Small independent house of about 60 m2 located in a large enclosed garden of 1500m2 and backed by a beautiful mansion from the 19th century.

on the ground floor double bedroom offering a character of escape with private shower room and separate toilet, 160x190cm bed
upstairs bedroom lounge area with a rather designer atmosphere with 2 single beds 90x190cm (possibility of a 3rd bed), a private shower room with toilet.

Superb setting

The place is beautifully presented and clean. It is spacious for 4 people the enclosed private garden is a bonus. So convenient to the station and all that Rouen has to offer. A very good choive

Appartement trĂšs propre, bien Ă©quipĂ© et fonctionnel. Emplacement exceptionnel dans une belle propriĂ©tĂ©. Au calme tout en Ă©tant proche de la gare et du centre ville de Rouen. Parking sur place, ce qui permet de laisser la voiture, de dĂ©couvrir la ville Ă  pied et de filer prendre le train pour profiter des JO Ă  Paris. Nettes HĂ€uschen, sehr gut gelegen

Sehr nettes, kleines HĂ€uschen auf einem traumhaften GrundstĂŒck + ganz liebe Vermieter! In der NĂ€he gibt es das beste Baguette von Rouen. Mit dem Bus ist man in einer paar Minuten in der Altstadt, oder zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, nur die Matratzen und das Bettzeug ist schon ein wenig zu oft gebraucht. Wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter.

bon dans l'ensemble

la description du bien est correcte. Nous avons séjourné la derniÚre semaine de septembre avec une température avoisinant les 15° (température extérieure) et le chauffage du logement hors service !!! et pas de chauffage d'appoint pour la douche et le soir doudoune nécessaire !!! La température intérieure était aussi de 15 °.!!!!!!!!!!!!

Das HĂ€uschen ist sehr schön in einer sehr idyllischen Umgebung. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Rouen zu Fuß zu erkunden. Innen ist es sehr schön und ordentlich. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, auch dank der super Informationen ĂŒber Rouen, die uns die Vermieterin bereitgelegt hat. Es war wunderbar. Gerne wieder.

Wonderful cottage!

We spent a brilliant long weekend in the garden cottage, the house and grounds are beautiful and the cottage was well presented and very homely. This is a great location for exploring Rouen just 15 mins by foot from all the sights. The cottage is well equipped for a family and spotlessly clean. The Wi-Fi connection was very strong too. Parking is right outside the cottage and well secured - we travelled with bikes so this was perfect for us. Our hosts were always available for questions and keen to ensure we had all the information we needed to explore Rouen. We had such a lovely time, we plan to come back next year! Thank you

Ferienwohnung (auf 2 Etagen) auf sehr schönem GrundstĂŒck unweit des Zentrums

Schöne Wohnung; hat uns gut gefallen. Ein Schlafzimmer befindet sich im EG, das zweite Schlafzimmer ist im 1.OG. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist gleichzeitig Wohnzimmer, beide Zimmer haben jeweils Bad und WC. Wir waren zu dritt da; zu viert wÀre es wahrscheinlich etwas eng geworden.

Parfait !

Parfait en tous points, un accueil et une fluidité avec Justine en terme de communication. Justine est trÚs arrangeante et son logement est trÚs confortable. Le coin jardin au beau temps et un plus trÚs appréciable en ville. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Merci encore.

Disappointing stay in misrepresented property.

The building where were placed was not as pictured in the listing. Also one bedroom and a bath on ground floor and second bedroom and bath up winding stairs. Kitchen and bathrooms ill equiped. Beds uncomfortable. Power went out twice. Internet pretty much non-functional. Entry through gate ridiculously difficult. The host/owner left town the day after check-in and never returned.

Travaux d'entretien Ă  faire

Le cadre est trĂšs beau et nous sommes proches des visites, dommage que l'appartement louĂ© est des petits travaux Ă  faire. Nous avons laissĂ© une liste de choses Ă  faire avec l'accord de la propriĂ©taire avec qui nous nous sommes bien entendu. La wifi est celle de la maison principale : ça capte pas ou trĂšs peu, mal, dĂ©jĂ  une personne s'en Ă©tait plainte avant nous. La tĂ©lĂ© : mĂȘme topo ça marche pas ou quand elle veut. Le vas et viens de l'escalier ne marche pas et on dirait qu'il y Ă  un court circuit. Les robinets Ă©claboussent. Les lits du haut sont Ă  changer, ainsi que la fenĂȘtre (on entend les voisins), et il n'y Ă  pas de rideau, on est rĂ©veillĂ© par la lumiĂšre du jour tous les jours. Bref de petites choses pas graves mais mise bout Ă  bout ça devient pĂ©nible. Sinon Rouen est une trĂšs belle ville Ă  visiter.

Petite maison dans un jardin en ville

Endroit idéal à Rouen pour visiter la ville qui est trÚs jolie, beaux quartiers, monuments magnifiques dont la cathédrale évidemment. Une trÚs belle chambre avec salle d'eau en bas et à l'étage un salon qui fait chambre, une autre salle d'eau et une petite cuisine, le tout trÚs bien décoré. Parfait pour unweek end de découverte du coin.

Stay in Rouen

The cottage is nice. However ,keep in mind that one of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, while the kitchen and the second bedroom are on the next floor up the stairs ( in France the second floor is called “first” floor. Also, it is pretty far from the old center. In the neighborhood of the apartment there are very few restaurants or stores. The owners, whom we actually never met (the key was given to us by the daughter) , did not provide any helpful info for orienting ourselves in the area of the apartment. Nevertheless we have to say that the apartment was clean and was equipped with all the necessities. Parking is a challenge if you have a larger car.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in top Lage

Optimale Lage fĂŒr AusflĂŒge, sehr ruhig, BĂ€ckerei in der NĂ€he, Zentrum in ca. 15 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Fewo ist empfehlenswert.
