apartment type F2 / F3 located 10 minutes walk from the beach of l'anse à l'âne, the shuttle ensuring the transfer to Forts de France, downtown, small shops and other amenities, and especially the small picturesque village Anses d'Arlets. This cute little F2 / F3 apartment is located on the first floor of a building in a very quiet residence, with very friendly neighbors. It is fully equipped (satellite TV, washing machine, air conditioning for sleeping rooms, internet, table. iron + iron, kettle, food processor, dishes, combi / microwave oven, fridge ..... Also available are sheets, towels, tea towels for the kitchen. If you wish, an airport reception can be arranged for you as well as the rental of the vehicle.

Logement très agréable

Logement propre, facilement accessible, fonctionnel,tout confort. Air conditionné dans les deux chambres. Moustiquaires présentes dans les 2 chambres. J'ai été agréablement surpris puisqu'il y a très peu de moustiques. Le logement est idéalement placé, À deux pas de l'anse à l'âne, proches des anses D'arlet et des plages du Diamant. . A 10 minutes de l'anse Dufour et Anse noire. A 10 minutes de l'anse mitant. Propriétaire disponible et joignable.

Pessima accoglienza

Dopo un viaggio infinito dall'Italia, siamo arrivati autonomamente alla casa con auto noleggiata all'aeroporto alle 19.00. La proprietaria ci aveva inviato via email le istruzioni per raggiungere la casa dicendo che la chiave era sotto una conchiglia nel patio. Arrivati stanchissimi la chiave non c'era. Ho telefonato alla sig.ra Nicole ma c'era la segreteria telefonica e non sono stata richiamata. Per fortuna erano presenti altri turisti nell'appartamento vicino al nostro che ci hanno aiutato a trovare la chiave che era stata messa sotto i cuscini di un divano. La proprietaria durante il nostro soggiorno di due settimane non si è mai fatta vedere, l'ho contattata un paio di volte con grande fatica perché parliamo molto poco francese. Avevo scelto questa struttura perché è indicato che la proprietaria parla inglese: parlare una lingua straniera significa saper leggere, scrivere e parlare. La signora non scrive in inglese (nei messaggi ha sempre scritto in francese), non legge l'inglese e lo parla a livello elementare. Non abbiamo avuto nessuna spiegazione su come utilizzare gli elettrodomestici della casa, sulle dotazioni presenti. Per avere la password del wifi ha mandato un vicino di casa per farci vedere come funzionava il router. La casa era infestata da zanzare e non erano presenti le zanzariere per i letti come era stato indicato nel vostro sito internet. Abbiamo dovuto richiederle via messaggio e la proprietaria le ha fatte consegnare mentre noi eravamo fuori dopo due giorni. Suggerisco a Homeaway di cambiare i termini di pagamento: abbiamo ricevuto il tipico trattamento di chi ha avuto tutto il pagamento dell'affitto anticipato e pensa che il suo lavoro sia finito lì. Sarebbe meglio pagare il saldo all'arrivo dopo aver potuto verificare lo stato della casa ed essere stati accolti dal proprietario personalmente. Noi siamo abituati così. Il letto matrimoniale è molto piccolo, la doccetta non si riesce ad appenderla, la toilette senza finestra con 30°C non è il massimo (con i muri senza piastrelle non si è mai visto). La località è molto bella, la spiaggia splendida con ristorantini deliziosi dove mangiare. Peccato!

Bon accueil de Nicole qui est venu nous attendre à l'aéroport afin de nous monter la route pour aller à son appartement. Celui ci est dans un endroit calme et bien situé pour découvrir l'ile. Appartement sympathique, fonctionnel (canapés à changer), bien équipé avec parking pour la voiture. Nicole fournit le linge de maison et de plage. Merci à Nicole pour ses conseils afin de rendre le séjour plus agréable. Je recommande ce logement. à de futurs vacanciers.

Très bon accueil de Nicole qui est venue nous accueillir à l'aéroport.Appartement bien situé , calme ,avec services ,plages, à proximité.La location est conforme à la description , globalement bien équipée (il manquait une cafetière).Suggestion : changer le canapé un peu fatigué !! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement et "l'anse" qui nous a permis de bien découvrir l’île , superbe. Nous recommandons cette location.
