This rural house is located in the village of Orschwihr 'in the heart of the Alsatian vineyard, at the foot of the Vosges, near Eguisheim, 15 minutes from Colmar - Orschwihr is located between the mythical hill of Bollenberg, a hill of very well-known dry moors. for the many rare plants at all times attracts herbalists and the Grand Cru Pfingstberg.
The gîte with an area of 80 m² + 50 m² of balcony / terrace located on the 1st floor above our cellar, in our wine estate will offer you a superb view of the Bollenberg hill. Close to the vineyards, cycle paths, but also 400m from the village center with its traditional butcher's shop, grocery store offering organic bread from Hirose bakery, the gîte was completely renovated in 2012 and thus offers you all the comfort you want for your stay with family or friends
The owner also rents a second gîte (for 4 people) (ad 6025902 on Homelidays) located in the same house, just above the Le Muscat gîte; possibility of renting the 2 gites for holidays with family or friends! The total capacity of the 2 lodgings is therefore 9 people!

Fantastic apartment with lovely terraces

Such a perfect apartment. Spacious. Two large balconies with beautiful views across the vines. Really well appoited kitchen with basics like salt and pepper etc supplied. Full sized fridge. Dishwasher. Coffee maker. Access to good washing machine and lines for drying. Comfortable beds. Stayed cool despite no aircon. Charming hostess. Secure parking. Highly recommend. Great value.

Mooi, ruim appartement. Vriendelijke behulpzame eigenaar. Prima ligging voor uitstapjes naar Mulhouse, Colmar en de Grand Ballon. Wijnproeverij gedaan en een doosje met heerlijke wijn mee naar huis genomen.
Prachtig uitzicht op de Bollenberg met wijnranken vanaf het balkon.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine en alsace (trop court...) et avons été très bien accueilli par chantal et sa famille. Le gîte est parfaitement équipé, propre et confortable. Calme et vue sur les vignes. Dégustation à ne pas rater ! Merci pour ce beau premier séjour.

Nous avons fortement apprécié notre séjour d'une semaine. Le logement est parfait et d'un grand confort: rien ne manque. Les 2 terrasses sont très agréables et l'environnement est calme, de quoi assurer un bon repos. De plus le gîte est bien situé à proximité de beaucoup de lieux de visite. Merci à la famille Braun pour leur accueil convivial.

Gite exceptionel

Superbe gite. Tres tres propre et prévu de tout confort. Les propriétaires sont des gens très gentils qui font tout pour que leurs locataires ont des vacances inoubliables. L' environnement et les villages ont assez de secrets pour surprendre les avonturiers. A recommander absolument. N' oubliez pas de faire le tour tres intéressant de la cave... Uiterst verzorgde gite die van alle comfort is voorzien. De eigenaars zijn heel erg vriendelijk en heel erg behulpzaam. Je verblijft op hun domein met parkeerplaats en indien nodig berging voor de fiets. Het is er heel erg rustig en verzorgd. Alle ingrediënten voor een heerlijke vakantie. De eigenares kent de omgeving zeer goed net als leuke plaatsjes om lekker en goedkoop te eten met een onvergetelijk uitzicht. Doe er zeker de rondleiding van de wijnkelder. Je krijgt er alle info over de wijnbouw. Deze site is een absolute aanrader net als de heel verrassende streek en de omliggende dorpjes en steden.

Vacances juin 2023

Nos hôtes nous ont parfaitement accueilli. Ils sont à l'écoute et très sympathiques. L'appartement est super . Nous avons pu profiter des 2 terrasses et du calme dans ce village entouré de vignes. Le gite de ce domaine viticole nous à permis de voyager dans le terroir via les cépages et vins élevés par nos charmants hôtes.

A home from home

We had a fantastic holiday, the gite was beautiful. Everything we needed was there and the quality was amazing. Chantal and Christophe were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We had a very informative tour of their wine making facilities and have now found a white wine that we both really enjoy.

Le gîte correspond parfaitement aux photos je dirais même en mieux. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut même plus,vélo table de Ping pong. L’hygiène est irréprochable,et le site est génial. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. La piscine est très bien aussi même si le temps nous a fait défaut pour en profiter au maximum. Je conseille fortement ce gîte.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geschnitten und hat eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Balkon und Terasse sind ebenfalls großzügig. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Besichtigung des Weinkellers interessant der biologische angebaute Wein sehr gut.

Le gîte est très propre .Très bien chauffé ( en ce mois de février 2018 nous avons connu des températures très basses).Dans une propriété au calme.Il est de plus très lumineux. Chantal Braun la propriétaire est tout d'abord très accueillante: une petite attention (une bouteille de vin bio de sa production) à notre arrivée.Puis est à l'écoute .Elle est aussi très compétente quand il s'agit de partager sa passion pour le vin en nous faisant visiter son site de production.Enfin elle est d'une grande gentillesse quand elle nous a fait parvenir par la poste un livre que mon fils avait oublié au gîte.Merci d'avoir donc contribué à rendre ce séjour encore plus agréable!

semaine reposante dans un super appartement en Alsace

Nous avons passé une semaine très reposante à Orschwihr. L'appartement était impeccable tout au point de vue propreté qu'aménagement. Le balcon ainsi que la terrasse sont très agréables. Le balcon ouvrant directement du salon est protégé du vent et de la pluie si bien que l'on peut y prendre le petit déjeuner presque par tous les temps. La cuisine contient absolument tout ce dont on a besoin et le tout très bien équipé. La literie est de qualité et la disposition des pièces très pratique sans oublier les sanitaires tout neufs. Nous avons également fort apprécié de pouvoir goûter les vins de la propriété grâce au vinosafe à la disposition des 2 appartements. Nous tenons tout particulièrement remercier Madame et Monsieur Braun pour leur très bon accueil et nous réjouissons déjà de notre prochain séjour.

Very nice place at very nice people

We are Austrians and have been at Chantal´s place for 2 weeks in the lager of the 2 appartements on the first floor. A very nice and clean fully equipped 2 bedroom unit, dishwasher at the kitchen and laundry machine at the basement included. Chantal´s place offers a good price-performance ratio. Orschwihr is a small but nice and very calm village, so we had a very good sleep. The pool was the main attraction for our little daughter. It is close to Chantal´s home (the red one) so we felt sometimes disturbing the owner´s privacy but they absolutely did not give us this feeling. Chantal is a warmhearted person but gives their guest their privacy. The place is perfectely located visiting all the attractions in the north and south of Alsace including the Vogese. They also produce real good wine we tasted a lot and took with us. All in all a perfect stay. We would recommend Chantal´s place without any restrictions and would stay there again whenever we come back to the Alsace.

très chouette séjour

Nous avons passés un séjour parfait! Le gîtes était très propre et fonctionnel , les 2 terrasses sont un vrai plus et le lieu est calme. Mme. et Mr. Braun sont très disponible et nous ont donnés de bonnes idées !!! Sur place il y a tout ce qu'il faut, boulangerie, boucherie et un marché de fruits et légumes le lundi. Voilà je ne peux que le conseiller.

très beau gite, bien amménagé, très propre. Très bon accueil. Les propriétaires, très sympathiques, nous ont donné beaucoup de pistes pour les visites ainsi que les restaurants. Ils ont été à notre écoute tout au long du séjour. C'est un gite que je recommande absolument.
