WONDERFUL APARTMENT WITH BIG SEAVIEW TERRACE

Two rooms apartament , modern and comfortable, well furnished and equipped , with 2 large terraces, one overlooking to the sea and Taormina. Located in a quiet area but only 100 meters from the beach and the center of Giardini-Naxos with restaurants, shops and the promenade just few meters far. The bust stop is only 20 mt. far, with buses going to Taormina and Catania every hour.
The apartment has one bedroom with double bed ,plus a single bed
The living room / kitchen, is spacious and bright and has a sofa bed for 2 persons plus a single bed and a kitchen corner all furnished.
The bathroom , just renovated in 2020 has a nice shower and is fully furnished with towels and hairdryer.
The apartment has air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, iron, 32-inch TV, free WI FI, hairdryer,boiler.

Diese FeWo kann ich nur empfehlen! Sie liegt nicht direkt am Ufer, also etwas abseits vom Verkehr, ist mit dem Bus sehr gut von Catania erreichbar (Stop: Giardini Naxos Dalmazia). Das Mobiliar ist etwas zusammen gesucht, aber praktisch und bequem. Einziges Manko: Ein gewisser Duft auf Toilette/Dusche. Vermieter will das aber angehen.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ottima location , consigliato!

Piacevole vacanza passata tra Giardini- Naxos e Taormina, alla ricerca del relax. Sicuramente siamo soddisfatti e contenti di aver scelto questo appartamento. Devo fare i complimenti al signor Giuseppe che è stato gentilissimo nel fornirci tutte le informazioni prima dell'arrivo e durante il soggiorno. L'appartamento corrisponde alle foto , era fornito di tutto ciò che serve. Noi amiamo cucinare anche in vacanza e in cucina abbiamo trovato tutto l'occorrente :) La posizione è ottima , 5 minuti a piedi dal centro, dove c'e praticamente tutto , supermarket , ristoranti e il lungomare. Il condominio è tranquillo , e abbiamo utilizzato il parcheggio interno per la nostra auto. Per il resto non c'e da lamentarsi, pulizia perfetta, letti comodi. Insomma, mi sento di consigliare questa struttura!

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war super , direkt am Strand und alles was man brauch war Fußläufig erreichbar . Toarmina war mit dem Bus in ca 15 min zu erreichen . Das Apartment war für 2 Leute total ausreichen , vilt hätte 1 Kind noch gepasst . Für mehr wäre es mir zu klein . Es hatte alles was man brauchte , teilweise nur in die Jahre gekommen . Giuseppe war ein netter Gastgeber und man könnte ihn immer um Hilfe bitten . Gerne wieder !!

Okay. Ist aber ausbaufähig.

Herzstück der Wohnung ist die Terrasse mit Markise und der tollen Aussicht auf das Meer und Taormina. Angenehm war auch, dass man innerhalb der Anlage parken konnte und sie durch elektrische Tore und Türen gesichert war. Es war alles sauber, nur beim Mobiliar, Besteck und Geschirr sollte das eine oder andere Teil ersetzt oder erweitert werden. Vielleicht auch einem internationaleren Kaffeegeschmack angepasst werden. Und die Dusche war wirklich sehr klein. Jemand, der größer als 180cm und schwerer als 90kg Ist, dürfte Probleme haben. Ein Vorteil war wieder die WLAN-Verbindung. Fernsehen war nur auf italienisch möglich. Die Nähe zum Strand und auch zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten war wieder sehr angenehm. Erwähnenswert ist wohl noch, dass die Bahn in der Nähe fährt und auch eine stark befahrene Straße.

Goede locatie in Gardine Naxos

Wij verbleven hier begin april. Het dorp is dan nog erg rustig. Gelukkig zijn er wel wat locaties open. Vlak bij het appartement is een prima pizzeria en een café. Een supermarkje is ook dicht bij. Het appartement ligt op een terrein dat afgesloten is met hekken. Er is voldoende parkeerruimte. Er ligt een weg en een spoorlijn dichtbij, maar daar hadden we niet veel last van. Met een aparte uitgang kan je onder de spoorlijn door en met 10 min lopen ben je bij het strand. De winkels zijn nog wat dichter bij. Het apartement is eenvoudig. De staat van onderhoud is matig, maar alles wat nodig is werkt wel. Giuseppe was erg vriendelijk bij het inchecken. Het uitchecken liep ook heel soepel, want we konden de sleutel in het apartement achter laten. Giardine Naxos zal vooral in de zomer druk zijn. Nu was het rustig. Het archeologische park is aardig, maar niet heel bijzonder. De Etna en Taormina zijn in de buurt en heel mooi. Wij hadden een auto, maar vlak bij het apartement is een bushalte, mocht je hier zonder auto verblijven.

Parfait !!

