Enormous charm for this very pretty character villa all in dry stone of 170 m², 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Private swimming pool and natural stone beach. Pleasant wooded and landscaped garden of 1,200 m². Latest generation reversible air conditioning, new double glazing, wifi connection (fiber optic). Large semi-covered terrace, koi pond, stone barbecue area, large car shed, electric gate, borie de Provence.

Property located at the entrance to a residential area, 3 km from the city center, continuity D938. Several nearby shops accessible even on foot (supermarkets, organic grocery store, bakeries, pharmacies, etc.).

L'Isle sur la Sorgue, between Luberon, Mont Ventoux, and Alpilles is a wonderful Provençal tourist village located 20 km from Avignon and 6 km from the mysterious Fontaine de Vaucluse. This island city and its numerous river canals gives it the nickname “Comtadine Venice”. The city is also renowned for its water wheels, its market, its antique dealers, its second-hand dealers, its art galleries, its fishermen in Nego-Chin. Numerous traditions, activities, festivities to discover all seasons.

Rental possible from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights minimum / maximum 21 nights). Maximum 6 people.

The villa is completely privatized and the swimming pool is at the exclusive disposal of tenants.

He may occasionally and discreetly spend the day in an outbuilding located at the back of the property to check the filtration of the swimming pool and the quality of the water, water the shrubs if necessary, and feed the fish.

Amazing place/stay

It was a wonderful visit. Right around the corner from a bakery, grocery stores, and a 25 min walk to the heart of the town. Christophe and the property were both amazing. He tended to our needs and the house/ property were perfect for our group. Highly recommend.

We had the best holdiay ever in Christophe's beautiful villa. The location is unbeatable with every town, village and sight mentioned in our guide just a short drive away. One is able to walk into L'Isle sur la Sorgue to visit the market or enjoy one of the many restaurants. The garden and pool are extremly well maintained, the house itself spottless clean. Communication with Christophe was easy and very friendly.Christophe, thank you again so much for everything. We will definitely come back!

An interesting house in a very good location

We already visit L'isle since 9 years and we can say it was our best location. The house is well laid out, interestingly furnished with a little medieval touch. Christophe, the owner, is a very friendly person, helpful and welcomes guests with a neatly arranged folder where everything important is listed. The town centre, shops, etc. are all within a few minutes' walk. We were two couples and had an excellent time in this house and the surrounding area. It was not our last visit to this lovely town.

Wundervolle Villa mit unheimlich viel Charme.

Wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend empfangen und unser Vermieter Christophe stand für alle Fragen immer zur Verfügung. In einem unglaublich liebevoll eingerichteten Ambiente fühlten sich unsere beiden Jungs und wir ausgesprochen wohl. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und viel mehr. Als Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen in der Nähe super ideal.Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank für einen wundervollen Urlaub.

Maison avec décoration atypique

Cette maison est située proche du centre de l’iles sur la sorgue et il est possible d’y aller à pied avec un vélo c est encore mieux. Elle est également très proche d’un supermarché à moins de 5 mm à pied ainsi que d’une très bonne boulangerie traditionnelle nous recommandons les pains au chocolat !! La décoration de la maison est conforme aux photos mais peut surprendre. La cuisine est désuet et mériterai un bon rafraîchissement. L’évier déjà signalé abîmé n’a pas été changé. L extérieur de la maison est très propre et bien entretenu. Il n’est malheureusement possible de manger que sous la terrasse couverte car il n y a pas d’autre table à l’extérieur et c’est dommage il y fait très chaud le soir. Le plus gros soucis de cette maison restent son emplacement situé au bord d’une route extrêmement passante ce qui la rend très bruyante jour et nuit. Nous y avons passé un séjour en famille avec nos grands enfants( +de 18 ans ) Nous ne conseillons pas cette maison pour des jeunes enfants car peu d’espace et peu de sécurité pour eux.

