Great place for families

Very friendly host, wonderful house, very clean and equipped with everything you need. As the bedrooms are downstairs, it is very pleasantly cool at the nights, even at very hot days. The house is near to the beach with great water for small kids. In summary we had a great time and can recommend to everyone the house as well as the surroundings.

Eine wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung, mit nur kurzem Weg zum Strand. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, wir werden sicherlich mal wieder kommen.

Fantastica vacanza

Settembre 2019 Per me prima volta nel Salento. Il proprietario dell'alloggio dove ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia persona stupenda. Che dire del mare , una favola, colori spettacolari e la spiaggia meravigliosa. Voglio dire anche qualcosa riguardo le persone del posto, davvero persone meravigliose. Consiglio a tutti una vacanza nel Salento, ne vale davvero la pena Sabrina di Genova

La casa è veramente bella e funzionale. Eravamo in due famiglie, in totale 8 persone ,e ci siamo trovati benissimo in quanto la casa si sviluppa su più livelli per cui non c'era il pericolo di starsi tra i piedi. Finestre insonorizzate e tutte dotate di zanzariere. Climatizzatore per rinfrescare gli ambienti, anche se di suo la casa è fresca. Situata in una zona tranquilla poco distante dalla spiaggia. Gli arredi sono nuovi e di qualità e ci sono a disposizione piatti, pentole stoviglie biancheria da letto e bagno .. addirittura un ombrellone portatile per la spiaggia. I proprietari hanno pensato proprio a tutto e sono tra l'altro molto gentili e disponibili. Se posso dare loro un suggerimento metterei un piccolo armadio vicino al divano letto in soggiorno per poter riporre i vestiti e le valigie.

Joli appartement proche de la plage

Joli appartement situé dans un lotissement. Bien aménagé avec tout ce qu'il faut, confortable pour 2 familles et très propre. Propriétaires très gentils et serviables, je recommande cet endroit et on y retournera les yeux fermés. Merci à Salvatore ;)

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 settimane, casa nuova arredata con gusto ben fornita di tutto il necessario, mare raggiungibile agevolmente a piedi con passeggino, spiaggia sia libera che attrezzata. Proprietari disponibili ed attenti ad ogni esigenza, mare stupendo.

Accogliente, graziosa e ben curata.

Molto buona. Al mare ci si arriva con una piccola camminata (7 min. Circa) oltretutto, in parte, per via preclusa al traffico, che per chi ha bambini va sempre bene. Complete le attrezzature domestiche in generale. Giudizio positivo.

La casa rispetta le foto pubblicate, arredata con gusto moderna spaziosa e accogliente.

La posizione dell'alloggio è ottima, in pochi minuti si raggiunge la spiaggia e si può scegliere spiaggia libera o attrezzata in base alle esigenze, il mare è fantastico e le spiagge spaziose. Con la mia famiglia mi sono trovata molto bene nell'abitazione che essendo arredata con stile ti da un senso di conforto e pulizia. I proprietari sono stati gentili e disponibili. Nell'insieme è stata una vacanza piacevole, tranquilla e rilassante tutto ciò che volevamo. Grazie

Vacanza in tranquillità e relax

Abbiamo soggiornato in Salento in agosto, e devo dire che siamo stati benissimo. La villetta, praticamente nuova, arredata con gusto, ha tutto quello che necessita per una vacanza tranquilla e confortevole. Situata vicino alla spiaggia delle Maldive, raggiungibile anche a piedi, in zona tranquilla, con vicino negozi in cui fare le piccole spese quotidiane. Nonostante il clima del periodo, abbastanza caldo, abbiamo usufruito di aria condizionata e di stanze fresche e accoglienti. Proprietari disponibili ma discreti che hanno contribuito alla riuscita della vacanza, e che ringrazio di cuore per averci fatto sentire come in famiglia. Consiglio vivamente questa villetta a chiunque voglia passare del tempo in tranquillità, relax in un ambiente confortevole e in posto meraviglioso.
