Top Appartement in toller Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genossen. Wohnung sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. KĂŒche sehr modern, Klimaanlage top. Weg zum Strand kurz, Pool sauber und gepflegt. Alles wunderschön bis auf den Garagenparkplatz. FĂŒr große Autos nicht geeignet.

Super Lage, neue Einrichtung und toller Ausblick vom Balkon

Der Check in war etwas kompliziert. Kommunikation nur auf französisch oder mit Übersetzer möglich. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Sauberkeit war bis auf die Kissen in Ordnung. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und liegt mit dem kurzen Weg zum Strand sehr gut. Der Pool wurde tĂ€glich gereinigt und von uns tĂ€glich genutzt. Die Restaurant- und Einkaufsstraße liegt direkt vor der TĂŒr. Wir wĂŒrden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

SALE/ PROPRIÉTAIRE MALHONNETE

Nous sommes les premiers locataires de cet appartement depuis la rĂ©alisation de travaux. Accueilli avec 30 minutes de retard par un service de conciergerie, nous avons pris le logement rapidement, l'objectif Ă©tant de faire manger notre fille de 2 ans. Petit Ă  petit, nous nous apercevons que le mĂ©nage n'a pas Ă©tĂ© fait, le sol, les meubles, tout est recouvert de poussiĂšre de travaux. Notre prĂ©venons la propriĂ©taire qui reconnait, seulement aprĂšs envoi de photos, l'Ă©tat dĂ©plorable du logement et nous propose un dĂ©dommagement. Nous rendons le logement avec le mĂȘme service de conciergerie, RAS. 1h aprĂšs notre dĂ©part; nous recevons un SMS de la propriĂ©taire nous indiquant ne pas nous dĂ©dommager au vu de l'Ă©tat dans lequel nous avons laissĂ© l'appartement !!!!! A FUIR non pas l'appartement mais ce genre de personne !!!

Die Lage ist TOP. Toll mit Pool. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber reicht völlig fĂŒr Strand-Sommerferien. Tolle neue KĂŒche, alles vorhanden. Der Abfluss vom WC, Dusche oder Waschmaschine hat sehr ĂŒbel gerochen. Schade ist Reinigung am Schluss nicht im Preis inbegriffen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf das Meer und Fort de Brescou. Beide Schlafzimmer haben Fenster, große und gut ausgestattete KĂŒche, ausreichend Platz im Badezimmer, bei großer Hitze Geruch aus dem Abfluss der Dusche (haben wir an den 2-3 Tagen mit einem Eimer abgedeckt, dann roch man nichts mehr). Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Das Meer war sehr schön!

Die Anreise war nicht so schön, da wir ĂŒber 5 Stunden immer wieder in Staus geraten waren aber die Unterkunft und die Gegend haben es wieder alles rausgeholt. Das Meer war sehr schön. Das Auto konnten wir die ganze Zeit stehen lassen, da alles bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen war. Hier wĂŒrde ich jederzeit zurĂŒckkehren.

FeWo direkt am Meer

Die FeWo gehört zu einer großen Anlage. Ende August/Anfang September waren nicht mehr viele Wohnungen belegt und damit war der Pool fast immer leer, das war perfekt fĂŒr uns als Familie. Die Anlage liegt direkt am Meer. Zum BĂ€cker sind's 2 Minuten. Der Aquapark ist 15 min zu Fuß entfernt, ebenso der Hafen. Klare Empfehlung.

Bon SĂ©jour

Quartier agrĂ©able, familial et calme. Tout Ă  proximitĂ© (commerces, plage, piscine, marchĂ© du lundi). Les matins, nous sommes rĂ©veillĂ©s par les bonnes odeurs de pain de la boulangerie situĂ©e juste en bas de l'immeuble. RĂ©sidence calme (mais il faut que certains jeunes vacanciers respectent mieux les autres : je veux parler de la musique et des discussions tardives). Des voisins se sont chargĂ©s de recadrer tout cela. Quant Ă  l'appartement, pas grand chose Ă  redire, bien Ă©quipĂ© et propre, peut-ĂȘtre de taille dĂ©jĂ  un peu limite pour 4 adultes (dont 2 grands ados), de notre point de vue. Petite clim bien utile en cet Ă©tĂ© 2022 trĂšs chaud pour rafraichir la piĂšce principale ( pas les chambres), mais malheureusement trop bruyante pour ĂȘtre utilisĂ©e la nuit. A noter qu'il faut une petite voiture et pas trop basse pour le box-garage : le bas du pare-choc frotte par terre pour sortir du sous-sol pentu, nous avons donc prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© utiliser le parking situĂ© juste en face de la rĂ©sidence oĂč nous avons toujours trouvĂ© une place malgrĂ© l'affluence. remarque : odeurs d'Ă©gout par moment dans la salle de bain, probablement dus Ă  la chaleur. Selon nous, manquerait Ă©galement un volet dans une des chambre (lumiĂšre le matin au travers des rideaux) . Au final, ce fut un bon sĂ©jour, Appartement Ă  conseiller.

TrÚs bel appartement, bien placé

J'ai séjourné 10 jours dans cet appartement avec mon mari et mon bébé, tout était parfait. L'appartement est beau et lumineux, trÚs bien placé, tout est accessible à pied. La plage est à quelques dizaines de mÚtres, il y a beaucoup de commerces autour, pas besoin de la voiture. La propriétaire répond trÚs rapidement, et elle a pu répondre sans délai à toutes nos questions. Je recommande !

L'endroit est superbe c'est vraiment top,je recommande.

J'ai passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jours, sauf que j'ai dĂ» Ă©courter mon sĂ©jours car la Belgique Ă  classĂ© le dĂ©partement de l'herault en zone rouge,donc j'ai eu 48h pour quitter les lieux, mais c'est sur j'y reviendrai avec plaisir. À l'annĂ©e prochaine si la situation sanitaire le permet.
