About this property

Air-conditioned apartment sleeping 5 and 1 bathroom on property surrounded by green hills and a magnificent garden. Large covered terrace with outside dining area. Barbecue and outdoor shower available. Unlimited Wi-Fi, parking space, linen & towels FREE for our guests. The most beautiful beaches of Chia, and all useful services within a very short distance.

The apartment on the first and last floor consists of an air-conditioned double bedroom, an air-conditioned double room where it is possible to add a third single bed. The bathroom with shower and washing machine. Living room with dining room and equipped kitchenette. Outside, a large covered terrace with dining area. The house accommodates up to 5 people. Barbecue and outdoor shower are available in the courtyard on the ground floor. Inside the property, the large lawn is available for all guests to walk and play.

All the spaces of the house are exclusively available to guests. The only shared areas are the road accesses to the property, the parking area, the ground floor courtyard where barbecue and outdoor shower are available, the lawn.

We are located in Chia, in a private setting surrounded by nature. A short distance away Market, Caffe-bars, restaurants, pizzerias, direct sales of agricultural products at km 0. A short distance from the most beautiful beaches of Chia, all equipped with parking area and served by bathing establishments, kiosks bars for aperitifs and lunch breaks . Recommended beaches: Sa Colonia Beach, Su Portu Beach, Su Giudeu Beach, Cala Cipolla Beach, Tuerredda Beach. A short distance (300mt) Market, Caffe-bars, restaurants, pizzerias, direct sales of agricultural products grown in the surrounding gardens ... The village of Pula attracts many visitors thanks to the numerous shops and clubs open at night. The nearest village is Domus De Maria, where there are Pharmacy, Bank, and other services. In the area there are several archaeological and naturalistic attractions, including: The Phoenician-Punic-Roman archaeological complex of Nora and its mythical ruins, the caves of Is Zuddas di Santadi, the wooded park of Is Cannoneris with the beautiful Mediterranean flora and fauna that can make your holiday more exciting .. The activities that can be practiced in addition to bathing and water sports are trekking, fishing, archaeological visits, boat excursions, and food and wine tours for lovers of good food.

Sistemazione perfetta a due passi dalle spiagge di Chia

Questa sistemazione si è rivelata perfetta per la nostra famiglia. Location tranquilla nonostante la vicinanza alla strada principale. Ottima la pulizia e le dotazioni fornite agli ospiti che sono davvero complete anche per chi viaggiando in aereo ha bagagli limitati. Gli spazi interni sono ben organizzati e quelli esterni molto piacevoli con una bella terrazza/loggiato per cene all’aperto e un giardino ampio per far giocare i bimbi. Utilissima la doccia esterna che consente di non portare sabbia in casa. La proprietà si è dimostrata disponibilissima per check-in in tarda serata e check-out di primissima mattina.

vacanza relax

dopo una attenta ricerca abbiamo scelto questa struttura, e l'abbiamo trovata meglio di come si presenta nelle foto. Grande disponibilità da parte della proprietaria che la voglio ringraziare. L'appartamento è a pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più belle della zona. E' comodo e immerso nel verde. Pulito e molto confortevole. Lo consiglio sicuramente a coloro i quali vogliono visitare questa parte della Sardegna. Un ringraziamento per la cordialità e la cortesia va non solo alla Signora Adriana ma anche alla sorella Caterina.

piacevolissima

Situata a circa 1,5 km dalla statale,sulla strada principale che conduce a Chia,comoda a servizi e alle spiagge,raggiungibili in pochi minuti di auto. Da evitare i banchetti di frutta e verdura lugo la strada,carissimi e con prodotti di scarsa qualita'.La casa e' ben ristrutturata,veramente confortevole con ampi spazi esterni,barbecue ed una piacevolissima veranda per cene e relax. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e gentilissimi, assolutamente da consigliare.

buona sistemazione

Siamo stati molto bene in questa casa, ben attrezzata, pulita e in ordine. C'era tutto ciò di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno, in particolare abbiamo gradito molto la veranda così spaziosa: di solito si cenava fuori. Unico neo si trova su una strada piuttosto trafficata, anche se, fortunatamente, poi di sera il traffico praticamente sparisce, quindi di note era comunque molto tranquilla. In complesso consiglierei certamente questa soluzione, molto comoda anche alle varie spiagge.
