Wir waren (leider, leider bereits in der Vergangenheit) sehr begeistert von dieser Unterkunft. Nicht allzu gross, aber sehr bequem eingerichtet. Auch die kleine Terrasse konnten wir am Abend immer wieder geniessen. Der Ausblick nach Corviglia, Piz Nair, etc. ist fantastisch (dies auch vom Esstisch aus). Die kleine und praktische Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet: es fehlt an nichts. Auch hatten wir das Glück, dass wir fast immer alleine im Haus waren und so die ganze Ruhe geniessen konnten. Gerne kommen wir ein andermal wieder vorbei. Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön an Cristina.

Gemütliche kleine Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Die Wohnung liegt am Waldrand von Surlej, vom Fenster schaut man auf den Piz Julier und das Schlösschen am Silvaplaner See. Sie ist mit viel Herz eingerichtet. Man sollte wissen, dass das Bett nur eine Größe von 140x200 cm hat, die Klappcouch im Wohnzimmer hat die gleiche Größe. Wir wurden von Frau Triaca gut betreut und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung und die ging auch sehr schnell vorbei. Zum Wander und auch zu Flanieren ist dieser Ort super. Sehr Ruhige Lage. Auch eine Zentrale gute lage für Wandertripp für Sport etc. Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt. Kontakt Reibungslos und unkompliziert.

„Alles vom feinsten, sehr gerne wieder mal“

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war hervorragend! Es hat an nichts gefehlt, es war sehr sehr sauber und die Schlüsselübergabe und alles hat problemlos geklappt. Das Appartement ist wundervoll gelegen und am Morgen kann man eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Berge geniessen und den kleinen Füchsen und Rehkids beim spielen zusehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut auch zu Fuss zu erreichen und mit dem Öffentlichen Verkehr kommt man auch sehr gut herum. Zudem ist das Appartement ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für verschiedenste Wanderungen. Ich habe mich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt und empfehle diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter!

Ohne jeden Abstrich sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Wohnung war supergemütlich und sehr gut eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage kann nicht besser sein. Sehr ruhige Ortsrandlage (morgens spazierte sogar immer wieder ein Reh am Haus vorbei. Ein Wäldchen vor dem Haus, und ein toller Blick auf die Berge und die Burg von Silvaplana. Zur Loipe 150 m! Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat sich sehr um uns bemüht. Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert Volker und Annette Gantner

Charmante Wohnung zu guten Konditionen in optimaler Lage zum Corvatsch

Wir sind jetzt das zweite Mal in dieser kleinen Wohnung in Surlej gewesen und waren wieder ganz begeistert. Zu zweit ist die Wohnung perfekt. Die Einrichtung, die Ausstattung der Küche, die Nähe zum Skilift Christins am Corvatsch und die ausgesprochen liebevolle Vermieterin machen den Aufenthalt zu einem der schönsten, den wir jemals in den Skiferien hatten. Zeitnah soll die Küche um einen neuen Herd und einen Backofen ergänzt werden, was der Wohnung sicherlich nochmal ein Extra in puncto Ausstattung verleiht. Liebe Frau Triaca, wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon auf das Nächste Mal!

Magia d'inverno

Siamo appena rientrati da Surlej dove abbiamo trascorso una settimana di vacanza. L'appartamento corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione, è pulito e arredato con gusto. La dotazione è ottima, non manca davvero nulla. Inoltre c'è un comodo garage. La località è organizzata molto bene, c'è un bus gratuito che collega il paese di Silvaplana, dove si trovano un supermercato, banca, la posta, ristoranti, café e panificio. Anche a Surlej c'è un panifico-pasticceria, raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento e ci sono alcuni ristoranti. In pochi minuti a piedi, si trova lo ski-lift con il quale si raggiunge la stazione a valle della funivia di Corvatsch. Questi impianti sono collegati agli impianti di St. Moritz. Si possono fare numerosissime passeggiate invernali, partendo dalla casa di abitazione oppure spostandosi di pochi chilometri in macchina (Val di Fez e Val Roseg). La signora Cristina, proprietaria dell'appartamento, ci ha accolto e dato tutte le informazioni necessarie, per trascorrere al meglio la vacanza. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la posizione dell'abitazione, molto tranquilla, al riparo da qualsiasi rumore e la bellissima finestra che dal living si affaccia sul castello di Silvaplana e da dove abbiamo potuto osservare scoiattoli e cerbiatti. Consigliamo moltissimo questo appartamento e ringraziamo Cristina, augurandoci di poter tornare a Surlej.

Super Wohnung

Wir haben die Sommerferien mit Sohn (10) im Engadin verbracht. Diese Wohnung hat alles was man sich zum Urlaub wünschen kann. Die Einrichtung ist hübsch und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Es gibt einen Balkon und vor der Wohnung einen Spielrasen. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es sehr viele schöne und spannende Ausflugsziehle. Dazu ist die Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen deshalb bestimmt wieder.

Winterwonderland!

We had a wonderfull time in Surlej and enjoyed the comfort of the flat enormously! Not only is it perfect for two people but its location is great for any outdoor activities. Mrs. Triaca has been a very pleasant hostess and did help us with any questions. We love to come again next year !

appartamento molto bello, località ottima

appartamento bello, elegante, cucina con perfetta arredatura, 2 TV, Video ecc. La località e definitivamente perfetta: Situato in un piccolo bosco, 100 metri dalla pista per ski di fondo e delle funivie Corvatsch, inanzitutto completamente tranquillo. Una cosa si deve sapere: Tutti appartamenti di questa casa vanno al norte. Sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete Wohnung, bestens ausgestattete Küche, 2 Fernseher, Video, WLAN auf Anfrage. Beste Lage, 100 Meter zur Langlaufloipe und zum Corvatsch- Zubringerlift, dennoch völlig ruhig in einem Lärchenwäldchen gelegen. Die Lage bedingt allerdings, dass alle Wohnungen und die Balkone nach Norden gerichtet sind (mit schöner Aussicht).

Grazie per la recensione. Sono felice di leggere che il nostro appartamento le sia piaciuto. Preciso comunque che i balconi sono tutti rivolti ad Ovest, non a Nord, in inverno il sole arriva il pomeriggio e in parte attraverso gli alberi. Durante l'estate il problema non sussiste perché il sole è molto alto e splende sul balcone sino al tramonto. Si può comunque utilizzare il giardino attorno alla casa dove splende il sole tutto il giorno. Danke für Ihre Recession. Ich moechte genauer sein, die Balkone sind nach Osten gerichtet. Im Winter scheint die Sonne teilweise durch die Bäume erst am Nachmittag. Im Sommer hat man voll Sonne vom Nachmittag bis zum Sonnenuntergang. Man kann allerdings den Garten rund um das Haus genützen, dort scheint die Sonne den ganzen Tag.
