Adequate Letojanni apartment

Host was responsive. Adequate sized apartment with good ocean view & well-stocked with furniture & kitchen needs, but prone to power outages from fuse overload with dishwasher use (had 3 outages over 6 days). When friends joined us for 2 overnight stays, we gave up use of the 1 full bath to them, but were left having to use toilet & sink situated on our bedroom balcony. Not only was this a weird & unexpected place for the 1/2 bathroom (a toilet & tiny sink only) but having to use it meant many mosquitoes entered our bedroom each time we had to step in/out.The very pebbly beach was not the best and certainly not what is shown on the Vrbo advertisement. Location - a car is a must have. Cleanliness was good but linens/towels were mismatched, thread-bare & poor quality. Loved the extra security of a private parking space in the gated lot. Not sure why we had to pay an extra 100 Euros for friends' stay when we purposely rented an apartment advertised to accommodate 4 people. Perhaps VRBO could comment on this issue?

Short walk to great restaurants

Property was nice, owner very nice and gave a great suggestion for dinner (Restorante da Nino)..we ate there twice! Bring your mosquito repellant. Water was nice and hot. Could have used a microwave!

Etna and Taormina - great base camp

Great stay and well looked after by Elio. Super apartment - very quiet complex. Easy access to quiet beach and short walk into Letojanni for restaurants, gelato shop etc. Easily able to drive into and visit Taormina (must do!) and explore the north slopes of Etna.

Fantastica location

Arrivati, il proprietario ci ha accolto molto calorosamente, la casa è fantastica, perfettamente in linea con le aspettative, ha praticamente tutto o forse anche di più, tutto è curato nei minimi particolari, ogni giorno scoprivamo novità e attrezzature che potessero servire, ma poi vogliamo mettere fare colazione fuori al terrazzo con la vista del mare?

L'apartamento era stupendo, con la vista ancora meglio! :) Elio ci a fornito con tutto cio che serviva. Se posso consigliare solo 2 cose che forse renderebe la vacanza ancora meglio: *Di fornire altri ascigamani, perche per una vacanza di 2 settimane, solo uno (di ogni tipo), non e sufficiente. * WIFI - per me sarebbe una cosa molto utile per una persona che viene da l'estero e che vuole rimanere in contatto. Oggi giorno e una cosa molto richiesta. A l'infori di questo, non che altro da dire. :) Era pulito e molto presentabile.

Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Sie war sehr gut ausgestattet und war nur einen Steinwurf vom Meer entfernt. Sehr schön und groß war der Balkon, von dem man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer hatte! Es war auch sehr sauber! Da könnte die Nähe zur Bahnstrecke unsere Zufriedenheit nicht schmälern! Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut! Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Casa ottima appartamento bellissimo con vista mare

Una vacanza da sogno vissutaocchi aperti occhi a

Non abbiamo mai vissuta una vacanza in una casa più bella di quella dove normalmente viviamo. Poi conoscere la signora Giuseppina ed il suo pigmalione Elio é una fortuna in più per chi decide di passare la sua vacanza nelle loro disponibilità. Great location, very well equipped, beach

Beautiful clean, well equiped and maintained apartment, overlooked the sea and sandy beach. There is so much to do in the region with beautiful beaches, volcano Etna, Eolian islands and is well worth a visit. I would definitely look at booking this apartment for another visit in the future.

Blue Deluxe Holiday Home was the family home, a gem of the house for only a few of us who wanted to go to the beach and sit directly on the beach. Once we got in the car, you can enjoy the house and the walks along the sea, for us this is vacation already. So the aunt, the owner of the house and a passion for furniture and locally crafted materials detail sometimes followed all the renovation work, every detail is taken care of.
