Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön die Besitzerin Klaudija einfach super lieb und nett! Dass Haus ist komplett mit fliegen Gitter ausgestattet, hat eine Klimaanlage, nur im Wohnzimmer aber es kühlt die Schlafzimmer am anderen Ende auch, ganz wichtig! Alle Jalousien tagsüber schließen damit es kühl bleibt. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und ruhig, man hört die Hauptstraße etwas, aber es ist überhaupt nicht störend, man ist nur von Olivenhaine, Kiwis, Feigen Bäume umzingelt. Wenn man Glück hat hört man Gold Schakale in der Nacht so wie wir! Sie sind harmlos und sehr scheu. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist mehr als ausreichend, es gibt eine Filterkaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Spülmaschine und genügend Geschirr und Besteck. Es gibt es eine sehr saubere Waschmaschine, also ruhig weniger Wäsche mitnehmen.Der Pool ist eine sehr gepflegte Salzwasser Pool, Klaudija die Besitzerin kommt regelmäßig und prüft die Wasserqualität.Der neue Pergola wird noch mit Beleuchtung ausgestattet, bietet super Schatten zum draußen essen, ganz wichtig!!! Anti Mücken spray mitnehmen! Nur der Grillbereich könnte etwas mehr Liebe vertragen, der Tisch ist etwas kaputt, vielleicht wird da noch was gemacht, habe vergessen zu fragen Ein Kaufland Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfern und ein Plodine und Konzum auch,die haben auch am Sonntag bis 22 Uhr offen.Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder, Liebe Klaudija, danke für deine herzliche Gastfreundschaft!

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Vermieterin hat uns alles erklärt und ein paar Informationen über die Stadt/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben. Das Haus war sauber und sehr modern. Der Salzwasserpool ist eine absolute Wohltat und die Außenausstattung ist für kleinere/Gruppen Familien passend. In der Nähe war alles was man brauchte (Tankstelle/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Konobas). Die Lage war top aber man hatte trotzdem Privatsphäre. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Wir wurden sehr nett in diesem tollen Ferienhaus von Klaudija empfangen.Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen und es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt! Das Haus mit Garten und besonders der tolle Pool sind sehr sauber.Die Lage ist ebenfalls 1 A. Wir waren in 6 Minuten in der Altstadt von Rovinj. Die Geschäfte zum Einkaufen wie Kaufland oder auch Lidl und Drogeriemärkte sowie einen kleinen Bäcker mit leckeren Backwaren erreicht man auch im Umkreis von max. 10 Minuten.Oberhalb auf der Schnellstraße ist sogar ein Steak-Haus mit wunderschönem Garten wo wir 2 mal lecker gegessen haben.Das Ferienhaus hat WLAN, das jederzeit vollständig ausgereicht hat.Den Grillplatz hinterm Haus unter den Weinreben haben wir ebenfalls 2 mal genutzt. Einwandfrei!Das Haus ist quasi alleinstehend in der Natur, man hat absolute Ruhe im Garten und Pool. 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Teenagern, die natürlich direkt das Zimmer am Pool ausgesucht haben! Volle Punktzahl für das Ferienhaus und Klaudija!

Unser Urlaub in der Nähe von Rovinj

Leider war unser Urlaub durch Krankheit und teilweise nicht so gutem Wetter geprägt. Von daher konnten wir leider auch nicht vom schönen Pool profitieren. Das Ferienhaus selbst war sauber und mit zwei schönen Bädern und Schlafzimmern ausgestattet. An den wenigen heißen Tagen waren wir abends froh eine Klimaanlage im Haus zu haben. Das Haus selbst lag nach unserer Einschätzung sehr gut gelegen: Nicht weit entfernt von Rovinj Zentrum (ca: 2,5 km) und diversen Supermärkten (zwischen 1,5 und 3 km Entfernung). Ferner war fußläufig ein nettes Restaurant erreichbar. Aus unserer Sicht liegt das Haus ideal um die nähere und weitere Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Vermieterin des Hauses, Klaudija Sturman, war nicht nur am An- bzw. Abreisetag persönlich anwesend, sondern beantwortete auch umgehend alle unsere Fragen, die sich während unseres Aufenthaltes ergaben.

Eine schöne Woche gehabt.

Klaudija ist eine nette Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und man hat eigentlich alles was man für eine Woche braucht. Einkauf- und Essensmöglichkeiten gibt es auch in der Nähe. Und die Stadt Rovinj ist in 5 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Perfekter Sommerurlaub in Kroatien

Zunächst muss ich Klaudija ein großes Lob aussprechen. Das Ferienhaus und das Einchecken inkl. der Kommunikation ist einfach perfekt!. Das Ferienhaus ist wie in den Bilder zu sehen einfach nur wunderschön, etwas außerhalb aber trzd. nicht weg vom Schuss. Man ist mit dem Auto in 5 min. in der Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind Fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und einiges mehr. Um das Haus herum sind Obst-/ & Olivenbäume an denen man sich bedienen kann, der Pool einfach mega. Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit unseren beiden Kindern genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Einfach nur super. Danke!

Sehr schöne Wohnung etwas ausserhalb von Rovinj. Top schnelle sowie prima Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin. Haus mit Moskitogittern - ohne wäre gar nicht möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Urlaub Juli 2023

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus.Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Der Pool ist toll und während des Urlaubs wird immer wieder nach dem Pool geschaut. Man ist in ca. 3 Minuten an einem Einkaufszentrum und in weniger als 10 Minuten in Rovinj. Wir können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen. Man hört die strasse aber das hat uns nicht gestört.Wir genossen es sehr, dass wir für uns waren, und konnten gut entspannen. Die Vermieterin ist auch sehr zuverlässig, reagiert schnell auf Nachrichten und die Kommuniukation hat auch super geklappt! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden das Haus wieder mieten! Rovinj & Villa Dana eine lohnenswerte Kombination

Wir können uns den vorhergehenden Kommentaren nur anschließen. Das Haus ist super gelegen, sehr gut ausgestattet, alles ordentlich und sauber. Der Pool hat eine angenehme Größe und lädt während der heißen Sommertage zum verweilen ein. Platz ist auf der Terrasse und drum herum ausreichend vorhanden. Die Wege zur Innenstadt von Rovinj sind schnell und leicht zu erreichen, ebenso die Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf, alles ziemlich zentral aber dennoch ruhig gelegen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt und können die Villa Dana uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir bedanken uns auch bei Klaudija für den Support während unseres Aufenthaltes und den netten Austausch mit ihr.

Wundervolles Haus 🏠

Wir waren für eine Woche in diesem tollen Haus 🏡. Es war einfach Traumhaft schön. Sogar unser kleiner Prinz fand es toll auch wenn kein Spielplatz da ist. Er liebt das Wasser und so war er super zufrieden mit dem Pool und der Außendusche mit dem Bobycar konnte er auch draußen ein paar super runden drehen. Ich würde es echt jedem Empfehlen. Vor allem aber eher Familien mit größeren Kindern oder Menschen mit keinen Kindern. Also rund um haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt 🙏. Danke nochmals an Klaudija du bist super und ich liebe dein schönes süßes kleines Haus 🏠.

Toller Urlaub

Das tolle Ferienhaus entspricht genau den Beschreibungen in der Anzeige. Es gab nichts zu kritisieren. Kleinere Mängel (defekte Kaffeemaschine/Poolliege) wurden sofort beseitigt. Lieben Dank an die sehr freundliche Gastgeberin Klaudija. Wir haben die schöne Zeit sehr genossen und wir werden wiederkommen.
