PERFECT!

We had a fantastic holiday. What a beautiful location and what a lovely house. We were with our family entourage and enjoyed our time enormously. The two bathrooms each on a different floor make the house very suitable for several couples/families. Thank you Alessandro for the fine care and we will definitely come back!

Traumhafte Lage - ruhig und dennoch nicht zu abgelegen.

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und vier Kindern in dem Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist traumhaft schön, so wie es sich von den Bildern erahnen läßt... sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Haus hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. In der recht einfachen (kleinen) Küche findet man alle notwendigen Kochutensilien... Die Anfahrt aus dem Ort ist nichts für Fahranfänger (sehr enge, steile Wege), war aber mit unserem Viano Bus (ohne 4x4) gut zu schaffen. Obwohl das Haus über keine Klimanlage verfügt, war es nachts aufgrund der Höhenlage mit offenen Fenstern (bei uns gab es keine Mücken) mit Unterstüzung der Ventilatoren auch an den sehr heißen Tagen nicht zu warm. Das Feriendomizil ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge nach Florenz, Pisa oder auch zum Wandern in den Apenninen. Also klare Empfehlung - danke nochmals an Alessandro für die gute Betreuung....

Une maison exceptionnelle

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette maison perchée sur une colline dans la région de Pistoia. Le site est exceptionnel, bien qu’un peu difficile d’accès. La maison bénéficie d’un panorama somptueux sur toute la campagne environnante. La maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle. Nous étions deux couples avec enfants et avions chacun un étage avec salle de bain ce qui était très confortable. Aussi, en période de canicule, le site reste frais et permet de se détendre. Notre hôte Alessandro était très à l’écoute et bienveillant. Je recommande de sans hésiter.

Situation exceptionnelle :dans la nature,au calme

Très bon séjour dans la maison/tour,pleine de charme et conforme aux descriptions et très propre .Le terrain est entièrement clôturé,nous n’avions pas besoin de nous inquiéter pour notre chien..Pour l’accès,nous savions ,ayant lu les commentaires mais pour mon mari cela n’a pas posé problème,nous avons un 4 roues motrices .Le propriétaire Alessandro est vraiment gentil,serviable,de bons conseils et très discret,il venait très tôt le matin nettoyer la piscine.Nous avons profité pour faire des randonnées autour de la maison,mais également visiter la Toscane:Pise,Florence,SanGimignanno..et les Cinque Terre(à 1h30). Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances . Nous étions 4 adultes et un chien. Noelle Z.

Toscanorama

Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung und Allessandro ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Das urige Haus liegt auf einer Klippe, umgeben von Maronenwäldern. Die Küche ist einfach aber funktionell mit Gasherd, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Die Betten waren für mich mit 1,96m von der Länge knapp, aber in Ordnung. Das große Grundstück mit (Pinien-)Wäldchen ist eingezäunt, so dass bei kleineren Kindern nicht die Gefahr besteht, zu dicht an die Felskante zu kommen. Die nach Süden offene Terrasse ermöglicht, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, einen tollen Blick über die Toskana. Das Haus selber liegt auf ca. 800m Seehöhe, so dass auch an heißen Tagen die Temperaturen angenehm waren. Abends wehte immer ein kühler Wind aus den Bergen, so dass man nachts problemlos schlafen konnte. Obwohl es in den Wochen vorher geregnet hatte, hatten wir keine Probleme mit Mücken. Cireglio liegt am Rand der Toskana, die Hauptattraktionen sind mindestens eine Stunde Fahrzeit entfernt. Dabei dauert allein die Fahrt vom Haus nach Pistoia gut 30 Minuten (700 Höhenmeter). Die Strecke ist gut ausgebaut, das letzte Stück von Cireglio bis zum Haus geht zum Teil durch enge Gassen und über Feldwege. Es war für uns aber mit einem Van (Ford Galaxy) gut machbar. Die Einkäufe in Pistoia haben wir immer auf dem Rückweg von Ausflügen erledigt. Wer Natur liebt, findet in der Umgebung viele Wandermöglichkeiten, unsere Kinder fanden auch das Freilichtmuseum in Gavinana spannend.

Kleines Paradis im Nirgendwo

Perfekter Ort um einen erholsamen Urlaub in Ruhe zu genießen. Das Haus ist sehr schön, die Sicht wundervoll und die Umgebung ist ruhiger Wald. EINZIGER Nachteil: die Straße zum haus ist holprig und nicht durchgehend geteert, aber mit Sorgfalt kommt jedes Auto hinauf.

Piccolo angolo di paradiso

Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo periodo immersi nel verde della proprietà, godendoci la serenità di una posizione isolata e panoramica. La piscina è ben fruibile e piacevole e il nostro ospite, Alessandro, la cura sistematicamente con il risultato di un'acqua quasi cristallina. La casa è ben ristrutturata e anch'essa ben curata. Assolutamente da raccomandare.

