This is a fully equipped/furnished villa, that is brand new, with construction completed in August of 2013. It features a flat bottom swimming pool with a large outdoor terrace. There are also plenty of trees for a cool, shaded backyard. Other features include underfloor heating, large dual-pane panoramic windows in the living-room, and a beautiful and spacious indoor mezzanine with a modern television, reading corner, and a stunning view of the landscape.

The Cascadelle is a lovely comfortable villa, located in a quiet neighborhood nestled amongst trees, in the middle of the French Provence countryside. The Provence region is pleasant place to visit any time of the year. The cicadas and the small waterfall will give you a fresh change of scenery. The large outdoor terrace and its barbecue are perfect for those peaceful, relaxing Provence evenings. The many traditional events of the nearby village (named Eyragues) will keep you well entertained.