Leben wie im Mittelaltermuseum

Wir haben uns sehr wohlfühlen können im Haus und auch im Pool, obwohl der Lärm des Verkehrs auf der angrenzenden Hauptstraße sehr laut am Morgen wie auch Mittag und Abend war. Das laute Plätschern des Wassers im Pool hat den Lärm etwas vermindert wenn man sich draußen auf der Terrasse oder Pool befand. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und mit Hingabe zu einem Mittelaltermuseum dekoriert mit alldem was zum Rittertum gehört. Wer keine Bedenken vor Waffen und Ritterrüstungen in seinem Haus hat, der sollte sich wohlfühlen. Die Küche ist mit allem eingerichtet was man benötigt um zu kochen, backen, essen und trinken. Eine große Spülmaschine und ein Gasherd mit 4 Kochfeldern wie auch ein moderner neu wirkender Herd lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Spüle hat 2 Spülmulden aus Keramik, die leider recht ramponiert und beschädigt sind. Sie wirken dadurch unsauber. Das Wohnzimmer hat sogar eine kleine Stereoanlage und die Qualität von TV war sehr gut. Leider waren die Armaturen an den beiden Duschen ncht nicht in Ordnung (Duschstange fiel stängig beim Benutzen aus der Halterung bzw. Bedienung durch lockere Hebelgriffe schwierig) und teilweise auch die Handtuchhalter in den Bädern locker. Der Vermieter war so nett und hat auf unsere Bitte hin die passenden Kochlöffel und Pfannenwender gekauft und vorbeigebracht, damit wir die beschichteten Pfannen und Töpfe nicht beschädigen. Der Vermieter hat regelmäßig und fast täglich das Pool gereinigt und kontrolliert. Die Betten in den Schlafzimmern sind soweit okay. Schöner und angenehmer wäre es, wenn die relativ festen Matratzen einen Topper bekämen, sodass man noch besser schlafen kann. Der Blick aus den Schlafzimmerfenstern im 1. OG ist wunderbar. Man schaut weit in die Ferne und bekommt den wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang über den Bergen mit. Die Nachbarschaft dieses Ferienhauses ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Da die Steintreppe zum 1.OG sehr steil ist und die sehr gepflegten Außenanlagen samt Koiteich und 1.50m tiefes nicht abgesichertes Pool gefährlich sein kann, würde ich Familien mit kleinen Kindern abraten dieses Ferienhaus zu mieten. Auch würde ich das Schlafzimmer im EG mit relativ kurzem und schmalem Bett nicht für 2 Erwachsene nutzen. Die beiden Schlafzimmer im 1. OG haben nur in einem Raum einem Kleiderschrank, was man vorher wissen müsste. Der Hausarbeitsraum ist perfekt ausgestattet mit einer 8kg Waschmaschine und großem Wäscheständer wie auch sonst allem was man zum Reinigen des Hauses benötig

Demeure et jardin remarquables.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons profité de la piscine, et pris tous nos repas sur la terrasse. Le centre ville est accessible à pied. L’emplacement est parfait pour rayonner d’Avignon au Lubéron ainsi que vers les Alpilles. 2 bémols toutefois : l’évier de la cuisine très détérioré et la route très passagère le jour. Sinon tout est parfait et le rapport qualité / prix raisonnable.

Le bien est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse et la piscine. Le propriétaire est très discret et nettoie régulièrement la piscine.La maison est spacieuse et fonctionnelle et tout le nécessaire de cuisine est disponible. La ville d'Isle sur la sorgue est à 20 mn à pied (pour ceux qui aiment marcher) et tous les commercres de proximité sont accessibles. Vraiment, très belle prestation. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

Une maison pleine de charme

Wohlfühlen in uriger Atmosphäre!

Wir haben uns in dem alten Steinhaus und seinem großzügigen Garten sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne einmal wieder. Die Einrichtung ist aufgrund der zahlreichen alten Sammelstücke zwar etwas überladen, manchmal fehlen Abstellflächen, aber da kann man bei den anderen Vorteilen drüber hinweg sehen. Wir haben in den Betten gut geschlafen, die Bäder sind ok, besonders schön ist der Außenbereich mit der überdachten Terrasse und dem Pool. Madame Cortez war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Wege zum Supermarkt und in die Stadt sind kurz, vieles kann so fußläufig erreicht werden.

een prettig ruim huis dicht bij het centrum van lísle en vlakbij winkels en supermarkten

wij hebben drie prettige weken gehad in "la masette" het is een ruim huis met een prive parkeerplaats voor twee a drie auto's . het huis is wel erg gedateerd in gericht met veel prularia. en wij hebben zeer veel overlast ondervonden van de verkeersweg die vlak langs het huis raast. het huis is niet echt prive, "madame"woont in de tuin in een klein huisje. we hadden een keer een buitenlamp laten branden en prompt stond ze op de deur te bonzen of we dat niet meer wilden doen Paul Alkmaar Nederland
