The Green View Chalet is located on a 5000m2 property which includes an other Chalet (Blue View) and a house (with 04 bedrooms).The place is calm and the chalet has 100m2 surface,has two outdoor terraces to rest and/or enjoy your meals, a fireplace.
the Chalet is fully equipped so guests can spend one or two weeks holidays in the most comfortable way: kitchen with induction cooking table,washing machines etc.. The guests can also enjoy a large swimming pool, 15X7m (in season), a pétanque field (french bowls game).
The Chalet is equipped with renewable energies: heat pump, solar panels..

Garmen Hills is near Bansko resort(40min), the Aegean Sea(90min) as the greek border is only 15 kms away from Garmen, and near the Pirin National Park, protected by Unesco .

The owner discovered this region in 2007 and bought an holiday house before creating a new project in the village.It is a choice to create a place in the nature, surrounded by 2 mountains and close to many activities and visits,and close from Greece and the Aegean sea.
