Great Communication

Overall a good stay. A few issues like very small water from shower, but any and all issues were addressed quickly. Also, admin by pool should be fired. bad attitude and lacked any customer service.

Good stay

Accommodation is quite nice and is very close to (5 minutes walk) to Jometien bus station. To go to walking street and Central Festival is easy by Tuk Tuk for 10 bhat!

Ok for the money

Did not have cable TV. Poor selection of channels and reception cut off when it rains due to using satellite TV. Curtains in Poor condition. No hot water in bathroom sink. Had to put up with construction noise almost every day from a remodeling of a condo 6 doors away.

A great stay in Jomtien

This property is ideally situated in Jomtien. The main advantage is the closeness of the airport bus terminal - it is only 10 minutes walk (maximum) to Talay 1B. This is the most economical way to get from the airport at only 130 baht. At the end of the property's driveway is the main Pattaya to Jomtien road which is well-served by the numerous 'baht busses' - only 10 baht to either the beach or the city. There are so many businesses and services on-site so there is no need to leave the site if you don't want to. The apartment is well situated on the 9th floor with great views towards Pattaya and everything you need to make your stay complete is in the apartment including two new sun loungers. All in all a very enjoyable stay. Thanks Christian.

Perfect for one, long stay or couple for medium length stay

So many great things about staying at this property that were not apparent when booking. Located on 9th floor, had daily views of rolling thunder, access to pool and outdoor fitness center, air conditioning, good solid wi-fi, several english premium channels, big comfortable bed, two-burner stove, full size fridge, and microwave. Also, located with great laundry on street level and numerous bars and restaurants. One star for check-in just because it was different, but the instructions from the property owner were clear. Very comfortable 15 day stay and will certainly consider it again my next time to Jomtien.

Wohnblock gut gelegen etwas zurückgesetzt

Reisezeit: 07.11. bis 30.11.2017 View Talay 1, Wohnblock gut gelegen etwas zurückgesetzt an der Haupt-Verkehrsverbindung von Jomtien - Pattaya, für 10 Baht in 20 Minuten nacht Pattaya rein. Toller sehr großer Pool mit sauberem Wasser für 2 Wohnbloks mit Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten unter Sonnenschirmen. Das Ferienwohnung ca. 30 m² ist in einer sehr guten Lage im 9 Stock und gut eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung ist aber schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratze ist Bretthart und durchgelegen, was wenig Freude aber Rückenschmerzen bereitet. Essbesteck und Messer ist billiges Blechbesteck. Internet ist ausgezeichnet und Störungsfrei. Das Klimagerät ist effektiv und leise, was man aber von dem Kühlschrank nicht behaupten kann, der macht in regelmäßigem Abstand unangenehme Geräusche. Im Bad müsste mal das Gitter vom Abzug gereinigt werden. Der Empfang und Abschied von der Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

fantastic stay

I enjoyed my stay in this studio it was of good size it came with everything you need for a holiday especially good internet connection and wifi did not have any problems whilst there but if any came up Christian and bee are on hand to help. so good location away from the madness of pattaya but only a short 10baht fare away if you want it. so book up and enjoy yourself.

Un excellent choix pour Pattaya /Jomtien

Même si le View Talay 1 fait un peu vieillot par rapport aux immeubles plus modernes de Jomtien, c'est un excellent condo bien situé et calme , et ça pour Jomtien c'est un énorme plus Tout est sur place, bus aéroport, bathbus, magasin inclus un supermarché « Food Mart » en 24/24, bars, restaurants, massages, laundy La piscine du VT1 est aussi très agréable Le studio, au 9eme, est TRES bien aménagé pour 2 personnes , rien ne manque, coté Pattaya donc pas de soleil direct et par grosses chaleurs c'est TRES appréciable, un petit balcon ou il est agréable de pouvoir prendre tous ses repas La description et les photos de l'annonce sont 100 % la réalité des faits, les rapports avec le propriétaire et son contact sur place sont très cordiaux
