Een mooie ruime gerestaureerde boerderij gelegen temidden van de wijngaarden in het glooiende landschap van de Gers. Er is een terrasje langs het huis plus een grote tuin waar je heerlijk in zon of schaduw kan genieten van het uitzicht. Winkels en restaurants in de buurt. découverte du Gers

Nous avons passé de bons moments en famille dans le gîte car on était comme chez nous; il est bien équipé et avec un extérieur, coin terrasse et parking. On a aussi profiter de la fête des Bandas à Condom super bien... bonne ambiance. De plus, nous avons découvert de nombreux villages historiques et bien sûr plein de restaurants avec la cuisine locale + dégustation d'Armagnac et foie gras, magret de canard.... Au calme, vue relaxante, superbe village à 3km.

Un coin relaxant, superbe base pour découvrir le Gers. Seule remarque : par temps très chaud, il faut bien gérer l'occultation et l'aération de pièces à l'étage pour éviter l'effet four sous le toit. Avec un peu d'application et de discipline, on y arrive ;-)

Une jolie maison de caractère mais un étage très, trop chaud

L annonce indiquait climatisation, ce qui a orienté mon choix pour cette jolie maison de caractère louée en pleine canicule avec deux enfants de 2 et 5 ans ... En réalité une climatisation seulement au rez de chaussée . Des 11h du matin la température était très élevée à la étage et ce jusqu'à 23h00, rendant l étage inutilisable... Et la qualité de notre sommeil réduite à néant ... Idem pour la sieste du plus petit... Ns avons été contraints de descendre des matelas . L annonce devrait préciser qu il n'y a pas la climatisation à l étage sous le toit .... On soulignera néanmoins l extrême propreté du lieu très appréciable. Le cadre aux alentours est calme . La maman et le frère de la propriétaires aimables et très réactifs. Bien situé géographiquement.

Zeer vriendelijk welkom geheten. Woning ligt in een heerlijke en rustige landelijke omgeving met alle privacy van dien. De woning is voorzien van alle gemakken met een prachtige grote tuin waar het heerlijk toeven is. Airco beneden in huis deed het prima, helaas niet aanwezig op de boven verdieping en zeker geen overbodige luxe. Zeker een gite om terug te komen. Mercy beaucoup!

Un gite de qrande qualité

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans ce gîte en tout point conforme à sa présentation. La maison, particulièrement bien aménagée, équipée et entretenue, est implantée au milieu des vignes et dispose d'un vaste jardin ombragé. L'environnement est superbe. La maison jouit d'un calme total, tout en étant à proximité du village, de ses commerces et de nombreux sites remarquables aux alentours. Enfin, l'accueil est particulièrement sympathique. Merci.

Excellent gîte dans un bel environnement

Nous avons passé, avec trois de nos petits enfants (8, 12 et 15 ans), un excellent séjour dans ce gîte très confortable et très bien équipé à tous points de vue. Il est situé au cœur de la campagne de Gascogne, dans un environnement très beau et très calme, tout en étant proche (1,5 km) du village de Montréal et de ses commerces, dont certains sont ouverts le dimanche matin. Nous avons pris tous nos repas à l'extérieur sur une grande table à l'ombre et assis sur de très bonnes chaises de jardin en bois exotique (+ transat à disposition). Le gîte, son jardin et l’environnement sont totalement conformes à ce que les photos donnent à voir. Je recommande ce gîte à tous ceux qui apprécient le calme et la nature. David Lanove
