Family holiday on the Costa Brava, excellent views of the bay.

Apartment of 95 meters, with elevator and beachfront. It has three bedrooms, one suite, and two bathrooms. Large living room, kitchen with office and laundry. Fully equipped with dishes, linens and towels. And best of 15 meters terrace overlooking the bay, perfect to enjoy their lunch and break times watching the sunrise over the sea in one of the most beautiful areas of the Costa Brava. Very comfortable, spacious and welcoming, until two years ago was the family holiday apartment, so it is well maintained.
Enjoy the opportunity to leave home only with the towel and beach shoes.
In pedestrian zone, ideal for children.
A few meters away is the marina, parking areas, several restaurants and grocery stores.
And do not forget to visit the Memorial to Walter Benjamin.
Around and within 20 kilometers you can enjoy all kinds of sports and hiking.

Magnifique Portbou

L'appartement correspond au descriptif, la vue est superbe,au pied de la plage. Il est traversant idéal pour ventilé et ne pas avoir trop chaud. Une des chambres donne sur la rue et les restaurants donc vous aurez du bruit mais c'est les vacances et ce n'est pas toute la nuit. En résumé je reviendrai...

Très bon accueil, appartement fidèle à la description. Séjour très agréable. Dommage que le beau temps ne soit pas au rdv, en même temps il fallait s'y attendre, on est en automne.

Ubicació ideal, just davant de la platja, només cal creuar el carrer. El edifici i el pis en bon estat de conservació. El mobiliari en correcte estat, excepte el sofà que ja ha arribar al seu final.

Grand appartement confortable, bien situé et offrant une vue magnifique. En revanche, il n'y a pas de parking comme l'indique l'annonce donc nous avons été obligés de nous garer sur un parking payant et certains appareils annoncés sont absents (grille pain, cafetière). Agréable séjour, village convivial et animé.

Inte så fint fint som på beskrivningen.

Lägenheten är möblerad med slitna möbler och det ligger saker högt och lågt. Det är svårt att förstå vad som ingår i hyran och vad som är privata saker. Köksutrustningen är bristfällig. Eftersom det ligger flera restauranger på gatan nedanför så är det högljutt med både skrål och hög musik långt in på småtimmarna. Det var svårt att komma i kontakt med ägaren i förväg och vi fick ingen adress och ingen vägbeskrivning. Positivt är att lägenheten är rymlig, att det är ett fantastiskt läge, nära till badet, underbar utsikt från balkongen, fina små butiker i byn och att det finns hiss.

Cette location était de grande qualité au point de vue de la qualité du logement, de sa propreté et de l'emplacement. Un seul reproche : nous n'avons pas été accueilli à notre arrivée donc pas de clef et une grande panique. Mais j'ai pu contacter Homelidays qui m'a communiqué les numéros de téléphone de personnes de contact qui ne parlaient que l'espagnol. Grâce au gérant du bar (Marco du Ricki bar) situé en dessous de la location qui a joué le rôle de traducteur, nous avons pu obtenir les clefs. Beaucoup de stress pour cet incident. Malgré cela : magnifique séjour

vacances magnifiques

j 'ai passée de tres bonnes vacances qui correspond en tout point au descriptif de l annonce, la vue est a couper le souffle, la plage sous vos yeux.. L' appartement est grand, il manque juste des ventilateurs ou climatisation, seul le sommier et le matelat du grand lit moins confortable car il grince. de belles baignades, les amateurs de bateaux seront séduits, les gens sont adorables et notamment le bar "le ricky". je reviendrais l année prochaine avec un grand plaisir et je recommande cette location familliale. Très bon séjour a recommander.

Vacances de rêve

Appartement très agréable, fonctionnel, idéal avec les enfants. La propriétaire est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et pour nous arranger (départ de nuit). Portbou est un petit village où il fait bon se reposer. Juste une petite suggestion, il manque une cafetière.... Promis, j'y retourne l'année prochaine.

Vacances au top !

A notre arrivée, les lits étaient fait, les serviettes nous attendaient sur nos lits. Appartement avec tout ce qu'il faut , il manquait juste une cafetière ( nous sommes accros au café !) Balcon face à la mer une semaine de rêve.... on y retourne l'année prochaine c'est sur.

MUY BIEN !!!

Appartement agréable et spacieux pour six adultes (sauf peut-être pour le couchage haut de la chambre aux 2 lits superposés qui ne peut accueillir qu'un enfant...). Les deux autres chambres ont des litteries des plus confortables : foi d'une "malade du dos" chronique ! Accueil muy simpàtico de la propriètaire du Riki Bar (pour les clés) et de son serveur, muy encantador. Emplacement idéal, près de la plage et de la "promenade pietonne", à quelques centaines de mètres du centre ville (très petit). Situé dans un immeuble hyper calme, avec ascenseur (en usage !). La terrasse est un plus très appréciable. Si nous revenons, c'est cet appartement que nous relouerons !!!

MAGNIFIQUE!

tout est fait pour rendre le séjour agréable. L'appartement est bien situé, il est propre et dispose de tout ce qui est nécessaire. La propriétaire est à l'écoute avant le séjour. nous sommes des adeptes de la location saisonnières et nous avons été rarement aussi satisfait. Nous reviendrons c'est sur !
