We had a wonderful stay in this property. Great location, minutes from the beach and close to great restaurants. Lots of kitchen appliances, more than in most properties. A beautiful veranda, to sit with your coffee watching the sunrise and your evening meal while the sunsets. A must, you will not be disappointed

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement au top

Excellente prestation, le logement est très propre, bien équipé, décoré avec gout, très fonctionnel. Très grand frigo équipé d'un congélateur, micro-ondes, four, lave linge..Très bonne literie, rangements appréciés. La vue est très belle, elle donne directement sur la plage. Le balcon est un plus, même si malheureusement nous n'avons pas profité d'une météo généreuse, cette terrasse permet de mettre le pied dehors, équipé d'un store soleil, elle nous a protégés efficacement. La résidence est sécurisée et très agréablement entretenue de fleurs et massifs.L'accès direct à la promenade bord de mer est aussi très appréciable.Merci à la personne, Sylvie, je crois qui nous a accueillis d'une façon très aimable, efficace et ponctuelle. Nous avons adoré notre séjour malgré la pluie car nous avons pu profiter du confort de cet appartement très bien situé.

Ruhiger Urlaub mit täglichem Strandspaziergang

Morgens früh Frühstück mit Sonnenaufgang. Nichts versperrte den Meerblick. Abends konnte man den Sonnenuntergang von der recht großen Terrasse über den Häusern sehen. Die Wohnung ist klein, sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Sylvie hat uns sehr freundlich und kompetent während unseres Aufenthalts begleitet.

Très agréable séjour sur la plage

Moi et mon fils de 10 ans avons passé une très agréable semaine fin octobre sous le soleil ☀️ La proximité de la plage, de la voie cyclable qui longe la côte ainsi que du centre international de tennis ou nous avions une compétition de tennis ont contribué à un très beau séjour. L'appartement est très agréable, très bien agencé et la terrasse face à la mer dont nous avons profité sous un beau soleil était tout simplement magnifique. Nous y reviendrions avec plaisir pour un prochain séjour.

Excellent séjour au mois de mai

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement en front de mer est un régal. Ce qui nous a manqué c'est un étendoir pour pouvoir faire sécher les serviettes.. Je vous le recommande. La personne qui nous accueillent est très à l'écoute et très gentille.

Un emplacement idéal pour se reposer

Appartement très bien équipé, conforme à la description. On se sent comme chez soi. Une terrasse, vue sur mer permettant de profiter de magnifiques levées de soleil. La plage accessible immédiatement. Un communication fluide avec la propriétaire et, un accueil et une disponibilité de la personne en charge donner accès, de qualité. Es war wieder sehr schön !

Ich war nun zum 2. Mal da - das sagt ja wohl alles. Einfach prima die Terrasse und die Aussicht und der Strand und die Umgebung und ......... :-) Mitbringen sollte man sich sein eigenes Bettzeug (aber das habe ich sowieso immer im Auto) und einen Sonnenschirm. Ich komme wieder - keine Frage !!

Die Unterkunft hat eine absolute Top-Lage in Le Cap d Agde. Sie ist wirklich von den Möbeln hochwertig ausgestattet, allerdings ist die Matratze wahrscheinlich ausgeleiert und verursachte bei uns eher Rückenschmerzen als Erholung. Zudem war die Wohnung nicht wirklich gut geputzt. Wir haben die Wohnung sauberer verlassen als vorgefunden und wurden trotzdem von der Vermittlerin angeschnautzt es sei Sand auf dem Boden sie müsse uns was berechnen- wahrscheinlich eine Geldmacherei. Zudem stinken die Abflüsse oder Wohnung modrig. Im Schlafzimmer ist wahrscheinlich auch Schinmel.Aber die Möbel ansich und die Lage sind spitze. Ein Absolut traumhafter Meerblick und alles was.mam braucht in nächster Nähe.
