Beautiful 4th floor (w/ elevator), 2-bedroom / 2-bath condo with fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, and balcony with gas BBQ grill.

There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed in and 2 parking spaces available for this condo. Additionally, no smoking of any kind is permitted and pets are not allowed in this property. Guests will be subject to eviction and/or fines if evidence of non-compliance with these management rules is found.

Beaver Creek West provides a FREE, private skier shuttle to Beaver Creek's Riverfront Gondola continuously throughout the day and to Vail's Lionshead Gondola three times each morning & afternoon, five days a week (not Tuesday & Wednesday). Our private skier shuttles are complimented by the Beaver Creek Resort, Town of Avon, and Eagle County transit systems.

At Beaver Creek West Condominiums you will enjoy the year-round outdoor swimming pool, three hot tubs, sauna, and tennis courts. This professionally cleaned condo will be supplied with linens, towels, and soaps (no shampoo & conditioner). Housekeeping service is included only after departure unless staying for seven or more nights which includes a mid-week towel refresh.

Decent condo - not great transportation options

Solid overall. Pool area loud , heater hard to manage, transportation was difficult / condo complex hard to find for taxi/Uber. Would be nice for the complex to have access to bottled water.

A great place to stay in Avon

We were at this property for multiple weeks in the summer. It was absolutely perfect. The proximity to the lake, playground and concert areas were the best. The Condo itself is not updated (older kitchen) but is clean and comfortable with all the amenities you could need or want. The rooms were large and spacious. We were very happy there.

Great Condo, Location and Service

The condo is on the 4th floor so we really needed and appreciated the elevators and luggage carts. Condo is well-appointed and comfortable. Master BR gets very warm. Office/reception service was very good and friendly. The shuttle bus service is a bit confusing, with multiple routes and options within Avon and to/from BC. I suspect the reception explained it all but it took us a while to digest/get practical understanding - maybe a route map would help?

Very comfortable and convenient

Our family was very comfortable in this condo. The kitchen is well appointed with enough dishes to serve any size group. The bathrooms have been updated and the beds are comfortable. The location is very convenient with a Avon shuttle stop within a 5 minute walk - a bit longer with little ones and skis. We also enjoyed the sledding hill just a short walk from the condo. A few things to note, the outdoor walkway from the elevator to the unit is sloped and a bit treacherous to manage with a luggage cart and/or ski equipment. Our kids had a few falls on this after it snowed. You can take the stairs directly outside of the unit instead. Only other negative was a musty smell on the first day - this improved with an air freshener. Overall, a great condo and convenient location.

Spacious and comfortable condo

This condo was perfect for our family. The condo is very spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is very easy to cook in - well stocked with utensils and cookware. The location is very convenient, and the shuttle service is prompt and drivers are friendly. This condo was great for our family of four, but could easily sleep 6 -- we really appreciated the space. We had a great ski weekend and will definitely return!

Comfy Condo for Vacationing

We have stayed in P-4 the past 3 years during the month of February. This cozy, comfortable condo is the perfect place to stay! The location is magnificent - just hop on the shuttle and you are at Beaver Creek or Vail Ski Areas in just a few minutes. We took the free skier shuttle to and from skiing - no parking fees and the shuttle driver was extremely helpful and even provided water and help with our skis during our short journey. Nothing could be easier. We were dropped off a very short walk to the lift! We also like this condo because we could walk to dinner or the grocery store too. There are a lot of good nearby restaurants within walking distance or just a short ride away. The condo is extremely comfortable with plenty of room for 4 or 6 to stay. One night, we ended up with 8 because of a snowstorm and a daughter of one of us being stranded with her friend. No problem - we pulled out the hide-a-bed and the girls were happy to be warm and dry! There is plenty room on the couches for all, 3 flat-screened TV's and a dining table and bar-stools so everyone can dine with ease. All the beds have brand new mattresses and the bathrooms have been updated. There is a bunk in one bedroom with a queen sized bed and a King bed in the Master. The kitchen is well-stocked with quality cookware and utensils. The washer/dryer are conveniently located in the condo and the condo is very clean and neat. We also enjoyed the hot tubs and swimming pool. All in all, I would say the value for this unit is unbelievable - most places I've stayed in the Vail/Beaver Creek area are much more expensive and don't have nearly the amenities.
