Tout est facilitant

Les divers rangements et l'agencement de l'appartement permettent un confort de vie dans un petit espace. Les travaux réalisés ont rafraßchi l'appartement et facilitent son entretien. La nouvelle vaisselle est vraiment appréciable pour cuisiner. Un balcon permet de profiter du soleil en extérieur. Enfin la situation de l'appartement est proche des pistes. Excellentes vacances !

appartement rĂ©novĂ©, agrĂ©able, bien placĂ©. Seul bĂ©mol, manque quelques ustensiles en cuisine (cuillĂšre en bois, bouilloire) mais cela ne nous a pas empĂȘchĂ© de passer un excellent sĂ©jour.

L’appartement parfait

L’appartement est trĂšs bien localisĂ©, 2min de marche pour arriver au tĂ©lĂ©siĂšge Marmottes 1, 8min du supermarchĂ© le plus proche et plein de restaurants. Les piĂšces sont trĂšs bien agencĂ©s, grande salle de bain avec l’eau trĂšs chaude, cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e avec le basique pour un sĂ©jour en montagne. Les lits sont confortables avec une couette trĂšs chaude pour bien dormir. La communication avec la propriĂ©taire est simple, une personne trĂšs rĂ©active et flexible

Could be a lot better

Tired in need of updating. Broken light fitting in kitchen. Smoke alarm in bits in tv unit drawer. Contacted owner after 1st night as this property looks directly onto a building site. Owner claimed he didn’t know this and must be some kind of remedial works. No it is a full on building site literally 20 yards from the direct facing balcony area. Also looking back through previous reviews this was pointed out to the owner in March 2024. The advertisement for this property effectively breeches advertising standards as no mention of the previous pointed out problems. To sum this stay up - 2 very restless nights pre a huge mountain cycle race which was not ideal. Left a day early as the thought of listening to builders all day again was not good for my well being. Would like to be positive but can’t be at this time.

Good location but apartment needs improvement

The apartment is OK for a couple but is tired and outdated. Only the living room heater works. The bathroom and bedroom heaters didn't work and it was very cold after having a shower. There was also a non-working smoke alarm in a drawer. The bed was comfortable and the location near the slopes and ski bus stop was excellent. There are three restaurants nearby and the two next to the slopes were far better than the Google reviews gave them credit for. However, it's a good 20 minute walk to get to the centre of town. The view from the balcony would be great but there's a residence under construction March 2024 right opposite. If you ignore that, it did get afternoon sun on the balcony till dusk.

De la reservation a la prise de possession de l'hebergement, tout a ete fait pour faire simple et nous faciliter la tache. Quelques remarques ont ete faites a notre hÎte, j'espÚre qu'elles seront prises en compte. Nous connaissions la residence pour y avoir sejourne il y a quelques années. Celle-ci est idealement situee.

Logement moyen par rapport au prix hors saison scolaire

Le logement est un peu vieillot. Il serait bien de remplacer la moquette car en montagne c'est pas top. Pas assez vaisselle. Qui de plus est défectueuse. Environnement super.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Damien. L'emplacement est top, à 2-3 minutes à pied des pistes. Résidence calme, partie commune propre et local à ski au RDC vraiment pratique. L'appartement manquait un peu de propreté mais sinon il était fonctionnel.
