Large Balcony with Amazing Sunsets and Island View

A very breezy condo with perfect sun sets every day. The building is quiet with good neighbors and thick walls. Poolside is great with a 7-11 located right downstairs. This is for someone looking for a quiet place to stay but be also close to all things Pattaya offers.

The space
-It is a high floor condo located in the middle of the building. Perfect sea view over Koh Larn (Larn Island) and perfect sunsets every day.

Guest access
-Quite building. Good location. Nice pool with WIFI access at pool. Sauna. Upgraded gym. 7/11 located right on the corner near entrance. Great restaurant with local Thai food right outside the condo gates. Open for breakfast and late lunch. Worth a trip every day. Laundry places nearby and a great place to rent a bike at main road.

-I will be available to guest all the time by messaging. Front Desk can help with any inquiries pertaining to engineering issues or security.

-Electricity and Water bill to be settled by check-out date
-Water is minimal
-Electricity is about 1,500thb per month if one uses Aircon regularly