Perfekt!

Das Haus / der Turm ist traumhaft schön und hat nicht zuletzt durch seine eigene Geschichte einen besonderen Charme. Der Vermieter, Alessandro, ist überaus freundlich und steht jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, ist dabei aber keinesfalls aufdringlich. Der allein stehende Turm in herrlicher Landschaft und mit atemberaubender Aussicht ist einfach ein Traum und beinhaltet alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Der Weg hinauf ist abenteuerlich, macht nach etwas Übung aber regelrecht Spaß. Unser Hund konnte sich auf dem großen eingezäunten Grundstück nach Herzenslust austoben. Alles in allem perfekt! Ein ganz besonderer Ort

Wir durften 10 Tage an diesem besonderen Ort verbringen . Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, wunderschön anzuschauen und auch innen sehr sauber und recht gut ausgestattet. Wirklich spektakulär ist die Aussicht sowohl bei Tag und besonders auch bei Nacht. Die exponierte und exklusive völlig ruhige Berglage muss man sich mit einer anspruchsvollen Anfahrt in den Berg verdienen. Hier sollte man vermutlich ein SUV 🚙 oder ein Auto mit guter Bodenfreiheit haben. Aber alles machbar😀 Der Pool ist prima, die Terasse toll, der Grill auch sehr gut. Allessandro ist ein toller Host und sehr sehr sympathischer, unauffälliger Gastgeber.

Ottimo soggiorno rilassante

Consigliatissimo ottima vista posizione privilegiata si osserva Pistoia e Firenze direttamente dalla finestra della camera da letto sita all’ultimo piano . Giardino enorme con piscina cani ben acetti con tutto lo spazio a disposizione si divertono a correre. Proprietario gentilissimo è disponibilissimo, senz’altro ne faremo ritorno. A presto!

A fantastic house in a fantastic location with spectacular views

We had a brilliant week in this delightful tower. Alessandro (the owner) was wonderful - charming and helpful but also discreet, coming early in the morning to clean the pool each day without disturbing his slumbering guests! When we arrived there was an issue with the wi-fi but Alessandro sorted it out and came back the next morning with a brand new router. The location is stunning and the furniture and decoration within the house are perfectly in keeping with the building’s character and history. The whole property has been renovated and equipped tastefully and there’s everything you could ask for. The property, although close to Cireglio and just 25 minutes from Pistoia, is very private due to its location at the top of a hill. The road up to the house is very steep and the surface is quite rough at times so you need to take care. A wonderful, characterful property in a spectacular location - absolutely fabulous. Une vue extraordinaire et un calme dépaysant

Nous avon passé une semaine très dépaysante et agréable dans cette maison. En arrivant, on ne s'attendait pas à ce que ça soit une ancienne tour d'observation et à écouter son histoire par le propriétaire on se laisse impressionner. Mais le lieu a été très vite apprivoisé et nous avons pleinement profité de son cadre exceptionnel au bord de la foret, de sa vue extraordinaire des hauteurs sur la Toscane et surtout de son calme. Les enfants s'amusaient dans la' petite piscine, on faisait des barbecues et on se promenait dans la foret. L'accès en voiture pour arriver sur le lieu est un petit peu compliqué car à partir d'un certain moment On monte par un chemin de terre et de pierre, mais on s'y fait. Il est certain qu'habiter un tel endroit a un prix. Nous étions à 20 min en voiture de Pistoia pour faire de belles découvertes culturelles de la ville ou pour faire des courses au supermarché, mais seulement à quelques minutes du village du Cireglio pour s'approvisionner en ce qui est essentiel (épicerie, pharmacie etc ). La propriété est cloisonné ce qui est rassurant quand on voyage avec un chien. Alessandro était un hôte très gentil, disponible et tres réactif à toutes nos demandes. On recommande la maison vivement.

Belle maison, vue à couper le souffle

L'accueil d,Allessandro le propriétaire est formidable. Il fait tout pour que le séjour se passe bien. La maison est isolée, mais la vue jusqu'à Florence (40 km !) est fantastique. On alterne les journées de farniente avec les journées d' excursion, il y a beaucoup à faire dans la région.

Spectacular setting

Views! The most extraordinary views. House has great history. The house is simple but comfortable. The owner is the loveliest man who will bend over backwards to help with anything. The kitchen is small and stocked with only basic utensils for simple cooking.

Le calme absolu

Le calme, la tranquilité, une maison agréable et une vue imprenable, cette maison correspond exactement à ces critères. La maison est très bien équipée (il manque juste un congélateur pour profiter des glaces italiennes) et très bien entretenue. Le propriétaire est très gentil et attentionnné. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille. Nous conseillons cette maison sans réserve.
