Detached house with a large garden and spacious rooms to enjoy the countryside, the quiet and nature. It is located in the heart of the Marais Poitevin, natural site. By the proximity of the Vendée coast, La Rochelle, Charente of islands: Ré and Oléron, one can enjoy the beaches and bathing. It is also close to Puy du Fou and Futuroscope, to program intense and rewarding days.
