Set in a tranquil area, between sea and the mountain here you can unwind with all the family with town centre just 5 minutes away by car. The house has nice conditions has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed a nd another with two single beds, 1 bathroom with a shower cabinet, a spacious lounge, a well equipped kitchen for those that enjoy creating their own delicious meals with our local fresh products and also a private outside area where you can sit and relax listing to birds sing, reading a book or enjoying a tasty meal.
Adding to all this, there is also cable TV with several european channels. in English, French, Flemish, German, Spanish, Italian and wi-fi.

Très bien , à recommander avec un véhicule

L'appartement est très bien avec une belle terrasse et un garage, dans un endroit un peu reculé de l'agitation du centre de Funchal, mais proche des jardins tropical et botanique

Agréable séjour

Chaleureux accueil malgré une arrivée tardive, logement conforme à la description et hôtesse disponible pour répondre à nos interrogations. Logement à recommander, le garage étant indispensable compte tenu de la configuration du quartier (rue étroite et pentue).

Familiar- Como em casa

Um excelente acolhimento e simpatia pelos proprietários. Uma casa com uma decoração acolhedora, com tudo o necessário e indispensável, bem organizada e limpa. Os proprietários estão de parabéns, pois as imagens correspondem à realidade, o que por vezes, não acontece nestes casos de aluguer. Queremos agradecer à D. Maria e marido, pelo à-vontade que nos deixaram. Recomendo esta residência para quem visitar a Ilha da Madeira. Os melhores cumprimentos, Carmo Fernandes

Comme une petite maison de campagne de tout confort à proximité de la ville

Le logement est très soigné et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir comme chez soi. L'appartement donne presque l'impression d'être une petite maison de campagne avec cette belle cour privée où l'on peut prendre le petit déjeuner au soleil. De plus, le quartier est très calme et en même temps il ne se trouve qu'à 2 km du centre-ville de Funchal. Il y a également une très bonne boulangerie et une petite supérette à proximité. Le garage est également un grand avantage à la vue des rues étriquées et le manque de stationnements dans les rues. Le rapport qualité-prix est également un point fort. L'accueil de Maria a été très cordiale et elle était toujours disponible au cas où il y avait encore une question ou un détail à régler. Hélas, notre séjour de quatre jours était assez court pour profiter pleinement de ce bel habitat et pour découvrir les nombreux endroits pittoresques de l'île, mais une chose est sûre, à notre prochain passage à Madère nous aimerions pouvoir à nouveau loger dans ce bel appartement. Então, muito obrigado, Maria, e até a próxima!
