In a very quiet location, large family house 150m from the sea and the beach, overlooking a large garden (1000 m2) facing south. Comfortable for a great holiday with many games available: table tennis, boules, beach games, and garden furniture and barbecue. A covered yard of 28 m2 will allow you if you need to take your meals in the shade or to extend your evenings in a friendly atmosphere. Two outbuildings on either side of the house can be accessed to bring the total number of bedrooms to 7. There is the possibility of making a kayak with equipment available under certain conditions.

Un grand jardin où les enfants ont inventé leurs jeux, une superbe piscine dont tout le monde a profité, un tennis de table pour les compétitifs: nous avons tous oublié les écrans pour une excellente semaine en famille.

Beach holiday

The property was perfect for a family holiday. The outbuildings meant that we could spread out a bit have our own space, which was useful as we were 3 families. We loved the character of the main house, which I would describe as " shabby chic". The kitchen area was compact, but well equpped. There was everything we needed to cook a few meals. The outside space was excellent. We ate meals outside on the terrace and the lawn area and pool were both lovely. The barbeque was useful and there were pool toys and outside games. The nearby beaches were great and the local area was pretty. Pornic is really pretty and didnt feel overly touristy. We met Betrand and his family and they were very welcoming and attentive. I would definitely recommend this property for a family by holiday. It isnt super- luxurious, but felt homely and this was reflected in the price. Bringing our own sheets and towels was a bit of a pain, especially for those arriving by plane.

Grande maison avec piscine proche de la mer

Grande maison avec 6 chambres bien réparties en 3 modules indépendants. Très bien localisée au calme avec une piscine et un grand jardin. Deux grandes tables familiales.Belle région avec des activités variées.

Très bon séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour en famille a 12 avec des enfants de 7 à 16 ans. Les espaces de couchage indépendants permettent à tout le monde de trouver sa place. Idéal les jours de beaux temps avec le grand jardin et les espaces pour manger dehors. A l'interieur les enfants mangeaient à la table du bar et les plus grands sur la table du salon. L' acces à la plage est facile. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur disponibilité.

Une bonne location de vacances pour grand groupe ou famille nombreuse

Propriété avec un grand nombre de couchages, juste à côté de l'océan. Un grand espace extérieur avec piscine et à l'abri des bruits de circulation. Les équipements sont bien et permettent de passer un agréable séjour. Les propriétaires sont réactifs et attentionnés, nous avons pu en faire l'expérience avec la piscine qui est devenue trouble (jours de forte chaleur) et ils se sont débrouillés pour que ce soit pas un soucis pour nous, donc c'est très bien. De plus, ils sont à l'écoute d'idée d'améliorations, je trouve cela très positif. L'ensemble de notre séjour dans cette maison est une réussite pour nous. Cependant par soucis d'amélioration pour les prochains locataires, voici quelques points de vigilance (signalé lors de l'état des lieux de sortie) : - congélateur trop vieux et ne marche pas bien. (il est prévu qu'il soit changé) - partie du joint décollé sur le réfrigérateur : cela ne l'empêche pas de bien fonctionner mais implique peut-être une surconsommation d'énergie - présence de guêpes : nous en avons eu à quasiment tous les repas. Il semble qu'il y en ai un grand nombre dans la vigne vierge. - les sols en parquets mériteraient d'être fixé correctement - les objets "sensibles" de la maison devraient être stockés dans des endroits privés pour éviter que leur casse éventuelle pose trop de soucis (avec des enfants, cela peut être vite arrivé, même si nous n'avons pas eu ce soucis) - Au vu du tarif, nous avons été un peu "rafraichi" par le fait de devoir payer un supplément pour l'électricité et l'eau (avec relevé de compteurs) La liste peut paraître longue, mais c'est surtout plusieurs "petites choses", le plus important pour passer de bonnes vacances étant OK.

Großzügiges Haus mit vielen Zimmern

Als Gruppe kann man sich wunderbar in dem Haus verteilen. Es gibt reichlich Schlafzimmer und viele Bäder. Dank der 2 Terrassen, kann man in Sonnenschein oder auch Regengeschützt draussen sitzen und essen. Die Nähe zum Meer und den Badestränden ist ideal. Im Garten ist viel Platz für Sport, Spiel und rumtoben. Der leckere Mirabellenbaum hat sich für einen Kuchen angeboten. Viele Autos haben Platz, ohne dass sie im Weg stehen. Baguette konnten wir gleich um die Ecke kaufen. Bertrand war immer zu erreichen und hat uns im Vorfeld schon viele Tipps gegeben. Auch das Bettzeug konnten wir direkt über ihne beziehen. Das Haus ist weitläufig und einladend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette belle et grande maison!

Nous étions en famille et avons beaucoup apprécié les différentes parties de la maison. Le studio pour ma mère, le petit appartement pour nous et nos deux enfants et la grande maison pour ma soeur et ses 4 enfants! Le jardin est immense, les enfants pouvaient se défouler et très calme. La plage est accessible à pied et la maison est très bien équipée! Nous la recommandons grandement.
