About this property

The accommodation is located in a fresh and ventilated area, in a position of absolute tranquility. At 100 metres from the golden sandy beach of San Lorenzo and his sea green/Emerald color typical of this part of the Sicilian coast pointing straight towards Africa.
The house, on two levels, has a comfortable veranda with deck chairs and garden table, a large fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds and double sofa bed, a full bathroom renovated in 2012 with shower and finally comfortable courtyard with private parking space.
The house is equipped with washing machine, TV, electric oven, ceiling fans in every room and water heater and everything you need for your stay such as bed linen, towels and kitchenware.
Finally we have a high chair and a cot for your little ones.
Your pets are welcome.

Ottima, sia come posizione sia come casa

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 01/07/2018 al 08/07/2018, ci siamo trovati subito a casa nostra, siamo stati accolti benissimo, abbiamo trovato una casa attrezzata di tutto i confort, ci siamo rilassati veramente, grazie anche alla vicinanza del mare favoloso di San Lorezo. Consigliatissima

Casa Vacanza San Lorenzo 6691972, offre tutti i servizi necessari per una vacanza all'insegna del relax, situata in una posizione strategica con tutti i servizi necessari (BAR, RISTORANTI e MINI MARKET) addirittura dimenticandosi dell'automobile . L'immobile oltre ad essere in ottimo stato ci è stato consegnato con l'accoglienza calorosa e onesta della nostra Sicilia. Sicuramente referenzierò l'immobile a più persone possibili e lo utilizzerò per le vacanze future. A due passi dalle località Storiche più conosciute come Marzamemi, Noto e tante altre da scoprire.

BELLA VACANZA IN UNA ZONA INCANTEVOLE

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a pochi passi dalla bellissima spiaggia di San Lorenzo, in una casa molto ampia e luminosa ma soprattutto dotata di tutto il necessario per una comoda vacanza. Inoltre è situata in una posizione strategica che permette di raggiungere agevolmente le maggiori attrazioni turistiche. I signori Lucia e Sebastiano Malandrino, proprietari dell'appartamento sono stati molto premurosi e disponibili, oltre che utili per i loro preziosi suggerimenti. CONSIGLIATISSIMA!

vacanza per famiglie e animali

La nostra esperienza in questa casa è stata positiva e siamo stati bene. E' molto fresca grazie ai ventilatori a soffitto. Il mare è stupendo e consiglierei quest'alloggio a famiglie con bambini e animali. Sicuramente prenderò in considerazione quest'alloggio per una mia futura vacanza.
