About this property

Detached house in old village of Gers in COURRENSAN

We called it 'After School'; this house built 40 years ago corresponds in all to a feeling of rest and recreation; nothing in front; that the beautiful landscape of the Gers; a tiny access street that touches it; then behind: the school playground of the village school; fully equipped with new electrical appliances; in new bedding; in new living room furniture (2 sofas and a leather pouf); built-in 82cm TNT LCD TV and new DVD player; the house overlooking the valley of the river 'Auzoue' has a breathtaking view of a rural setting of meadows and vineyards with the Pyrenees in the distance. the situation in the small village; just after school; assure you a stay in calm and comfort; two streets behind, the village bistro 'LE ON / OFF'; its brasserie restaurant and the services of its grocery store and bread depot.

TOURISM and CULTURE: To help you choose your hobbies; we leave you various documents that we renew regularly.

LIFE EVERY DAY: We made sure you have all the comforts at home; kitchen utensils are most complete; the electrical appliances are of quality and new; functional and comfortable furnishings; the new bedding and the decoration sober but pleasant.

You can have lunch or dinner at the village bistro: Le Bistrot De Chouchou who will also provide you with groceries; bread ; vegetables and fruits

COMFORT and TRANQUILITY: The village is a medieval town; its perched position on a rocky peak dominates the valley; our house at the end of the school's playground enjoys a breathtaking view of the valley and the fields.
Big birds (buzzards and black kites) fly at the windows. Sometimes some dogs bark but this is not likely to affect the tranquility of the place.

you can have your breakfasts; lunches or dinners on the terrace (sheltered from the blind according to the time of day); sometimes you'll even be better indoors depending on the heat of the sun.
