★ BEDROOM + BATHROOM: three bedrooms each with double bed, split A / + C with heat pump and internal bathroom with bidet and shower. One of the bedrooms has an 8sqm balcony equipped with chairs and a small table. Bed linen and towels included for each guest.
★ LIVING ROOM: living room with relaxation area and equipped kitchen.
★ KITCHEN: has a 4-burner stove, fridge, traditional oven and microwave.
★ ADDITIONAL SERVICES: 20 '' LED TV in each room, washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
★ TERRACE: you will enjoy a splendid sea view from the large 70sqm terrace on the upper floor, equipped with outdoor furniture. It is accessed via a staircase outside the house.

Graziana is great

This was a great place, and a great location and experience. Graziana is helpful and responsive. As for drawbacks, parking in August is a challenge, and the showers were lukewarm. Also, this apartment and location might be difficult for people who cannot navigate stairs or flying traffic. Overall, I would stay in this apartment again. Great terrace view.

Una vacanza tipo..

Il check in è stato discreto, la ragazza aveva dimenticato le chiavi e quindi abbiamo atteso giù.. Al suo arrivo abbiamo chiesto subito dove parcheggiare dato che nel sito c e scritto " parcheggio gratis su strada", la risposta è stata "cercate qui nelle stradine " ( tutta zona con strisce blu o rimozione 0 24) in piu ha aggiunto "non se la portano, in caso fanno i verbali"! In breve, 1 ora a girare per trovare un posto. Saliamo, casa profumata, bagni puliti, stanze pulite ( tranne sotto il letto che nemmeno era stata passata la scopa). Aria condizionata nelle camere abbastanza forte, in cucina non essendoci c era abbastanza caldo. Nel bagno della camera blu, porta rotta e luce non funzionante In sintesi, soggiorno discreto ma non per quanto abbiamo speso!
