Perfect home in Lacco

Wonderful quiet home in Lacco Ameno. Beautiful property with your plenty of space. We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower and the plum tree! Would recommend.

Splendida villetta

Splendida villetta indipendente a pochi minuti da ogni luogo di Ischia. Sicuramente consiglierei un soggiorno qui: la casa è dotata di ogni comodità: due camere con letti comodissimi: due bagni di cui uno con la vasca e la doccia e l'altro con la doppia doccia, una cucina attrezzata e fornita di ogni tipo di stoviglia, giardino con terrazza ombreggiata, solarium, doccia esterna, posto auto.... che dire....il luogo ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata sulle spiagge affollate o per continuare il relax delle terme. La pulizia è impeccabile e la proprietaria è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza o consiglio. Alcuni ottimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Se torniamo a casa con un po' di Ischia nel cuore è anche grazie al nostro piacevolissimo soggiorno!

"Bellissima casa, con una bella vista sul mare arredata con cura e fornita di tutto quello che è necessario per un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole. Inoltre è luminosa, accogliente, pulitissima e assiutamente silenziosa e fresca essendo posizionata in altezza sopra il livello del mare. Situata in posizione strategica: sono infatti raggiungibili tutte le località dell'isola. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. Da provare assolutamente!!!"

Un'oasi di tranquillità

Casa a Ischia sopra Lacco Ameno. Molto spaziosa, ben arredata, con due bellissimi bagni (addirittura una maxi doccia a due posti). Ampia veranda esterna dove consumare i pasti, con frutteto annesso (in giugno erano mature albicocche e susine). La proprietaria, Signora Concetta, si è dimostrata gentile e disponibile e durante il soggiorno ci ha procurato anche una griglia elettrica per tostare il pane. Per noi, che siamo rimasti tre settimane, è stato un luogo di vacanza davvero tranquillo e riposante. A voler proprio individuare una nota meno idilliaca, ci siamo sentiti un po' isolati dal centro del paese e la strada era troppo ripida per scendere e salire a piedi.

Is surrounded by greenery and is situated adjacent to a small orchard, a vineyard, and a vegetable garden that provides fruits and vegetables in (website hidden) is about a ten minute walk from the center where there are the beaches, the thermal park Negombo Beach, Marina Lacco Ameno, churches, museums, shops, and all the links to get to the resort island of Ischia and ferries to the mainland. Services include: hair dryer, linens and towels, TV. The minimum stay is one week.
