The penthouse is located at the end of a private apartment complex called ' Palmeras del Golf ' , surrounded by the famous golf course of ' Torrequebrada '.

A 1st Pool + Children's Pool is located just beside, and the 2nd pool is located on the other side of the complex (+/- 100 m) , accessible by a path through the garden area.

The apartment on the top floor of a 2 storey building consists of

Lovely penthouse apartment

We enjoyed great golf holiday in Benalmadena and stayed 9 nights in this lovely penthouse apartment. The apartment is very spacious, light, clean and tidy. As well it is equipped very well to deal with everyday life. The large terrace is sunny and nice. We enjoyed our breakfasts in the morning in the terrace and sat there in the evenings. The apartment is in very peaceful and safe area without any distraction even though not too far from the city centre. It was easy to drive from the area to many golf courses. We played also Torrequebrada golf course, which is very close to the apartment. The course is fine and in very good condition. Roger, the owner of the apartment, is friendly, polite and dependable. Everything in the renting process went excellently. We can highly recommend this apartment e.g. for the families, two couples etc.

Exceeded our expectations

We enjoyed 10 wonderful days at the penthouse. The property is very spacious and was spotlessly clean. We were greeted by a very friendly lady called Ankie who was ever so helpful towards us throughout our stay. The penthouse overlooks the pool which for most of the time was only occupied by us. We did hire a car and took advantage of this by travelling around the area, although there are bus stops within easy walking distance. We would definitely recommend this property and hopefully we will be able to return in the near future.

fantastic location

Our stay at the apartment was brilliant. from booking it with the letting company to the communication with Roger nearer the time of arrival and details. we were met on time by the lady who showed us round and even put our cases in the car to take up to the top, which was a big help when travelling with children and an early start. the apartment was fabulous and luxurious, it had everything and more that you needed, and spotless too. The balcony was amazing and the view across into the greenery was so unexpected but beautiful, and we felt very safe and relaxed there. The pool was lovely and right outside the apartment it couldn't have been better, especially with a little one of ours was poorly we could still take the others to the pool and look after him too in the apartment. We used the buses most evenings to get to the centre Puerto marina, could be walkable but with children we used the regular buses which was very good. The beach near by we used once but found it too rocky and Stoney for the children and one got a cut foot and two got stung by either fish or the seaweed, but then found the beach at sunset beach was very good, again a bus ride really. The apartment was well equipped with everything, even the kids didn't switch the massive TV on , far to busy in the pool, beach or on the balcony playing. as was said in the welcome, welcome to use any products but kindly replace which we did and left items for others too. An excellent stay and very relaxing place to be. thank you very much and would hope to return in the near future. Carol Lee

Très belle habitation, conforme aux photos et descriptifs que le propriétaire en a fait. Tout était d'une propreté irréprochable à notre arrivée, et nous avons reçu un bel accueil de la part de Ankie. Le propriétaire est de très bon conseil, et surtout, très disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Je recommande fortement cette location à qui veut avoir un beau séjour sur la Costa Del Sol. Le seul bémol, il faut être en bonne condition physique si on ne veut pas recourir à une location de voiture. Il y a beaucoup de pentes pour s'y rendre. Mais ça en vaut le coup!

Superbe appartement

Très bel appartement spacieux, bien entretenu, tout confort à disposition, situé au golf de Torrequebra donc calme assuré, à proximité des arrêts de bus pour visiter la côte et faire les marchés (Fungirola). De la cuisine vue sur la piscine pour surveiller les enfants. A notre arrivée plus qu'un pack de bienvenue, eau, jus, bières, bain douche etc... et l'accueil chaleureux de Ankie. Avant le départ les propriétaires sont très disponibles pour toutes les infos et les bons plans à faire sur place .Oui nous y retournerons volontiers.

L'appartement est très agréable et bien situé à environ 2km du centre ville dans une résidence pleine de charme d'une grande tranquillité. L'appartement est très spacieux et comporte tous les équipements nécessaires. Le propriétaire est disponible et répond rapidement à toutes nos questions. Un supermarché est accessible à pied. un appartement très agréable

L'appartement est à la hauteur de nos attentes. Il est situé dans une résidence très calme et bien entretenue. Il est facile d'accès étant donné qu'il est à proximité d'un arrêt de bus. Ceci dit, comme par tout à Benalmadena c'est vallonné mais c'est bon pour la ligne ! :) Le port est a 10minutes en bus, la bas il y a beaucoup de restaurants, bar, activités diverses, ... L'appartement est très bien entretenu et aménagé, tout y est ! Un vrai moment de détente et de bonheur sous le soleil de l'Espagne. Merci aux propriétaires et à Ankie qui sont aussi chaleureux que leur appartement.
