub und ein herrliches Weihnachtsfest in der sehr großzügigen Villa von Annamaria verbracht. Wir können dieses Domizil auf jeden Fall zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Ein bezauberndes Zuhause mit ausreichend Platz, sehr viel Antiquitäten, Heizung gut regulierbar, wie man es braucht. Für guten Schlaf sorgten die perfekten Matratzen und die Ruhe vor Ort! Die liebevolle Einweisung erfolgte von Annamaria mit ihrem Mann. Vielen Dank auch dem Enkel Barny, der seine Großeltern mit der deutschen Sprache unterstützte und jederzeit für uns da gewesen wäre. Auch Dank ihm für das Bringen zum Mailänder Bahnhof bei unserer Abreise! Viele liebe Grüße von den Fuldaern Wir waren fast täglich in Mailand. Sehr gut erreichbar mit Bus und Metro. Gesamtfahrzeit ca. 45 Minuten. Jederzeit würden wir dieses Objekt wieder buchen oder auch gerne Annamarias Appartement-Wohnung direkt in Mailand!

property is as described. its in a gated community.

although the AC in 2 bedrooms rooms was not working (and needed time to repair), the owner was concerned to make our stay as comfortable as possible, and provide replacement fans. This was okay since the temperatures in Milan that week were not too warm. A good place to setup base for visits to Milan, and the lakes.

SEJOUR A MILAN

un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa située à quelques kilomètres de l'expo de milan 2015. tout ici est fantastique : les propriétaires : Annamaria et son mari sont de charmantes personnes très attachantes. la maison : sur deux étages avec de grands espaces; meublée avec gout et de magnifiques pièces de collection. le jardin : les repas se prennent sur une terrasse protégée et calme la cuisine : très bien équipée nous avions réservé un logement pour dormir, nous avons eu une véritable maison de vacances ou nous nous sommes sentis magnifiquement bien. merci encore pour se séjour.

La maîtresse de la maison, sa fille et son gendre sont d'une gentillesse et d'une serviabilité inégalées. Elles parlent parfaitement le français. La maison est un vrai musée, spacieuse, lumineuse, calme et impeccablement propre. Elle possède la clim, un réel régal en été. Le WIFI est excellent. C'est une adresse à retenir. Joseph H.

Belle villa

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans cette villa agréable et bien située. Les propriétaires nous ont bien conseillés, furent attentifs pendant tout le séjour et nous les remercions. Nous n' avons pas touché à notre véhicule et avons pris bus et métro pour aller à l'Expo et à Milan. Arese étant tout prés du lac de Como nous avons pu y passer une journée. Nous conseillons cette location

Molto raccomandabile

Grazie Signore e Signora Maffeis per un soggiorno meraviglioso. Eravamo 5 persone e avevamo abbastanza spazio in casa. I proprietari erano molto disponibile, caldo e semplicemente fantastico. La casa è molto ordinato e pulito e ha un fascino accattivante. Ci sono solo pochi minuti in macchina alla navetta Expo parcheggio Ci piace guidare di nuovo giù.

séjour idéal, demeure magnifique et climatisée. mille mercis à nos hôtes et leur fille pour leur disponibilité, leur gentillesse et leurs conseils avisés. Annamaria son époux et leur fille parlent un excellent français et sont vraiment adorables. Encore merci et à bientôt, je reviendrai chez vous.