Je recommande sans hésitation. Appartement en excellent état et très bien situé pour visiter l'est de la Sicile qui est magnifique. Un grand merci au propriétaire pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Appartamento non all'altezza della descrizione su Homelidays

L'appartamento è in un'ottima posizione, la spiaggia e il centro di Giardini Naxos sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi, la terrazza frontale ha una splendida vista sul golfo di Giardini e Taormina da un lato e sull'Etna dall'altro, ed è possibile parcheggiare l'auto all'interno del condominio. Qui però finiscono le note positive, perché l'appartamento (arredamento ed attrezzature) è in condizioni assolutamente non all'altezza del prezzo richiesto ed avrebbe bisogno di opere di manutenzione e rinnovo in tutti gli ambienti.

La ringrazio comunque per la sua recensione. E accetto le critiche , poiche sò che c'è sempre qualcosa da migliorare per offrire un servizio perfetto. Devo dire però che per il mese di Agosto , a Giardini Naxos i prezzi di affitto mediamente sono molto piu alti rispetto a quelli che offro io , e molto volte anche con servizi piu scadenti, inclusi gli arredamenti ed elettrodomestici, che sono quasi inesistenti e di bassa qualità. Il mio appartamento è dotato invece di tutti gli elettrodomestici e gli arredamenti , anche se non sono nuovissimi, posso assicurare che sono come nelle foto cioè puliti , ordinati , funzionanti e belli da vedere. Très bien !

Appartement conforme à la description avec une très belle vue sur l'Etna et la baie de Taormina. Très bien situé à proximité du bord de mer, sa localisation est idéale pour visiter la Sicile (Syracuse, Taormina, Agrigente, Milazzo...) Merci à Giuseppe pour son accueil chaleureux. Je recommande !

Good apartment with terrace overlooking the sea.

The apartment was roomy and very clean, and just like in the photos. Has everything you need. It is in a great location, close to everything but still nice and quiet. The large terrace is even better in reality - the views are amazing. The air conditioner worked well. Giuseppi was very helpful and easy to contact. I would certainly recommend this apartment.

Vacanza rilassante , appartamento perfetto!

Abbiamo passato pochi giorni , ma abbastanza per goderci le bellezze di Giardini- Naxos e Taormina. Spiagge di sabbia pulita come anche il mare , azzurro e sempre pulito. Naxos è ideale per rilassarsi , per fare lunghe passeggiate e per non spendere tanto, ma allo stesso tempo è a 10 minuti da Taormina. L'appartamento è ottimo , pulito e accogliente come si vede nelle foto. E' locato in una posizione molto buona , vicino al mare e poi la cosa che ci ha stupito di più è la vista fantastica del mare e di taormina dalla terrazza. Insomma , sicuramente consigliamo questo appartamento e speriamo di ritornarci l'anno prossimo!

Excellent!

Perfect in orde gebouw met een groot terras dat uitkijkt op de prachtige zee van Taormina. Het appartement voldoet volledig aan de beschrijvingen en de foto's. Het is mooi en leuk en ingericht. We hebben een auto gehuurd en een 10-daagse rondreis gedaan in Sicilië. Het was perfect! Zeker aan te raden!

Incantevole la località di Taormina, Isola bella e Giardini Naxos. E' stato piacevole scoprire località ricche di storia e tradizione. Questa regione (Sicilia) nasconde tesori eccezionali. Per quanto riguarda l'appartamento ci siamo trovati molto bene. Pulito e ben fornito. Il centro si raggiunge in 2 minuti. Nelle vicinanze supermarket , pizzerie e negozi di vario genere.

Nice apartment

Nice apartment and a great base to explore Sicily . It is excellently located, a short walk from the beach . Close to the bus route. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Located close to a supermarket for shopping. I had good time there. I recomend this flat

Nice spot

We spent 5 days in Giardini Naxos and Taormina. Beautiful places. The apartment was clean and fully furnished. Btw we really enjoyed the view from the terrace. Hope to come back soon!

"Abbiamo passato un ottima vacanza a Giardini Naxos e Taormina. Temperatura abbastanza calda e soleggiata anche a Maggio, ottimo cibo , specialmente il pesce ! Prezzi un pò troppo cari a Taormina, abbastanza accessibili a Giardini. L''appartamento e fornito di tutto il necessario e corrisponde alle foto . Il proprietario si è dimostrato abbastanza disponibile. Consiglio di visitare la Sicilia , specialmente nei mesi di Maggio-Giugno credo che i prezzi siano molto piu'' accessibili e non si vedono troppi turisti in giro."

"Very nice trip :) The owner Giuseppe was very helpful and a nice guy, he gave us some great tips. The house was very clean and fully furnished just like in the pictures. By the way Giardini and Taormina are amazing places even during the Spring (and with less tourists too!) Super recommended, go for it!"
